I have tried multiple hiring agencies prior to Green Key Resources. This was by far the quickest I've been able to land my offers from top investment firms. Hana Lewington was very helpful before, during, and after the process. She made sure that everything went smoothly and that I was making the best choice for myself. I had an excellent experience with Greek Key (Pharma and Healthcare team) - they were prompt, communicative, and helpful the entire process. Mary Kate Bula was my recruiter and she did an excellent job helping me get the wonderful position I now have! I also wanted to note that Mary-Kate gave me the sterling advice to "know the science" and to know it very, very well. Not just the basics, but to have in depth knowledge of disease state and drug MOA. I studied for hours, over the span of weeks through 6-8 interviews, treating each interview like a final exam, and it paid off tremendously. I was complimented several times about how much I knew about a rather complicated disease state and drug. And now that I have the role, I feel pretty excited that I'm already quite knowledgeable about both the drug and disease state. If you are a business owner, DO NOT use Green Key for your recruitment needs. RUN away as fast as you can! In over 20 years, Green Key Resources is the worst recruiting service that I have ever worked with. While their recruiters are "nice," they really do not take the time to understand the business needs and the moment a resource is "placed" and they have collected their $$$ fee(s), they no longer care. They do not validate candidate credentials or experience, so it is very likely that you will pay a fee for a candidate who cannot perform the actual job (even if they made it through the interview process). In short, they are slimy salespeople selling resources for top dollar who cannot perform the job - and they do not care. read more

Sean Coyne is the best recruiter I've come across in my 20+ years in this industry. He was tenacious, but also listened to what I wanted in a potential job and adjusted his search to find roles that would better fit me. He was constantly making calls to potential companies on my behalf and checking in with me to make sure they would be a good fit. I came here after searching up jobs generically on their website and trying to figure out how to contact Green Key... glad I did before I wasted any more time. Their "search function" for jobs is just weird - one of those where if you select too many locations, keeping your options open, you're told there are zero jobs in the locations you've selected - and the "featured jobs" at the bottom of their website, are dated 2021. In one last-ditch attempt to reach a human, I tried to sign up for the e/text newsletter in categories of jobs I might be interested in - the widget errored out twice, at which point I gave up. It doesn't seem like they really want to get new employees into their database. read more

I should start putting it on my linkedin - if you don't bother to read my resume, don't humiliate me and get my hopes up. Don't call; don't waste my time. I had an interview with the long island branch with Mike and I missed it because on top of all the emails that I get, I never saw his email confirming the appointment until the day I was supposed to go. The only reason I saw it is because he emailed me to let me know I missed the appointment that day. I called to apologize and this man had a personality of a snail. He was very dry with me and had an attitude because I didn't remember the job description. I asked him to please resend it and I will reschedule. He said that he would resend the job description but never did. He allowed me to email and call him twice and he knew he wasn't going to respond. I've known Regina G. and Justin S. on a personal level for years but in typical NYC fashion, we have weaved in and out of each other's lives. I first went to their agency in 2012 and they got me some interviews but I ended up taking another job. Fast forward 8 years and I was on the job market. By happenstance (or Divine Intervention as I call it), I ran into Justin on the street and he told me to send my resume. I did. He called. He had an opening at a terrific organization. I interviewed. They hired me. It all happened in the matter of a week. Eventually, I was converted to a full-time employee. Through the entire process, Justin checked in and was quick to respond to emails and/or phone calls. GreenKey treats their candidates with respect unlike so many which treat you as a mere number. My experience with Green Key has been amazing. All the credit goes to Chelsea! She was a pleasure to work with. I met with her at the end of October and up until last week upon receiving an offer, was constantly interviewing at top tier companies. I cannot say it was the fastest process being that I am a recent graduate but she never gave up and encouraged me to stay with the search. I got at least 2 calls and 4 emails a week from Chelsea = amazing communication and never in a place of wondering what's going on with interviews and activity. I believe I went on at least 7-10 interviews including phone screening all thanks to Chelsea's hard work. One tip... realize that it is a mutual relationship between you and your recruiter. The more persistent, determined and understanding you are (without being demanding and entitled to all of your recruiters time) the more you will get out of your search. Chelsea was always kind and truly listened to me and what I was looking for and was determined to find me a position. Darly and I got in touch via LinkedIn at the beginning of March - and by the end of the month she helped me to secure a temp to perm job at a prestigious sports organization in Manhattan. I admire and thank her for her persistence - she is very quick to respond and will work hard to get you an interview. My experience with Green Key outside of Darly has also been outstanding. They were quick to get my payment forms in order and have a convenient online timesheet system which has made it easy to log work hours. read more

I've worked with both Stephanie Kaplan and Shannon Tighe and both have been phenomenal aids in my job hunt. They have reliable follow-through - if the say they will do something, they do it. Stephanie, in particular, has always taken my career goals in mind, even as they become more and more specific, and is often keeping me in mind when it comes to something that she thinks will suit me. Green Key doesn't stiff it's workers like other agencies (which I won't name). Generally, they offer fair compensation. Overall, I'd really recommend them. I've used several staffing agencies to get me an accounting job once I left one of the Big 4 and Green Key was the absolute worst. They are so unprofessional- it's ridiculous. One called my cell phone and when I confronted him on how he got my personal cell phone number, he started getting defensive and said it was because of me. Then he asked when I could come it. Wait why would I want to come in and meet with you when you were being a total sketch ball about how you got my personal cell phone number? I understand work numbers but cell numbers should be off limits unless purposely given to the company. I told him I am extremely busy with work and wondered if we could work remotely like some other companies offered and he said that's not how things work. Thanks-- I know that. That's why I was wondering if we could work that way. You know- to take advantage of my CPA/big 4 status and get a bonus by placing me. That was last year. Today I just got an email from Joy K. (Tehe I actually just saw another reviewer mention her- it's not just me!) It was a follow up email to Gina. (My name is Sarah). I replied back saying that no thanks to the general email and good job on personalizing it. She then replied that that was human error and it was nice enough for her to respond to me that she would take me off the list. Ok-- so nice. Maybe you shouldn't have emailed my personal email to begin with. She also lied and said she personally wrote me an email but her original email said it was a follow up email and I never met or spoke to this lady. Anyways my experience with green key is that they're your stereotypical deceptive recruiters. My favorite recruiters were Bryan from the Abacus Group and Lyndsay from Kforce. They are honest, helpful and never defensive-- they understand that the client is always right and if the client isn't, they do their best to educate them why they're not instead of being rude to them because they understand they may have a future connection with them even if they don't need a job at the moment. Was supposed to meet with a high-level executive there, Melissa Wilk, instead they gave me to a junior recruiter, Katelyn York. Katelyn proceeded to rudely patronize me and tell me I was asking for too much money and that my resume needed an "overhaul." I never went on their interviews, because they were undervaluing me, she told me I would be "lucky" to get 50k. I made no changes to my resume, and landed a job for 75k the next week. They don't have good positions, and they will try to force you into lower-salary positions so they can take their cut. They're unprofessional and crude, at least Katelyn was. read more

Here's the deal I have been looking for an entry level position for the past couple months and I have gone to several recruiters, interviews, had random phone calls, everything you can imagine I've dealt with. My past experience with recruiters have been anything but helpful. I've gone in, theyve rushed answers for basic questions from me then send me on my merry way. When i heard from Green Key, i was hesitant, but figured why not just give a recruiter one more shot - so i did. I went in and met with Clare - she has an awesome accent by the way. She helped me out a lot and seemed pretty positive that she could help me which was what I heard from a lot of other recruiters so I didn't give my hopes up. I met with her on a Friday morning and then it was the weekend. I didn't expect too much so I just went about my merry day. Monday morning i get a call from Clare saying that she found me a temp position for the rest of the week to get me the experience I needed for positions that I have been looking for. I must say that I was above impressed with how quickly she called and how everything sorted out. As I've said I've been to several recruiters who take my info and I never hear from them again and it has been more than frustrating. The fact that she called me first thing the following business day with an opportunity was just absolutely amazing. In regards to these other reviews - I've noticed that some of them comment on the fact that they call them and let them know about positions for them that got filled but in my mind it's better to know about these positions and know that they are thinking of you rather than just putting a random name on their list and setting you on your way. They will lie and deceive you to believe you are getting a better deal even when the new position is worse than what you already have. Do not trust or believe a word they say.
