Two people working the bar, sat down for 15 minutes. Never got waited on. I ended up leaving as the place wasn't even busy.

I normally scope out my options, especially when visiting new airports, but this being such a small airport, I didn't do this ahead of time, as I didn't think they would have any lounges. I got to the door at 4:28AM and saw the sign that they opened at 4:30AM. I was the only one there waiting for them to open and I was the first in when they did open - But immediately after that, there were many more checking in. Fortunately, I got first dibs on their scrambled eggs and other items for breakfast. The food selection was decent, not a lot, but decent. Service was great! The lady working check-in was also working the dining room/lounge and cleaning tables. I asked her about this and she said her co-worker called in (not sure if that meant they called they would be late or not coming in)... Sounds like a very unreliable, selfish, and typical millennial employee is her co-worker who would leave this lady to work alone. What if this lady "called in" too - then the club wouldn't open at all. Anyway, they need to get rid of her co-worker and get a more reliable person to help this lady. I watched her hustle between checking people in, then grabbing a tray to clear people's plates, etc... She was constantly moving. I felt bad for all the work she had to do, on her own. Anyway - It's a nice club. When coming through SYR in the future, I'd definitely return.

The dish had plenty of shrimp and clams with loads of delicious Chorizo that magnified the flavors of the entire dish. I was jealous. I had the prosciutto wrapped halibut. It was ok. I think it was slightly over cooked and not very flavorful. The Chardonnay I had was very nice. And as always the Oysters were fabulous. Are waitress, Cara was great, she was attentive without being over bearing. Pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The interior is nicely decorated, clean and cheerful. Overall, everyone we dealt with from making the reservation to, bar personal and wait staff were lovely.

However, the service from our waitress was lackluster. We started off at the bar, which was fun. We actually should have stayed there, and may have had a better experience. The drinks were pretty good. Our waitress at the table was not friendly at all. She looked uninterested, as if she rather been doing something else. The crab rangoons were crispy, and I liked the dipping sauce. We had the calabrian rigate as our entree. The pasta sauce was delicious, but the chicken was tough and overcooked. It also took extremely long for them to bring it out. I most likely won't return to this restaurant while visiting Syracuse.

Drinks and food was being prepared and served in the core lounge instead and it was a mess to say the least. It took 30-40 minutes for our food to come out and when the Brie board first came out of the kitchen it was sat on the counter for another 10 minutes, leaving the Brie to have a film over the top and was no longer soft. The flatbread was a disappointment, there was no sauce on the pizza and it was just way too bland for the price.... The service was extremely slow with 3 people working and all the customers in the lounge seemed to be sitting around in the same situation that I was in. Won't be coming back...

The atmosphere was relaxing with each level and their own vibes. We checked out the coffee lounge first and got espresso martini and chatted. The decor was a homey feel and I can see myself coming back meeting up with friends for coffee and catching up. Then we headed to the speakeasy and had the seasonal cocktails and just ordered salads and sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious. The salads and fries were simple and I like my "girl dinner" lol. I was told to come back for their brunch so that's on the list. The atmosphere and vibes were cozy, a great place to unwind and catch up or like us celebrate a special occasion. Both service in the coffee lounge and speakeasy were welcoming. I see that they host tons of events so I'll definitely have to check those out. Also can't wait to check out the rooftop lounge once they warmer weather returns. They are utilizing the space with bubble tents with reservations, so that's a fun idea. A cute and fun spot on Tipp hill to definitely check out.
