We tried to get the man's attention but he sped away while shouting and using foul language towards Sutter employees. We attempted to call and complain but the dispatch driver hung up in our faces. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Very unprofessional in regards to road rules and patient safety.

The drivers are professional and I am always given a number to contact the driver directly in case the medical appointment goes longer or gets out earlier. I would recommend them and when possible I request them. They always notify me of the pickup time, verify the appointment time and place the day before, and they are usually a few minutes early for pickup (which I prefer). Good solid company as my experience goes.
