Clearly, I don't know how they paid for the hat. Regardless: Store shopping bag All original Tags Zero help. Lesson here: do NOT buy gifts at this store. Something as simple as even exchange is impossible unless the original purchaser is present with a receipt or credit card used. The staff is helpful and accommodating. I grabbed a true crime book and my annual tote. I'm a member of their rewards program so I get a free tote each year and a discount on my purchases.
