I originally met Jeff through a coworker. He seemed very knowledgeable about his craft, so I decided to travel to Attleboro Jewelers to speak with him about my engagement ring that was reset 10 years ago, and was unhappy with due to an off-center setting in a halo style design. Jeff was honest, and in an extremely professional manner, explained in precise detail why my existing stone could never be centered as the setting was made for a 65 mm 1 carat stone and my stone is 67 mm, slightly larger than 1 carat, something our original jeweler should have told us before we opted for the halo design. With the additional help of Elaine, I tried on many different settings, and they very patiently waited, without pressure, while I narrowed it down to two. The setting I finally chose was one that the manufacturer hadn't made in a while, so Jeff created a new mold for the ring, which made for an even better quality piece. Jeff kept me informed all through the process of my ring creation, and even sent me a very cool 3D design (CADs) of the ring before it was set. Jeff is a perfectionist, and he made sure that the diamonds going into my new ring matched the color and quality of my existing diamond perfectly, and that the finished product was just right. As for my ring, it is awesome! I have been married over 25 years, and I feel like a newlywed getting her ring for the first time...I can't stop staring at it! I am so happy to have met Jeff.
