I went in to have a ring sized that I've had for quite a while but constantly tilted as it was a little top heavy. The gentlemen behind the counter recommended they go a little smaller than I thought was needed to ensure it no longer tilted. I'm thankful for his advice- it fits perfectly and no longer slides to the side. Not only was it done within just a couple hours, but they also replaced a missing stone and cleaned it. I need to get the glass on my Movado watch replaced because I have a scratch on it and polished. First place I took it to was trying to charge me $70 to polish my watch and then another $60 to change glass when I brought it to Ricard shop he told me that the polishing leaves a yellow stain on the metal. Which confirmed my decision to have the work done at this shop. Because the other shop that I brought it to was trying to rip me off . Seen that everybody who I brought it to didn't tell me that if I had my watch polish it would leave a yellow stain on the metal . I was very happy with the work that done . Not just because I knew I was leaving my watch with someone that knew what they were doing but because when I picked it up the watch was cleaned and buffed without me asking .
