I was greeted by 2 employees. One by the name of Martha and the other one Ashley. Got there a little after 2:25pm. They both wanted to know how they could have helped me? I said I am just browsing for now, once I find out, I will let you know. They both smiled and walked away. Great asset to the company. As I was browsing, few things caught my eye and didn't need them, but liked and wanted them. Prices were very affordable and reasonable. Everything was well organized, and hanging on the racks. All items had their own prices. They also have a lot of designer items. Got myself nice white flat shoes, (small rhinestones all around), later as I was walking around, I noticed a cute, square, white color purse with lots of pockets inside and out, Liz Claiborne, with a nice long strap. It had a little wear and tear on the top & on the strap. The cashier gave me a 10% discount on it. I approached the accessories department, and saw this bulky, round color bracelet with small details on it. It was pretty dope and unique. A lady that was standing next to me said that's from India. I was like oh, ok. I also bought me 2 small perfumes, each for $25, and a lotion that was on sale for only $5.99. Saw this gorgeous black blouse that you can wear going out or just feeling groovy. Casual wear. As I was checking out, got thirsty, got me Sprite and water, also 2 M&Ms. Always have a sweet tooth. For a first time shopper, had a good experience. All that only cost me less than $150.00 including tax. Has a parking lot, not sure about restrooms. That's all I have to say until I return, when I am in the area. You can tell he's been doing this a long time and still genuinely enjoys it. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly lady on the sales floor, who connected us with Miguel. We had no idea what we were doing, and he walked us through the whole process. Miguel was happy to accommodate our exact needs, match swatches, fit preferences, budget, and timeline. He eyeballed the size and nailed it pretty much on the first try! I never felt like I was bothering him with our nitpicky requests or preferences--he actually seemed excited that we were willing to express them, so he could be confident we'd be happy with the end result. So quick, so painless, and not at the cost of quality or for an absurd price. At no point did I feel like he was upselling or trying to push us towards more expensive options, or misrepresenting the costs. My partner normally dislikes shopping and fashion, and was hesitant to even go today, but we really needed to get him a suit for a wedding next week. After we left, he called it one of his best shopping experiences to date, and will happily return to Miguel's care the next time he needs anything.

It was a double layer floor length evening gown. Top layer lace and a slip under layer, both had to be altered . The cost was $35 with Tax and all on credit card. The dress was ready within 5 business days. A very well done job I inspected the new seams and they were identical to the manufacturer. Very impressive work and I would highly recommend Youme's services to anyone, at least for altering dresses. Like most alteration stores they do not provide prices or even ball park estimates over the phone. I totally understand why, it's because there are many factors to consider when it comes to working with materials. The amount of fabric, lace might be fussier to work with, beaded or sequined fabrics are probably more tedious and time consuming, stretch fabric versus non stretch. This is exactly why we call professionals such as Youme. Spacious, air conditioned, comfortable, private changing room, and platform to stand on so they can properly measure your dress. They have a small shop dog, Coco, she's very sweet and barks occasionally, doesn't shed. Easy to find location, safe neighborhood, generally a quiet area. Expert tips: bring the shoes you are going to wear with that dress so they can measure accordingly. Call ahead of time for hours and availability. No appointments necessary.

We went in on Thursday and needed the tux by Saturday, and they were able to accommodate a Saturday pickup, which we really appreciated.
