She was the most rude, unhelpful, completely unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with for a very simple purchase of one shirt. The taller male worker stood in the shadows watching her horrendous lack of service and decorum and said nothing. I'm available if management would like to discuss further. I will be also reaching out this week to discuss further as well as a quick message to corporate who I actually have a relationship with outside of the business. Good news is I found the shirt cheaper online so that was a bonus. These two workers especially the woman are probably the worst brand ambassadors I have ever seen. I have had two service businesses in the past and these two employees would be fired and on the street if they were my workers, not for a one time bad experience but because their true colors shined through and they could not be trusted to behave appropriately and represent my business in a professional manner. I will continue to buy the clothes but will never shop at this store again. They also lost a newcomer to the brand I was introducing the brand to and potential future customer who was with me. We both share the same taste in cut and fit. He witnessed the entire encounter. Walking out with this person he told me the experience soured him and even though he liked some items, he would not be buying anything from the brand. And when a certain shirt might not be working for me, she always finds another option that I'm very happy with. I had one shirt that I loved which faded too quickly and was most likely defective. Asia was quick to find a solution that reminded me what a great clothing company should be, one that stands behind its product. Back in January, I had an issue with items that were delayed for a month due to shipping and weren't delivered on time for my birthday trip--something that was completely outside the store's control. Even so, Crissy took ownership of helping me track everything down and worked to find a solution instead of simply saying there was nothing she could do. That level of care made a stressful situation much easier. I recently returned to the store, and once again Crissy went above and beyond while assisting with my transaction. What impressed me most was that she remembered both my name and my wife's name from months ago without my wife ever being physically present just from conversation. That kind of genuine personal connection is rare and speaks volumes about the care she puts into every customer interaction. Before meeting Crissy, I wasn't much of an Adidas shopper. Her hospitality, professionalism, and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience have completely changed that. She has genuinely influenced me to become a more frequent customer. Having worked in retail for 17 years myself, I know firsthand how difficult it is to consistently deliver service at this level. I would love to have many "Crissys" on my own team. I tried to cancel the order it won't let me I call and chat with the AI chat bot. It says I have to wait for the order to arrive and not pick it up. They don't know when the order will arrive. How can a business just hold your money indefinitely before they can cancel and refund your order ? The order was placed with this store but the main issue is with the online customer service. It's made me never want to buy anything from here again.

Long story short, a rare promo card was given out as a gift with purchase at select Footlockers. Many people, myself included, went there in person and called the day before today and all the workers there said "no we don't have the card" "we were supposed to get the card but we don't have it" "we're not going to have the card tomorrow" It turns out - they DID have the promo cards so there was horrible communication amongst all workers there. Anthony did a great job admitting the team needs to be better with communication especially for a big release like the Yugioh crocs and promo card. Hopefully in the future IF there is another big release at this store, the team there will simply BE BETTER! Thanks Anthony for taking accountability for your team.
