What we actually encountered felt completely misrepresented. The trail was extremely rough, intensely dusty, steep in multiple sections, and far more treacherous than advertised. This was not a casual or beginner-friendly ride by any reasonable standard. Had the terrain been described honestly, we would never have booked this excursion. I have pre-existing back issues, and the constant violent jolting over deeply rutted terrain made the ride physically painful and stressful instead of enjoyable. By the end, it felt less like sightseeing and more like being shaken inside a paint mixer full of red desert dust. Adventure is one thing. Accurate disclosure is another. Customers deserve a realistic explanation of trail conditions, difficulty level, and physical impact before spending money and putting themselves at risk. Sedona is beautiful, but this experience left us disappointed and feeling misled.

We are so totally impressed and will definitely rent again. The luxurious Jeep that we rented not only had a fantastically comfortable ride for my bad back but seat warmers and steering wheel warmer! Easily we could have seated 5 people but this was a special trip with our dog Matilda, so it was 2 humans and her. The lovely Stevenson family are so genuine and thoughtful, we will never forget this experience! Hike House also has Hiking paraphernalia and an Energy Cafe! It's located just near Tlaquepaque, make sure you drop by! I have to add that every time we saw a guided open air Jeep tour, we felt a little sorry for them! For nearly the same price, they could rent a Jeep for a day

The belt blew while we were going 35mph (which a belt is a consumable, and needs to be replaced by owner) and now trying to charge for a full day, the belt, and a tow back in (which we helped him take off the old belt, we helped tie it up to his truck, AND we rode in the the ATV right behind the truck going down a main road at 50mph which is extremely hazardous and we could have been injured just doing that FOR HIM!)

He ensured me everything is always looked over and the machines are maintained to high standards. After going 5.6 miles the machines belt breaks and the machine can no longer be used. At this point I called Frank and asked him to come look at the machine. He drove out and looked at the machine and said he could put on a new belt because of some other issue with the machine. At this point, he towed the machine (with me driving) back to his facility. I asked about a refund since it had already been too late in the day to continue any ride. He said his mechanic would come look over the machine and he would let me know about the refund as long as everything was okay. Two hours later I received a video from Frank saying everything was good and his mechanic got the belt on with no problem. Frank informed me the belt went because of driver error. He charged me the full days rental $400.88 and the damage deposit of $1000.00. This place is running a fraudulent business and looking to scam customer. Stay away from this company, as you will regret the hassle and heartache of dealing with Frank and Octane Thrills.

We told them they had the wrong bill and when we got back to the shop at 5 PM, the people who quoted us were not there and the people who were working said we had to call an office number that they couldn't help us. They could not call the people who worked there and quoted us to ask to get the billing corrected, they also said they don't know the last name of anyone who works there and couldn't give us any information on who to call. We called the office and they said they cannot give us the 229 when I asked to speak to the owner or have the person who quoted us call the or ask her to call She laughed at me. That resulted in a choice phrase from me - my , my 12-year-old, and my wife, we're all present when the said it was 229 for everything total and they come up with a different , and then what do you do? It's dishonest and the lack and character in this . Try to dismiss me and make it look like I am a disgruntled customer, I was perfectly fine paying the 229 as quoted, but when they come back with a different amount, they are stealing. I am extremely honest, integrity is of upmost importance, and I treat people very well. If they charge me less, I would have let them know what the amount was and ask them if the price was correct. I don't appreciate what is happening here and I will take whatever Action I can to not allow them to steal from us. I highly recommend that you go to another ATV store and not support a business that will treat people like this. Maybe they have been fine in other situations or circumstances, I can't speak to that, but in us and it's not right, and we couldn't talk to the people who quoted us as they had left, and we still haven't been able to talk to them. We were only able to call this office number, and the woman laughed at me when I asked to talk to the manager or the owner of the company. I consider that very Please, please, please do not support a business like this. They need to go out of business if they're gonna treat people like this. Again, they will try to make me out as disgruntled and unreliable, etc., but I tell you I may be the most honest person you would ever meet.
