These guys seem nice enough, but this was a super frustrating and baffling experience this morning. Of course have you do a trial run before going on the drive. So I did two times around their 10 foot diameter track, and then they moved on to the next person, and the rest of the guests. After everyone did the trial run, and I waited around for half an hour, just as we were leaving to go to the mountain, they told me I would not be allowed to ride, because they weren't confident in my ability. This was baffling. Obviously safety is the most important priority, but they did not tell me that they had a concern or give me the chance to do one more 45 second run around their trial track. I know exactly what the issue was - I went slightly out of bounds on their trial track during the 92nd run they gave me. This is because I am used to riding motorcycles and very high-end off-road vehicles with sensitivity. The machines they are using are very rudimentary, basically toys, and you have to manhandle them. After the 90 seconds of trial run, I of course realized that. But they never discussed that they had a concern with me or let me have one more ride around their 45 second trial. This was just extremely baffling. Obviously, safety is 100% the first priority. But rather than communicating and letting me know what the issue is, they just dismissed me. All they had to do was say what their concern was, and let me have another 90 seconds to show them I understood the issue. Our ride motorcycles and high-end off-road trucks, that are very sensitive. I approach every vehicle with sensitivity. I was not going to manhandle their machines in the first 90 seconds. read more

Oh man how spectacular was this adventure!!! I cannot even begin to think about how absolutely wonderful this experience was because I miss it so much!! I never thought I would be ATV-ing in my life but I am soo glad that I did!! We had such a blast!! A guided tour of Sedona is where it's at! The guide we had was so kind and informative. He showed us exactly how to navigate the trails as beginners and get the most out of her experience. He seemed genuinely interested in us having a great time. We couldn't stop smiling as we explored Sedona. Sedona is such a majestic place but on the ATV it seems as exciting as Disneyland! people at the shop quoted us $229 total for everything for two hour ATV rental and we received a bill for $324. We wouldn't have rented for $324. We told them they had the wrong bill and when we got back to the shop at 5 PM, the people who quoted us were not there and the people who were working said we had to call an office number that they couldn't help us. They could not call the people who worked there and quoted us to ask to get the billing corrected, they also said they don't know the last name of anyone who works there and couldn't give us any information on who to call. We called the office and they said they cannot give us the 229 when I asked to speak to the owner or have the person who quoted us call the or ask her to call She laughed at me. That resulted in a choice phrase from me - my , my 12-year-old, and my wife, we're all present when the said it was 229 for everything total and they come up with a different , and then what do you do? It's dishonest and the lack and character in this . Try to dismiss me and make it look like I am a disgruntled customer, I was perfectly fine paying the 229 as quoted, but when they come back with a different amount, they are stealing. I am extremely honest, integrity is of upmost importance, and I treat people very well. If they charge me less, I would have let them know what the amount was and ask them if the price was correct. I don't appreciate what is happening here and I will take whatever Action I can to not allow them to steal from us. I highly recommend that you go to another ATV store and not support a business that will treat people like this. Maybe they have been fine in other situations or circumstances, I can't speak to that, but in us and it's not right, and we couldn't talk to the people who quoted us as they had left, and we still haven't been able to talk to them. We were only able to call this office number, and the woman laughed at me when I asked to talk to the manager or the owner of the company. I consider that very Please, please, please do not support a business like this. They need to go out of business if they're gonna treat people like this. Again, they will try to make me out as disgruntled and unreliable, etc., but I tell you I may be the most honest person you would ever meet. read more

I generally don't give harsh review but this one not only upset me but disappointed in many ways. First we booked this based on all the reviews and what was posted on their site. While going, one of the ATV flipped and people were thrown off the ATV. Both passengers were badly hurt so we asked for some ice/hot pack while waiting for medical attention. Due to poor cellular coverage it took roughly 90 mins to get some assistance. We all cut the trip short and returned back so we can attend to injured party. My advise to owners, make sure all drivers are stocked with minimum emergency supplies. Response we got was due to bump in roads, all the ice/hot packs get damaged and they didn't replenish them. Since lot of area doesn't have cellular coverage, consider getting CB radio or walkie-talkie. Some training for tour guide might help get some support faster as well as some immediate care. In the emergency room, there were staff members who mentioned they are seeing higher volume of people coming in due to injury from these adventure. Didn't see anyone or notice it but this is their word. On positive, our guide was nice and friendly. He did everything to help but it was limited due to training, lack of supplies and cellular coverage. read more

Disappointed our budget said no to two ATVs but ended up happy after we realized how tired our arms, hand, and thumb were throughout. Riding double also allowed us awesome photos and videos and to be able to really enjoy around us. It's also very fun riding back in its own way and we would switch when the other tired. My husband and I had a terrific time on this tour during our time in Sedona! We had done some research before our trip and found many excellent views. After a quick call to their office to talk through some of the details, we easily booked online. We had so much fun when it was time for the tour! We easily found their office and met Tim, our awesome guide for the afternoon. We checked in and received our helmets and dust masks. He offered that we could follow him to the state park so that when we were done we could just leave instead of riding back in the van after the load the ATVs back up. We appreciated this, especially since we were only spending one day/night in Sedona. It was a beautiful 4-wheeler drive through the park, and we stopped 2 times for photos/water/snacks. It was definitely dusty so dress prepared for that! Tim shared with us some history about the area and gave some recommendations of places we should check out while in town. He also recommended driving up to Jerome - we decided based on his recommendation to do so the next day as we made our way out of town, and it did NOT disappoint. All this to say, we got more out of this than just our specific ATV tour! My only disappointment was that the time went by too quickly. We ended an hour earlier than was on our tour time when we booked, but I suspect that extra hour is built in for 1) if the tour moves more slowly if there are more beginner drivers and 2) for riding back to their office in their van - so I get it. It just would've been awesome to had more time out there! HIGHLY recommend this tour if you want a fun activity in Sedona! read more

This was well worth it. Lots of fun and great scenery. I had a hard time in the beginning and Scott was pretty hard on me but it paid off, as I became a better rider and felt a sense of achievement at the end of the tour :) They provide water and snacks along the way. Wear long pants, my exposed leg got burnt from the engine, take a change of clothes, wipes and a tip from another review, a sports bra ;). First of all disregard the negative comments from others, this place was gnarly! Came down from California and booked this last minute. They were super accommodating and squeezed us in! From start to finish it was a great experience, friendly and helpful staff, Aubrey and Scott helped us out. The ride itself was sick!! Went through some pretty adrenaline filled routes filled with rocks, gnarly terrain and speed!! And on top of it all some pretty sick views!! Thank you ATV Adventures for squeezing us in last minute on a Sunday morning (we came in before they were even officially open and they accommodated us into their early morning tour). This was a great find for us right after our original adventure for the day canceled. The team here was very enthusiastic and fun. We had a first timer with us and this was definitely a great pick, the team was supportive, encouraging, and did a great job building confidence. The training course was a great icebreaker as well as tutorial for the motorcycles. The trail was very scenic for the hills out west before leading up close to the red rock; a great trail that was masterfully lead by the team of guides. Our guide Alain was great, and really helped the novice riders find their confidence while the more experienced riders found their good time at the back. The trail has a lot of range for experiences and the ATVs handled every bump and slope just fine. If you're coming out here for your photo shoot or really want a Kodak moment, go with Alain because he did an awesome job taking many great pictures of us along the way!! If you want a guide who has good insight of the local towns in the area, is knowledgeable about the geology and formations, and who will give a great laugh or travel story then go with Alain. I was visiting Sedona for a few days on vacation with six of my friends, so we decided to book a guided ATV tour in advanced. We chose Arizona ATV Adventures because of the three hour guided tour option and the price was exactly what we were looking for. The weather on the day of our tour was not ideal. However, our tour guide, Lee, was extremely professional and made all of us feel safe out on the trail.
