that's him! The manager running your business!

The WORST company to rent from! TRUST ME! From the moment we entered the driveway you were yelled at by Ted (the so called manager) on what company are you with! unbeknownst to anyone unless you frequent the business area one business is on one side of the driveway and the other business is on the other side of the driveway. immediately yelled and said until you know what business you are with park on the other side of the businesses area and if you belong to Outback, we will bring you back.! are you kidding me? I'm being nice to him. We had three days of rentals for three side-by-side and he had no clue.!!!!? He just lost your business Mr. Ted and we went across the street to Sedona ATV adventures! Ultimately it's about Customerservice you don't whistle yell at your customers! You don't treat people that way and take my advice you do not want to rent from them! The machines breakdown daily his business is trash!!!!!

Initially we were hesitant to rent ATV's in Sedona, but after 2 hours of renting their ATV's we can tell you that it's extremely worth it. One of the best experiences of Sedona. Thanks Outback ATV Rental for an easy rental process.

    Off-roading near Outlaw trail!!

Great place to rent off-road vehicles. Friendly and helpful staff, great vehicles and good prices. "I'll be back!" Thank you, Outback :)

You see them all around Sedona. I was excited to finally take a ride. We rented a 6 seater for 4 hours. It was a fun and different experience to explore the Sedona trails. We started with the Devils Bridge trail. I feel bad for the people hiking the trail. It was pretty dusty just sitting inside the vehicle. There were so many ATVs on that trail. We then drove further out to a few other ATV trails. The trails various from a few rocks to big boulders. You can't beat the beautiful scenery! I do highly recommend bring a mask and sunglasses. Leave everything in car preventing the red sand covering all over your stuff. Your clothing will be covered as well. They are not easy to wash out. I would have given another star if the vehicle didn't breakdown. The vehicle stalled when we were on the purple trail. It was a long distance from town. We had to call for help. They told us it was going be about 15-20 minutes. It took over 30 minutes. Luckily we had water in the cooler. If you have T-Mobile, you will not have any signals. I highly recommend having someone with have a different carrier. Verizon works there, but very limited signal. I hope they have a GPS tracker in the vehicle. I believe they do need to maintaine their vehicles much better. Just beware to stock enough water in cooler!

We had an extraordinary time and even as I type this I am replaying the whole experience through my mind. The staff were all so incredible and kind to work with. Ease with booking, planning, and directions. The two trails we did were "The Outlaw" that brought us right to a mountain complete with ruins and the other trail we did was "The Diamondback" which was thrilling, heart pumping, and extremely exhilarating. We cannot recommend Outback ATV Rental enough and we hope you and yours have the best time ever like we did. Of course we left with our "spray tan" lmao

Thank you Outback ATV Rental for an amazing day. Highly recommend for Sedona off-road adventures!!!

Read outback ATV's story on their website. Family-owned, how long they have lived in Sedona. They know all the places to go and see. Our version. Super nice with welcoming smiles. Our Can-Am 4-seater made it through all the paths however the suspension felt worn out. Engine ran great! They asked what we wanted to see but already had the laminated map of drawn out places to go. We choose the 8 hour instead of the 4 hour. we would have chosen the 4. We did do Devils Bridge first since this is a very long walk with an 8-year-old. We did diamondback which was on their map. ( I would pass on this unless men just want to drive for 2 hours on dirt.) we never had to get out and walk. Nothing to see other than the same old scenery the entire time. The other stuff on the map we couldn't even find. Not even sure it would have been worth it anyways. I think these rentals are more drive the entire time instead of finding the honey hole that most wouldn't be able to see. We were very disappointed to say the least. Was not worth 700 bucks.

It was fun, challenging, and absolutely a great time from start to finish. The two hour tour is amazing, but if you've got the time and the coin, rent it for the entire day and explore the whole areas trails. I'll certainly be doing it. The next time I come through Sedona. They do thorough checks of the vehicles after you rent them, so if you're gonna play around excessively, buy the insurance! All in all, it was a great time and we finished the day happy and very satisfied with the fees we paid.

What a horrible establishment. We rented an ATV in Sedona expecting a scenic, moderately…read moreadventurous trail experience based on how the route was described to us. What we actually encountered felt completely misrepresented. The trail was extremely rough, intensely dusty, steep in multiple sections, and far more treacherous than advertised. This was not a casual or beginner-friendly ride by any reasonable standard. Had the terrain been described honestly, we would never have booked this excursion. I have pre-existing back issues, and the constant violent jolting over deeply rutted terrain made the ride physically painful and stressful instead of enjoyable. By the end, it felt less like sightseeing and more like being shaken inside a paint mixer full of red desert dust. Adventure is one thing. Accurate disclosure is another. Customers deserve a realistic explanation of trail conditions, difficulty level, and physical impact before spending money and putting themselves at risk. Sedona is beautiful, but this experience left us disappointed and feeling misled.

My Husband and I have been coming to Sedona since we were kids and found so many interesting and beautiful locations that we never knew about and couldn't have easily reached without the help of Home House! We are so totally impressed and will definitely rent again. The luxurious Jeep that we rented not only had a fantastically comfortable ride for my bad back but seat warmers and steering wheel warmer! Easily we could have seated 5 people but this was a special trip with our dog Matilda, so it was 2 humans and her. The lovely Stevenson family are so genuine and thoughtful, we will never forget this experience! Hike House also has Hiking paraphernalia and an Energy Cafe! It's located just near Tlaquepaque, make sure you drop by! I have to add that every time we saw a guided open air Jeep tour, we felt a little sorry for them! For nearly the same price, they could rent a Jeep for a day
