Then the brush fire happened and got relocated to Hungry Valley. Understandable . Both times that they relocated us , Kelly was very accommodating and communicative through text. She made sure that we keep the same day , same time slot no matter what or offer a full refund. When we got to the location in the day of , Silvia and girl (I forgot her name ) who checked us in were very helpful and nice and wanted to make sure we were prepared . During these COVID times , they took our temperature , made sure we sanitized our hands , and put a sanitary head and mouth covering on before putting the sanitized helmet on . We got there an hour early because we had to commute from an hour away and wanted to be on time . They let us ride early as soon as we got there and Sylvia was a fantastic guide . She took amazing pictures of us and made sure we were okay throughout the ride The trail was beautiful and the scenery was captivating . My boyfriend and I are already looking to book the lake arrowhead location next month . 10/10 would recommend We also received our pics the same day

I experienced great customer service while conducting the business of renting it. It's a small, friendly type atmosphere. They do the right thing and they're there to support you at every turn. It's a one-of-a-kind business; there aren't many of these businesses out there that do this and are so friendly along the way. Always great to work with a good crew like that... treat them well and they will treat you well. As for the vehicle and experience, my son loved it, as did I. She simply explained that she doesn't want to bear the burden, financial and otherwise, of caring for an older horse. Her rationale was that she's given them a good life and that their deaths are swift. If you're okay with this -- and I am obviously not -- her horses are lovely and the ride itself was good, not great. The trail is not particularly scenic and you must dodge trees nonstop.

Matt (I think) who opened the shop (7/6/25) was nice and helpful. Also rented a medium ATV for my gf that is a first time atv rider. She got the "Frankenstien" one which was strange at first with all the zip-tie stitching, but after some time it added character. Main thing is that it ran well. Her advice to other new atv riders is be aware your right leg will get hot from being near the exhaust pipe. Lastly, the gf and I are both motorcycle riders. She wished that she brought her own gear because the gloves and such were "icky" and some of the gloves had huge holes in them.

Don't let them mislead you or trying to get you bank/card information. This is not a legit business and I already contact the local police department for investigation.
