I brought my machine in and got an immediate, and most importantly CORRECT diagnosis, and this team worked to get my parts rush-delivered. When the part came in, I popped in and they turned the entire job around in under an hour, and they even saved my old webcam-cover-sticker and situated it on my new screen. And all the while, I saw and heard them attentively listening to and offering real, practical advice to each customer that came in; not trying to upsell or pressure people into work they didn't need done. It turned out to be too small for my needs and I am stuck with the drive and still not fully backed up. We had worked together smoothly, I paid my bill within minutes, and when I emailed him to let him know that the problem was not resolved I was polite. He didn't answer the email or a follow up email, exactly the same as the last time we had problems. I mailed him a letter asking him to please let me know whether he was interested in working with me. No response whatsoever. I truly don't understand what this is all about, and I'm disappointed to lose his expertise. I'm done and will,have to start looking for someone else. What a shame.
