Well 35min past of still waiting for service until finally I see a lady coming but from the same Gas station/McDonald's I mentioned earlier. Just thought it was odd. Now my only other issue is that an employee tried to enter my room not once but twice. If it hadn't been for the extra lock I had on she would have been successful. I could not confront her because I had just literally gotten out the shower. Overall the hotel itself is nice I just think the staff needs a little bit more training. We only had breakfast at the hotel one morning, but it was great--hot and cold cereal, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, hot and cold drinks, etc. They always offer coffee and even had hot chocolate chip cookies one night. My daughter worked out in their fitness center every morning and liked the variety of equipment--peloton bike, weights, etc. Our beds were comfy with several pillows. They changed our sheets and towels after a few days. The kitchen/dining area with another tv, couch, chairs and tables was nice. We didn't go in the pool because it was unheated and the temps weren't warm enough outside. Too bad they don't have a hot tub. I also wish there was a bathtub in our room with two queen beds. Apparently tubs are only available in handicapped rooms and maybe upscale king suites. Our shower and toiletries were good. They have a gift shop with snacks and travel basics in case you need those. The hotel was a few miles away from my youngest daughter's home with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I would recommend this hotel.

How do I know - the shades and curtains are electric - just a push of a switch and up they go. Room was very comfy. A/C cold. Bed comfy - slept like a baby. We need a handicapped accessible room as my wife is on crutches for a recent surgery and the bathroom was well equipped. A complimentary breakfast buffet that's is standard was nice but they also have a bar, yep, a wine n beer bar. 5-10pm I think. Oh the charge it to my room. Lots of restaurants in the area. And real close to the train depot. Certainly a nice place to stay.

The first room we were assigned had a broken A/C, so we had to switch rooms. The second room was better, but the door lock kept sticking and the TV remote didn't work. The hotel photographs well, but once you're in the room, the construction quality is hard to ignore. Much of the cabinetry was misaligned, and overall the finishes felt inexpensive. On the positive side, the front desk staff was genuinely kind and helpful, breakfast was perfectly fine, and there was plenty of easy parking. I hope they address some of these quality issues because the property itself has a lot of potential.
