Which is so frustrating because I always purchase 16oz bowls. They have also gone up in price so I'm spending around $140 just to earn a free product and now I can't even get the product size I want & that I'm usually purchasing. Anyways love this place & the product but just feel like the service has gone down a bit since first I first started coming. The girls working are sometimes super nice or they act like they wish you weren't coming in to order.

I drove there thinking they would be open. If online would have said 830pm. I wouldn't have drove there. Since it said 845pm they should have been opened. On the door it says 9pm. This is the worst smoothie king ever. If anyone wants to go here make sure you go at 8pm or earlier. So you don't waste your gas or time.

This was my first time visiting this store, and my drink was not made correctly. When I politely told the employee that the drink didn't taste right and wasn't the right color, she told me she couldn't remake it unless I paid again. While helping me, she was also talking with her friend the entire time, which felt unprofessional. I've always had great experiences at Smoothie King before, so this was surprising. I hope the management can address this so future customers have better service.

The wrap around porch is absolutely beautiful, wheelchair accessible, and there is a huge protected backyard with a swing-set, picnic tables, a big tree for shade and a shade tarp with a picture wall and banana statue for the kids to climb. The employees were working hard but I did ask them about business and they admitted it was slow out here. Makes me sad because had I known this place was here, I would have been making the extra drive to visit this location for months. I'm an almost daily customer at the little strip-center pocket location I frequent near Lakeline Mall due to its proximity, but this Hudson Bend location has a vibe unmatched in most other JuiceLand spots. PLEASE invest in some marketing for this location because it deserves so much more business than it is getting. Put out a press release, guys!
