I love not having to worry about ingredients when I come here. 10/10 quality and I always find interesting things here!

Avocado toast that cost $12 + tax!!

I hate to write a negative review to a local shop, but this is ridiculous. I've been coming here since they opened and the portions of their sandwich's changes every time. Their sandwiches used to be on two slices of sourdough and then today I received my avocado toast on one tiny slice of bread. This small avocado toast cost $12!!! On top of the extremely high prices and the now very small food portions, the wait time when I am the only one in the store is ridiculous. They have 3 people behind the counter and the average wait time for my sandwich's here averages 15-20 mins. I want to love this place and what they stand for but the insane prices, long wait times and significantly reduced portions is insane. I'll take my business next door to mazama.

Wonderful new addition to Dripping Springs! I really miss Southern squeeze and Franklin Juice in Tennessee...the juice options in Texas have been very disappointing until now. Alchemy is a nice option for organic cold pressed juices. Service is very friendly and the space is beautiful! I usually try to make this a regular stop on the weekends. Beat the never ending heat wave with sweet greens! Perfect poolside drink or enjoy after a morning hike. Let me know your favorite!

We got an assorment of goodies, but I only got to try the Brown Butter Peach Donut and their Kouign Amann. I can't remember exactly the flavor of the koign amann, but it was really good! It was unique and carried a good citrus flavor - the donut was good too. It was dense and every inch was covered in yummy glaze. There are some small tables inside and outside to enjoy your goodies! Decent amount of parking in the gravel lot.

They are a whole other thing and use mostly local ancient grains etc.. in their flour production. Everything is amazing here and the space is beautiful. They do get a line sometimes and you have to wait but it's well worth it. The star of the show here are the croissant's. I've never had a croissant even come close to the quality of the ones here. All of the daily specialty items are great too and I always take home a nice sour dough loaf. I highly recommend Abby Jane Bakeshop. It's amazing!

It was our first time here and let me just say... everything was beyond expectations. As someone…read morewith celiac disease, it is SO rare to find a place that is not only completely gluten free, but actually tastes incredible too. We ordered a variety of items to share as a family including tacos, pizza, chicken and waffles, pastries, and drinks. Everything was packed with flavor. The pastries especially shocked me in the best way possible. The cinnamon roll was fluffy, soft, flavorful, and honestly one of the best gluten free pastries I've ever had. Most gluten free pastries I've tried elsewhere are dry, hard, crumbly, or taste like cake, but here they really perfected their recipes. You can tell they put a lot of time and care into the food. The oatmeal cream pie was TO DIE FOR. Probably one of my favorite things we tried. It was soft, sweet, flavorful, and did not taste "gluten free" at all. The yuzu citrus galette was also SO good and had such a fresh citrus flavor without being overpowering. Honestly all three pastries were amazing and I genuinely wish I could've ordered another round of all of them to go in like a 12-pack I also loved that they offered vegan crema and vegan cheese options. They even had a few GF & DF pastry options which I appreciated because those are honestly hard to find. A lot of their pastries also use alternative milks and it seemed like butter was the main dairy ingredient in many of them. I definitely hit the trifecta with gluten, dairy, and eggs lol, so eating out can sometimes be difficult. Finding truly gluten free places anywhere is honestly pretty rare, so when you find somewhere that is both safe and actually delicious, it feels amazing. I always carry Lactaid, Benadryl, and my EpiPen just in case. Thankfully my egg allergy is mild, but you never know. Let's just say everything looked way too good not to try and honestly... worth it. The BBQ chicken pizza was really good and the crust itself had great texture and flavor. It was on the thicker side, so I personally think a little more topping would balance it out better because sometimes it tasted a little more bread-heavy than BBQ chicken, but overall still delicious. The chicken and waffles were SO good too. They use plantain to crust the chicken which was honestly really unique and flavorful. I only had a bite to try it though because I unfortunately also have a mild banana allergy but like I said... I keep that thang on me lol. The only thing I personally would not order again was the Strawberry Matcha drink. It did not taste like a traditional matcha to me. I expected more matcha flavor, but mostly tasted coconut and strawberry foam. It just wasn't for me, but I would definitely come back to try their other drinks and refreshers because they have some really unique options. The menu itself is HUGE. They have breakfast, pizzas, sandwiches, lunch specials, pastries, cocktails, coffee drinks, and more. The location is kind of hidden but so worth finding. They even have a drive-thru. The inside is super cute with earthy, cozy, chill vibes and the patio/outdoor area was very well maintained. The staff was also incredibly kind and attentive. They constantly checked in, answered all our questions, and made the experience even better. I seriously wish a place like this existed near my house in California because I would absolutely be here all the time. This place is honestly a gluten free dream. If I'm ever back in Texas again, I'm absolutely coming back.

There's a nice outdoor patio area in front of the entrance and a kid-friendly play area to the right, across from the drive through window! Upon entrance, I was wowed by the clean and airy look and feel. There's a large community table for larger groups or social-seekers. Ordering was a little confusing as it wasn't clear where the line forms for ordering. They offer a large selection of coffee drinks, pastries, soups, sandwiches, and alcoholic drinks. What I also loved was their selection of lesser known bottled drinks such as their sea moss-infused coconut water, which was awesome! The service was fast and friendly, the food and drinks were super tasty....I'll definitely be back!

I accepted their invite to taste some of their coffees, tour the facility, and examine some varieties of their freshly roasted beans. They also showed me some loose leaf tea they recommended. After hearing about the made in-house syrups, I stayed to enjoy a bourbon latte. I left with a couple tins of black and green tea, a couple bags of South American beans, the grinder, and a couple coffee sacks because why not. I returned a few weeks later for a cars and coffee event with my son. He enjoyed seeing the cars, climbing all over the playground, and drinking a tasty hot chocolate. This is more of a production facility than a retail space but there is a coffee shop on site with a few indoor tables and a few picnic tables outside. Kid friendly with the playground. If you're into cars, check out the cars and coffee events. Recommended for good coffee, good times, and good people. La Salina is currently my favorite bean but I look forward to trying many more.

But frankly, during the last half of the year, I have to say there is a significant change in the atmosphere of the company!!!! When I found out that the other co owner is less involved, it all clicked. I think Khanh has done a tremendous job in turning around the negative, attention seeking coffee culture of her partner. The difference in vibe is SO obvious and it really is great to see a woman become empowered within her own establishment! It is always moving to see a woman in coffee shine, and I am happy to see that the REAL owner of this business is able to finally flap her wings and do so. Congrats in the great turn around!!!

My drink came super quick, and my food didn't take long at all. I mean like a couple minutes quick. Tacos were outstanding. And honestly as soon as I asked for a corn tortilla over the flour I thought, they're going to fall apart. But they didn't. And when you see the size of these tacos it will blow your mind that they didn't. Good corn tortilla. Scrambled eggs are fluffy, the potatoes are seasoned a little.
