I'd give this place zero stars if I could. One they are very rude over the phone and in person. Lady in the front was laughing at me since I wanted to use credit card instead of cash. They towed my vehicle even though I got approved to park there by the business. They even damaged my vehicle and left marks, they say they aren't responsible for the damages. Their 5 stars are by people they know, don't use them. Beware on parking on Menchaca Road, they have someone always watching.

This is the company...what i think...nvr use them

DO NOT use this company, the owner or manager on the phone, started cursing at us , for not using their service....Austin tx, Driver was nice and understood, someone showed up before they got there.... But, the owner manager was highly unproffessinol...will nvr use this service again... Atx towing austin......very sad

Tight turns and low clearance. Josh got this job done in around 10 minutes.

They tow your car and won't let you pick it up until they have the time to meet you there.

Not only was the driver, Daniel, quick to respond, but also helpful in recommending a shop to drop my car off.

Just silence...pure, uncomfortable silence. At first, I tried optimism. Then logic. Then the classic move of turning the key again like it might suddenly change its mind. It did not (like a child digging in their heels). At this point, I accepted that my car had entered its "I'm tired and I quit" era. Cue roadside assistance....Alpha Roadside Services and Battery. Thankfully, help arrived before I had time to spiral into Googling "How to survive permanently stranded in your driveway." The roadside assistance technician showed up calm, professional, and completely unfazed by my dramatic retelling of events. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue, got things sorted out, and brought my car back to life like some kind of automotive wizard. What could have turned into a full‑blown inconvenience (or emotional breakdown) ended up being quick and painless. No lectures, no eye‑rolling...just efficient help and a running vehicle again. The car was not tired, but the battery was a bit weak. While roadside service was free through our insurance plan, we had to pay for battery, which was reasonably priced. Thanks to roadside assistance, my car is no longer staging protests, and I can once again go about my day pretending this never happened. Highly recommend Alpha Roadside Services and Battery... especially if your car enjoys surprise rebellion.

They sent Jimmel with Alpha Roadside and he was there within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue (dead battery) and even offered a replacement there on the spot. But.... I figured such convenience would come with a premium and that I could get a better deal at Auto Zone, so I passed and just asked for a jump. Big mistake!! When I got to AutoZone, they didn't even have a 5yr battery for my truck. The 4yr they had they said "would work" but wasn't fitted properly for my vehicle so "might move around" (say what???). AND their batteries were more expensive. So I called Jimmel and he offered to meet me at my house where he got me taken care of in a jiffy. Better batter, lower price, more convenient and it comes with the same warranty you'd get when buying at a store like Auto Zone or anywhere else. Plus Jimmel is just a super nice and very friendly person to deal with! Will definitely call Alpha Roadside next time I'm in need!

He didn't fix the flat; what he did was put on the spare ("the donut") for me and made sure it was inflated and ready to go. He also checked the pressure in my other three tires. I didn't know what to expect when he arrived. I forgot to ask what kind of service I was getting. He's not a tow truck or a mobile tire repair service. He has a van with equipment inside to get you on the road again. In my case this was to change the tire to the spare. He also jump starts vehicles, unlocks them, and brings gas if you've run out. If you don't have a functional spare, I would say this is not the service you need if you get a flat. After he changed the tire and aired the others, he made sure I knew where the closet tire shop was and told me what time they closed. He also gave me some tips and warnings about driving on the donut. He helped make a bad day a little brighter.

After I bought new wheels and tires for the car I had to find someone who could lift the car up carefully and who had low profile jacks so it would work with my car. I tried at least 5 other places before calling Murphy's law and when I spoke to him I felt confident he could handle it. When he should up and pulled out multiple jack I knew he was the man for the job. He got the car off the block and back on the road in an hour and didn't damage anything. I was very woried about the car sliding off and landing on its rotors which cots $1500 a piece but he did a perfect job.

She was very helpful and explained everything throughly. The tow truck driver was professional and the service was quick. My insurance company originally dispatched a separate towing service whom showed up, told me they couldn't help me with the truck they had and then canceled the tow (after 4 hours of waiting). K&S showed up within 30 minutes of me calling to request a tow from them. I would definitely use K&S again if I ever ended up needing help.

Afterwards, I received a quote stating the damages I sustained are between $6K-$9K to fix. I called the owner to let him know what had happened, and he yelled at me the entire time, stating he understood the driver had made a mistake, but they would only cover my bumper damage and nothing else. He refused to give his full name and was very rude, although I was kind and only asked for help. All I asked was if we could file a claim through his insurance because they cover these incidents, and he refused to help or provide insurance info. Very rude owner! Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.
