We didn't grab a cart when we arrived, but grabbed so much equipment that Christian helped us carry the hardware and set it aside for us at the checkout counter. We replaced our Direct TV box at his request, but that did not fix our issue. The new TV kept going into a black screen randomly, and sound will go out. As a self-employed person, being without my phone directly affects my ability to work, so I made sure to plan ahead. When I booked online, I entered the exact model of my phone. After my appointment was confirmed, I called the store to ask how long the repair would take. The technician asked for MY name and phone model and told me they had my screen in stock for ME and that the repair would take about an hour. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and was then told that someone had just walked in and purchased the screen that was supposed to be used for my repair, and that they could no longer fix my phone that day. When I explained that I had a confirmed appointment and had already been told my part was in stock, I was told, "We are first come, first served." What is the point of making an appointment and confirming parts in advance if walk-ins are allowed to take reserved inventory? This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time.
