This was my first time visiting this location, but I love the chain. It's one of the few places in my area where I feel like I can get fresh, healthy food! The bowls are fairly customizable, which I appreciate. This time I got the Coconut curry bowl and a dragon mango crème smoothie. For being super-healthy food, this was good. The curry tasted great, and the cheese bread especially had no discernible difference from typical cheese bread. The nice cream and brownies do not taste like the real thing, but for someone who can't eat regular dessert, they're probably delicious. The atmosphere has a fancy eatery feeling, which makes it feel like a special place to dine. My main gripe is that I wiped the table with an antibacterial wipe when we sat down, and it came away absolutely brown. That was kinda gross. read more

Slow service. There was only 1 couple ahead of me and it took almost 20 minutes to get my salad. I got the Greek salad with falafel. The greens were really fresh, but the peppers and tomatoes were not. The radishes had no flavor, but the feta cheese was really good and there was a decent amount of it. The falafel was weird tasting and cold. I don't know what the salad dressing was made from because it was gross.. And finally, they added some sort of biscuit to my order. This also had a weird taste and when I bit into it, it was raw inside. I came in late in the day. (8:05 pm). I don't know if the lateness had anything to do with the bad food, but I can tell you that the salad (which I already thought was over priced) was definitely not worth the cost. It was shy of $20 by a few dollars, and I really feel like I threw that money in the trash. read more

First time here. Salmon mango bowl was super tasty! The sauce was great and the bowl was flavorful while still being healthy. The cheese bread was unlike anything I have tasted and was given a few more right before they closed. Staff was very friendly. A business trip brought me to Utah and I found myself having lunch at Aubergine shortly after I got off my plane. I visited at the recommendation of a colleague and I am happy that I did. Situated in a shopping plaza, the location is nondescript but the interior is warm and the staff is friendly. I ordered a Mediterranean Bowl. The bowl was full of flavorful, and surprisingly light, falafel, along with hummus, quinoa, kale and a bunch of other vegetables. Everything was fresh. The bowl was well balanced and while it left me feeling satiated, it also left me wanting more. I expect to be in Utah again, and I will certainly go to Aubergine when I am! No consistency in the different locations. I got a mushroom toast here and it is amazing down in Orem. I will go there in the next couple days and post a picture so you can see it side-by-side but at this location I literally got six mushroom slices. stay tuned, and I will post a picture of how warm does their mushroom toast and a different quality of it. I also wanted to add egg which was not a problem, but I asked them how they cook it and they didn't know the words to use. I think English is our second language so I asked him did they fry it? I am so impressed with the American Fork Aubergine!!! As always, the food was AMAZING! But even better was their customer service! My friends and I hadn't seen each other in a while and ended up staying in the restaurant a long time catching up. The staff were so friendly to us. Even though we had been there too long hahaha. When it came to be closing time, Alex came up to us and gave us a whole bag of leftover cheese bread!!!! So so kind! An average restaurant with yummy food, probably closer to 3.5 star experience. I loved all the different options and the plethora of vegetables. The food was pretty good, but the organization of service was to be desired. Some of the menu items are made at the food bar before purchasing, others are made after you order at the register. I went with a few friends and we were all ordered separately but after each other, and unfortunately we had quite a few delays with receiving our respective orders. Some of us had our food right away because it was made at the food bar, others had to wait a long time for their food to come out because it was made after ordering. The sweet potato fries were also currently in the oven baking when we ordered and so they didn't come until near the end of the meal. What I got: Cheese bread - 4* very good and surprisingly big and filling Sweet potato bites - 4* it had sweet orange potato and something else that I'm going to call yellow sweet potato. The yellow was my favourite. Inspirational Açai bowl - 4* I think that's what its name was. It was good, nice and sweet. A good mix of the açai, fruit, and granola. Pita with falafel - 3.5* I can't remember the exact name, but I was starving in this filled me right up. I do wish it had a little bit more sauce. read more

This place is the worst - the management needs to be fired. I have been three times, the first time I ordered online and went in 30 minutes later and they hadn't started it. The second time they gave my order to someone else. The third time they did the same thing as the first, I ordered, wait 30 mins and they hadn't started the order when I got there. They are constantly understaffed and slow. I only went there for my girlfriend and even then I will never go back. 24 bucks for a small salad and horrible service - go to Zao and thank me later. read more

Wowza this place feels healthy! Usually when I'm going out to eat I expect to consume ridiculous amounts of calories but here I didn't have that problem. I ordered the curry. It was pretty good! Maybe could have used a bit of salt. Surprisingly, my favorite part was the chicken. It's grilled. Like I said this place is healthy and I don't even think they offer fried food. (I could be very wrong lol, I might have seen some fries haha). But yes the chicken looked dry, the kale looked a bit boring, but I was wrong the chicken was juicy and delicious. The kale was the perfect soft crunch to an otherwise texture-less dish. I can see why this place draws people in with its healthy options. It's reasonably price and I feel like the portions are a great size for the price. Overall great value and I didn't feel guilty for eating out because it was still healthy. I would probably come again if it were an option :) Other notes: parking was fine. Plenty of spaces and I went around 7 pm. I liked the reusable dishes. Real forked and a porcelain bowl was kinda nice. Made me feel classy and I could have probably dressed up a bit more. Maybe even could have wore high heels. Ah yeah.... Love that option. The place was clean! There weren't dirty used tables they had all been flipped and were clean and ready for the next customer even tho the place was kinda busy. I've been here several times and obviously love the avocado melt it has mushrooms & a yummy sauce with avocado & cashews I guess maybe it's in the sauce. But can we please talk about how there's a better way to prepare this dish by utilizing the pita bread it comes on??!!! All the yummy ingredients literally slide out EVERY TIME!! That's not how pita bread works! At the very least, they could serve it taco style so the pita bread can carry the yumminess to your face or hey actually use the pita bread correctly & put the ingredients IN the pita pocket! It's a sloppy mess & I'm not even trying, like I'm really trying to hold the yummy ingredients inbetween the pitas. Please!!! Omg it's frustrating but I'm still doing 4 stars because the flavors are amazing, the restaurant is always clean, the employees are always so kind & the restroom is clean. And my vegetarian daughter loves the choices & flavor too. I just don't want to wear the food or have it running down my fingers, hands, & elbows. I can't be the only person who is deeply bugged by the lack of pita bread responsibility! I promise I'm not a slob lol. Ok done, I'll be back with disposable gloves next time maybe. This was so yummy!!!! We came across the location by chance! We were driving back to heber after doing the timpanagos cave tour. I did a google search for gluten free and vegan food and this came up. So we plugged it in to google and headed there for dinner. Staff was mostly young/teens it seemed. I did mention we had not been in before and they seemed a bit aloof but that is okay the food made up for it. pros : 1. menu is clearly marked for gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, vegan. This was a major plus for me! Being gluten free and vegan it is frequently hard to navigate through menus and restaurants. I loved their menu!!! 2. lots of options for meat eaters and vegans alike 3. food was soo soo good!! wow! I wish one of these was in my hometown. We were all very happy with our food. I was sad I didnt see about their vegan milkshakes until after i had ordered. Maybe i will be back someday and get to try it. cons : 1. employees could be a little more helpful but i think part of that is just the age that they have hired working there My daughter and I both ordered bowls. I ordered a smoothie as well. She ordere d a mini desert of some kind and my son ordered a smoothie. Location had plenty of parking. Store was clean. I was excited to try this place. I have some food allergies that make eating out a bit challenging, but this placed seemed to fit the bill. It seems like it used to be setup like cafe rio where you walk along with the person making your food and you can tell them what you want or don't want on it. Well it's not that way anymore. You just walk up to the register and order. Made it more difficult to do a build your own bowl. I'm glad I looked up all of the food options ahead of time, so I knew what I wanted on the bowl. Had I not done that, it would have been really hard to choose what I wanted without actually seeing my choices. I felt like the food was WAY over seasoned. I did not really like it. Especially since I spent almost $20 on my meal. (With the addition of a sparkling water) For me $20 is way too much for a casual dining experience, especially when I can make better food in my own kitchen for a 1/4 of the price. I did like that they had whole30 (meaning sugar free) salad dressing options. That is pretty unusual. Still not sure I would return here, though. read more

Decided to stop by here in my way home and ordered a Maderia bowl and extra cheese bread. Based on the pics I've seen their cheese bread looks delicious! I'm not usually a fan but decided to go for it. For some reason today the cheese bread was super flat and dense. And they forgot to add the kale in my maderia bowl which was a bummer cause the bowl was delicious but definitely needed some greens to help balance it. I went in tonight to order their harvest salad bowl aka their chicken almond bowl. I have ordered this many times and I enjoy it more than any other dish here. They've really perfected it! When I took my first bite I found the quinoa to be really dry-like hurt your teeth dry. When I brought it to their attention the customer service was amazing. They offered to replace the whole thing (because you mix everything together and quinoa coated everything.) they were very apologetic and kind. I have never had a problem with this before and understand that anomalies can happen. I loved how they treated me like a star customer and I will definitely come back many more times! read more
