Stopped by during a lunch break with some coworkers and had a great experience. The area was really busy, so parking was a bit tough to find, and we ended up grabbing a table outside while waiting for something to open up inside. Luckily, we were able to snag a table indoors just before our food came out. Considering how packed it was, the food came out pretty quickly. Everything tasted fresh and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. The menu has a ton of options, which made it hard to decide. I went with the street cart doner and it did not disappoint. This was really close to a four. I got the falafel remix bowl. The vegetables were amazing. I barely used the sauce, because I didn't really need it. I loved the crispy chickpeas, the regular chickpeas, and all the other. Unfortunately, I did not like the falafel. They had a weird taste. It wasn't real bad, but I didn't finish them. The ambience is fine. I actually really appreciate the number of outlets. They have. I was able to plug-in and work on my computer while eating. The service was good. I wanted a spoon to scoop up the final quinoa and vegetables in the bowl, but I couldn't find one in the tin container containers. I checked three and gave up. I would go back. read more

Placed an online repeat order as we have been here several times (in fact just last week) and never had an outstanding experience but it's always been decent overall. My husband mentioned the restaurant was oddly empty and quiet. Tonight was by far the worst experience I've ever had here. We re-ordered literally the exact same thing we always do... the street cart doner with beef and lamb, minus onions and tomatoes and plus the pickled onions and carrots as well as an order of sweet potato waffle fries . Tonight both of the wraps were super spicy, like I'm talking I couldn't even eat it. My husband was hungry enough that he ate his but he said it was definitely spicier than usual too. I contacted the restaurant to see what they recommended doing such as coming back for a remake or something. This was not the case. The guy on the phone had no customer service skills whatsoever and whomever he was talking to was no better. I'm absolutely shocked honestly at the lack of empathy. In fact the guy went as far as to be quite condescending and jerky to me. During the call he'd just cut me off and put me on a silent hold without letting me know or complete my questions/comments. This happened about 4 separate times. He told me that there was no way they'd messed the wraps up and that everything was the same as usual. They told me they would not remake me mine for free due to nothing being wrong with it in the first place. I said "well I guess I know what not to order next time" after the whole horrible experience and his comment was "yep sounds like a plan for next time". I will definitely not be a repeat customer at this location and will be letting anyone I know to not go to this location as they are rude, unhelpful, and uncaring. $14+ down the drain as well as my dinner in the trash. On top of everything the wraps were super soggy which is weird since my husband waited for them to bag the order. read more

Best flat bread ever! Service was great and not pushy and ice cold beverages to cool you off was God sent on a 90 degree day. Had gyros that were ok but the meat definitely wasn't just off the grill. The guy working the counter tonight had really great energy. He was super friendly and professional. I had a pretty complicated order and he was super chill and patient. The order took a bit long and he was really apologetic and hooked us up with some baklava. He was also mopping the floors and working really hard. Employees like him and his team deserve as much praise and recognition as they can get. The location is great with an original design inside and the food was all really good. This location is so much better than the Sugarhouse location in SLC. That location sucks. I will always be going to Spitz - Lehi. read more

Came here for my sons birthday and sadly was very disappointing. Not sure if it was a bad day, but felt like a bummer. The place was very messy and the music was so loud we couldnt really hear anyone in our group. The meat within our doners was cold, the falafels were dense and chewy, and the wraps were dry. The doners were very vegetable heavy, and sweet potato fries were limp and soggy. The fries were well seasoned though, so stick with those. The gyro was the only enjoyable item that we could recommend. The staff were personable and friendly but overall this experience was a miss for us. read more

I love Mediterranean food, so I've been to Spitz a few times, and I think their quality has gone down. The portions are not as big as before. The sweet potato waffle fries are a hit-or-miss -- the ones I got this time were not hot, so they tasted very average. They are much better when they're freshly made. I didn't like the gyro as much as I thought I would. I didn't like having fries in it. It's also not a good idea because the fries would get soggy inside. The donor wrap was alright. It was a bit dry. I remembered having a much better experience last time. I'm not sure if I'd want to go back anytime soon. read more

Spacious parking lot and the restaurant's space is very nice, clean, cool and fun place to hangout. Too bad that I can't say that to the foods. It just not that good. I love Greek foods and been to Greece a lot and ate there and other places in different states, this is just a cheap knockoff place. I can only speak for the gyros and street fried with beef. The gyro is greasy from the fries and the sauce is abit over powered and lack of favor, the beef is just decent. The fries is also greasy and abit of much the sauce and the meat is abit dried. I also ordered chicken wings and it was terrible. The meats are cold (near the bones) and room temperature outside and just simply salty. They do have a bar side which is fantastic and it helped a lot to endured the foods. The folks there are nice and cheerful. But will not come back for the foods, the drinks definitely. read more

Absolutely delicious! We dont have restaurant places like this in Twin - to my knowledge. 3 of us shared the Street Cart Doner, the Berliner bowl, fried Pita strips with Hummus, and still had left overs. We wanted to be able to try a little of everything. We ordered our food with the 3 meats: chicken, beef, and lamb. The meat was so tender. Everything was wonderful and tasteful! Even the water with a slight hint of orange; refreshing! When in the area will definitely come again! They need to open a spot in Twin!!! Also a plus, the staff was nice, helpful, and patient with us especially since we didnt know what to order. The food did take a bit to get to us, but it was worth the wait. Found this place because my friends and I were craving Mediterranean! I liked this spot because it appeared a little more upscale than your typical hole in the wall pita grill type place. Don't get me wrong, those places are great too, but just not the vibe we were looking for tonight. Spitz has multiple locations, but we ended up at the Lehi location. It's right next to the Traverse Mountain outlets, so it could be a spot you stop by after some retail therapy! Right off the bat, place is clean and decorated nicely. The staff are so so incredibly nice. The cashier in particular was so sweet and friendly. Service was great and food came out fast. I got the kids lavash meal with mixed meat. The description said "wrapped meat", which is exactly what it was, a wrap with shaved meat inside. I also got a side of their sweet potato waffle fries. The wrap was delicious and I was especially glad it came with a side of sauce. I couldn't really tell you what it was, but it gave it the moisture it so desperately needed. Typically, veggies and or hummus cuts the dryness, but since this was only meat inside the sauce was a welcomed addition. I don't usually like lamb, but the mixed meat was actually delicious and well seasoned on its own. The sweet potato fries were 10/10. They were crispy just how I like them. My portion was great for a kids meal, but I think the wrap combos were a bit lacking. Based on their pictures they looked like they would be busting with food, but it's a very normal portion. We even thought maybe we could share a couple of combos, but we probably would have had to order more food. One of my friends got a side of pita bread with hummus and the pita was a healthy portion, but the ratio to hummus was off. We each ordered bowls and a gyro wrap . I think the service was the best part of the meal. The person that took our order was friendly and helpful. The bowls were good, plenty of ingredients, but the gyro meat that was in each bowl and the wrap were dry as a bone. Overcooked and tasted like it had been sitting around in a chafer dish for hours too long. Also, we were given one sauce for three large items. My bad. I should've checked the bowls. I think overall it's a great idea , but the over $50 we spent was far too much money on just meh food. read more

We tried spitz for the first time at the new St. George location a few weeks ago. We LOVED everything. We were so excited to find out there was one here in lehi. It was NOT THE SAME. I got the street cart wrap in both locations and the first picture is the at George location, the 2nd is the lehi location. The first was absolutely delicious. You can clearly see the difference in how it was made. It looks sad. St george makes it as advertised. I can't even fathom that I paid over $15 plus tax and tip for the wrap in the 2nd photo. I like Spitz, I had been here before and was looking forward to having one of their wraps. I ordered one extra meat and chili sauce. It took about 20-25 minutes for the food to finally come out.. and no extra meat.. the food was pretty good overall but the wrap stuck to the wrapper, ripping the wrap and making it fall apart. All that was tolerable but it got worse. I was finishing up my meal and by that time it was about 15 minute to closing. I got up to get a refill on the drink because they went overboard with the chili sauce and banana peppers.. I turn around and my food is gone.. apparently they thought I was done and just threw away my food to get out of there quicker.. This meal was NOT worth the $23 I paid.. I definitely will not be coming back any time soon. read more
