Their products are good and very competitively priced- often beating big box store prices. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to lend a hand finding items, offering materials and method advice, or brainstorming how to accomplish a project. The free and fast delivery is reliable and the delivery drivers and are like heros who regularly brave my dodgy woods road and remote location to help ease my labors, and they do it with a can-do, gung-ho and adventurous attitude. After I selected the pieces they offered to cut them to my measurements so the 16' pieces would fit better in my van. While doing that they also offered to square up the rough ends with their saw. And they gave me a quantity discount. The employees are wonderfully helpful. A couple of years ago the manager recommended a contractor to me and the recommendation worked out great.
