Skylar was carefully placed with other dogs that were her size and age. When we picked up Skylar she was happy and appeared clean. A couple days later, I took her to a vet appointment, and she was very social with other dogs. This was not like her at all! Camp Lisa actually helped my dog become socialized. I will be bringing her back to Camp Lisa! I have recommended this place to friends. I feel lucky that this place is in our community. So, I did my research and came across Maisy's Mutts! We did a meet and greet 3 weeks before I had to leave for the weekend and it went great. She even voluntarily checked on our bearded dragon & beta fish for us and left the TV on Animal Planet for our pups. Our chiweenie, CoCo, had a very traumatic upbringing until she was rescued. She had severe social anxiety and could sometimes be aggressive. One thing I did notice, and this is why I'm writing this review, is that upon our arrival back home and over the next couple of weeks we saw significant change in CoCo's behavior. She was much more receptive to new faces and even warmer with us than she had ever been. Idk what Shalini did or maybe CoCo just realized that not all strangers are bad and some are friends, but it completely changed our outlook on what our life could be like with CoCo added to our family. We continue to recommend Shalini to friends and family and we now have a cat added to our family and will need her services again here soon. Thank you Shalini!! You truly are a saint to these animals.

I did visit the boarding facility to determine if my dog would be a good fit, and while my dog was not secure around the bigger doggies, the dogs she had there were so happy and confident, I could tell that she took great care of her own dogs and the dogs in her care. She was wonderfully professional, trustworthy and our dog loved her, she was so very kind to him and looked after our kitties too. She is attentive to detail and caring. I didn't think twice about leaving my house key with her and giving her full access to my home and pets. She will be my go to pet sitter going forward if she is ok with it.
