I ignored it for another year and returned. Wanted the fender replaced this time and was told one should never repair rust, it always comes thru again. Well, why did they repair it the first time and not recommend replacement? Who knows. Anyway, the second time it was replaced but the paint does not match as perfectly as the first time. Rather disturbing since the cost to match/procure red is why they said this was a costly repair. Now I have to go thru the hassle of returning between 12 and 4 p.m. M-F, to inquire about it, seeing what they will do and then being without the car again for a few days.

We took our Nissan in for repairs after a pickup truck hitch had backed into and wrecked the grill. A week later, I was side swiped on the freeway. To make matters worse, after we got that fixed, someone backed into it and tore off the bumper while it was parked. Oy vey. From the start, Mike was professional, clear, and super easy to talk to. He took the time to thoroughly explain the costs and procedures before, during, and after the repair--so we always knew what was happening and why. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, and even followed up after the jobs were done to make sure everything was good. That kind of communication and care really made a difference. Do NOT come to this place. I was in a bad car accident and through my car insurance this was one of…read morethe few local places that I was able to repair my car and be fully covered. I had to wait around a month and my car still wasn't fully repaired. Parts were missing but they told me they would just call and pop the pieces on when they recieve them. I picked up my car since I was spending money on Lyft. I followed up for MONTHS. The guy answering the phone would happily say my parts didn't haven't come in yet and I never recieved a call back. They confirmed it can drive but I noticed they skimped on replacing parts. They mixed and match old pieces of my car with new pieces and had a shoddy paint job. My car insurance gave me the checks to give to them and they took the money and ran. Oh yeah, my rims have a specfic plating/paint job on them and I asked for the one side of my car that recieved the repairs match the othe side of my car. They said no. They stated along the lines of the paint job/plating for the rims was beneath them because it was "cheap". My original rims have a sleek black finish and they decided to put thos gray cruddy paint on it, oh yeah and it's chipping after years later. Meanwhile my other side, which was painted prior, is still in great condition. A waste of time and money.
