Garbage was always overflowing, the dumpster garages were always disgusting and dirty. Probably could do with an every other day garbage pick up. It was a lot of money for such small and old apartments. Time for a refresh! On a positive not staff was pleasant to work with. They had food trucks come in monthly. Communication between management and the community was non existent. All in all we moved out of the area found a really spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with a massive covered patio for less than the rent at Stoneridge apartments. lol, moved out off state!

The pool is amazing on these hot days, the gym is awesome & they even have a vending machine in the office with super good snacks, energy drinks, sodas, etc that are accessible even when the office is closed. Our neighbors are amazing and we've made so many great friends with people in different areas of the property. With a washer and dryer in unit this was by far the best apartment I have lived in. Maintenance was always on top of requests completing them within 1-2 days depending on what was needed for the request. Evan (assistant property manager) was very helpful during my move out and made it simple. Would definitely recommend!

Tbh he is one of the reasons I decided to move here. Having great leasing staff is huge. And Gerardo was just that. So far this review is based on first impressions. I applied for an apartment today, so I will be updating the review after I've lived there for a couple of months. But so far the first impressions are great. Clean grounds, nice apartment, great amenities, and friendly Gerardo! 3 weeks later: I got the apartment and been in the process of moving in. I love it so far. Every request I've had for the maintenance has been resolved super quickly. They literally would call me just a couple of hours after I posted the request. I met the new maintenance guy. He is so nice. Went above and beyond to help resolve some of the smaller issues so far. I also got to meet Angela as well. She was just as nice as Gerardo. In fact we ended up chatting for awhile and she recommended an eye Dr to me and just was a sweet soul. Absolutely zero regrets about moving in here so far. Very excited to fully transition my life to this complex next weekend and start enjoying the quiet I've been experiencing so far every time I've been there. It's well maintained. Quiet neighbors, clean amenities and my place was perfect prior to move in. Maintenance is really great about getting orders done in 24hrs which I love. Usually no problem finding parking but the occasional cars that are just parked in the same spot here and there but other than that a great place to live. I'm a homeowner still and still fairly new to Roseville. Older well kept communities tend to be more quit not so much traffic and affordable which I loved about this community! FYI: This is an honest review from someone with previous property Mgt industry experience as well so I'm a bit picky!

We lived here a few years ago and although it was a beautiful and quiet home we ran into issues…read morewith pests. We had wasps/yellow jacket nests in our garage and on our balcony door. No idea how they got in our garage and ended up making a home in there, as we do not leave the garage open for extended periods of time. The most concerning was actually the balcony, which my husband had noticed when he went out for a jog one day. There was apparently a HUGE nest right outside the door. Basically if I opened the door, we would've gotten it. I had the hardest time explaining this to maintenance/property management. Even trying to coordinate when they'd remove it. When they sprayed the nest (unexpectedly), some desperate wasps/yellow jackets came into the house through the small gaps on the side/below the door. I was horrified since I had my children in the home. We also had an incident where our dog tore the carpet in the master bedroom. We admit, she did tear it. But we got charged an insane amount and were told they had to replace the WHOLE carpet. This was in the master bedroom, which needs a HUGE, SINGLE run of carpet to repair. It is a nice place, but honestly, could've been a better experience. If we return to California, we wouldn't go back here.
