Its after the fact that the true colors of this company come out. We moved in on a short term lease, only ended up staying 10 weeks total. We are meticulous when it comes to cleanliness but somehow they felt the need to not only charge us a $200 carpet cleaning but an additional $240 apartment deep cleaning. Mind you, we were only living in the apartment for 10 weeks, but we spent alot of time throughly cleaning after we had fully moved out and feel we actually left the apartment in better condition then before we moved in. I asked why I was charged these amounts and i was provided a few pictures, 1 was from some cat hair they collected, 1 was from a dusty top of the refrigerator and 1 was from what looked like juice splatter in one of the pull out drawers inside the fridge itself. They also sent a picture of a previous issue with the stove that we had requested to get fixed because it was dirty when we moved in that was never fully fixed, basically they tried now saying it was dirty because of us when we have documented with them that this was an issue before we even moved in. They also charged us $400 dollars for 3 broken glass sliders. We did in fact crack one of the glass doors which I had zero issue with paying, but then they tried billing me for an additional set of 2 doors. They provided no proof of the damage they claimed, I've requested multiple times and still nothing. I requested a walk through before we left but because of covid they told me they wouldn't be able to (how convenient). Not only did they keep my entire $600 deposit, but I was billed an additional $375 on top. Total amount was nearly a full months rent which is crazy. Any cleaning needed at most was normal wear and tear, any damaged glass I was never provided proof of, I'm forced to go to small claims over this matter but I wanted to let anyone interested in moving here to be very very careful and make sure you document every little thing before you move out. See attached pictures which was what they claimed was the reason for a $240 deep cleaning fee.

She was able to get a hold of Conrad, and even though it was late in the day, he was eager to address and fix the issue. He was so polite and explained why her stove was not working properly what to do to prevent it happening again, but did say, please feel free to call anytime if the her stove was not working again. I wish my place that I live in now, was prompt and not made you feel like you are a burden, would be like him. If I ever move out here, this would be the place to be! The units were clean, brand new, the yard was always well kept, the staff was incredibly helpful and Mike the maintenance man always had a smile on his face. In the short time we were there we had an ant problem and it was resolved within days after addressing the problem with maintenance. Their online system makes it easy to connect with the staff. The community Manager Cassidy was incredibly helpful when it came time to move and we forgot about some packages in our mailbox- she forwarded all our mail to our new home. The complex was always doing fun things to get the community involved such as scavenger hunts for delicious prizes around the holidays. Delivered us all hot coco and chocolate for the holidays. The pool/BBQ area was so beautiful- I wish we could've gotten to enjoy it during summer! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay! Thank you Sonterra :)

Our A/C has been broken for about 3 weeks now and they haven't done much to fix the problem. Because of that, our electricity bill has doubled. It is $200 for a tiny apartment and we have barley been running anything so it's definitely because of our broken A/C (not to mention it's 100 degrees outside) There is also a horrible smell coming from our attic making the until smell horrendous. Elevators and better parking would be a huge improvement especially with a baby on the way but we are just so grateful to live in a place where neighbors are kind, staff do their jobs incredibly well, and the grounds are wonderfully maintained. Just today my ring doorbell alerted to movement and it was staff washing the concrete floors outside our entrance. We had a few items near our door (heavy Amazon package, a small entry table, a doggie bag, and a door mat). The staff member took the extra time to move everything out of the way, scrub the floor down with soap and a brush, rinse it, and dry everything with a blower. He totally could have just worked around the items at our front step seeing it as "not his job" to move things but he took the time and care to do it right. And this is what we have noticed with all sorts of work they do around the complex. They are amazing!

The amenities like the pool, gym, kiddos and dog parks have all been amazing. The staff is so kind and attentive as well! Debbie helped us find our perfect apartment and when our dishwasher wasn't working properly we got a new one within the week. We are in a Tahoe and it fits our family perfectly. Every person that has come to our place has said how nice the complex is and we agree! I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and comfortable place to call home.

The pool is amazing on these hot days, the gym is awesome & they even have a vending machine in the office with super good snacks, energy drinks, sodas, etc that are accessible even when the office is closed. They have two great dog parks and lots of extra grass areas that are great for toddlers to run around(along with the park). Our neighbors are amazing and we've made so many great friends with people in different areas of the property. Would highly recommend, we've actually recruited multiple of our friends to move in, we love it here so much!

Never a good sign when you're looking to rent from a company that seems to never be available. It can't just be an "apartment thing" because I've called Cobblestone Creek like 3 different times today and each time a very nice woman picked up and answered all of my questions. This place is just as nice and better price but they won't pick up the phone. Apartment living already comes with its typical problems so this is already not a good sign. These apartments are quiet the residents here are courteous and friendly. And BEST OF ALL theres no one playing music, no parking outside people's doors, and no one having all types of disrespectful company in and out stomping around up and down the stairs all hours of the night! We are blessed and loving it here.
