Would never recommend this place to anyone else, When we first were asking about the apartment they…read moreoutright refused to show us the apartment and "claimed" they were "cleaning" it - When we moved in it was absolutely filthy, the carpet had a lot of black stains, the chandelier had a lot of black dust and so did the fans along with spider webs everywhere, its like it was included in the apartment package, the tub was clogged and so was the sink and they never ever fixed, and this without mentioning the extremely noisy water faucets in the bathrooms - The bathroom floors were disgusting, and the A/C was non functional, the only thing it was good for was a waste of electricity and money, $650 PG&E bill in July/August - When we asked them to fix it they never repaired nor replaced it - When we moved out we gave them the apartment in a cleaner condition then when they gave it to us - And After ALL THAT they still charged us around $800+ that's $300 dollars more then the $500 deposit. If i could give them 0 stars i would, management are a bunch of liars - They will come up with anything to scam you - Would never recommend, Save your money and spare yourself the headache of dealing with these people.

Communication between management and the community was non existent. The units were clean, brand new, the yard was always well kept, the staff was incredibly helpful and Mike the maintenance man always had a smile on his face. In the short time we were there we had an ant problem and it was resolved within days after addressing the problem with maintenance. Their online system makes it easy to connect with the staff. The community Manager Cassidy was incredibly helpful when it came time to move and we forgot about some packages in our mailbox- she forwarded all our mail to our new home. The complex was always doing fun things to get the community involved such as scavenger hunts for delicious prizes around the holidays. Delivered us all hot coco and chocolate for the holidays. The pool/BBQ area was so beautiful- I wish we could've gotten to enjoy it during summer! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay! Thank you Sonterra :)

Con's not enough parking if you have more than 2 cars Pros you are closed to everything , I have rent a house in the past and if ac breaks you are looking at 3 days minimum. I haven't personally experienced any of those things talked about in the negative reviews from years ago and I think it is under new management. Pros: - Grounds stay maintained and clean - Maintenance fixes issues immediately - Neighborhood is nice and safe (low crime) - Close to a grocery store (across street) - Apartments are updated (fake granite counters new appliances etc) - Laundry in unit - Apartments are well insulated and you do not have to keep AC or Heat on high. - Close to dog parks Cons: - Rent does fluctuate but overall they're expensive. - Some of the neighbors do not pick up after their dogs and there is no repercussions. - Small bedrooms ( have to have a queen bed if you want anything else in the room) - There are a few closets but not a lot of storage space. Overall: It is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

They love organizing fun holiday activities throughout the year, including a wonderful annual luau that brings the community together. They are also excellent at communication for all work that needs to be completed on the premises. This team does what needs to done to accommodate their residence! We particularly appreciate how quickly they respond if or whenever there's an issue with our unit. Whether it's an urgent repair or simply scheduling regular maintenance, they are prompt, professional, and dependable. They also enforce a low noise tolerance which is also appropriated through the surrounding neighborhood. As well, my family really likes that the location of this complex is surrounded by a multitude of places to shop for virtually everything. It's refreshing to live in a community where the staff genuinely cares about their residents. Our interactions with Ashley, Les, Galena and Johnny have always been warm and supportive. I've been living at Coventry for two years now and can say it's been a positive experience. The property has about 200 units and is about 20-ish years old. It's on the smaller side and conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with shopping and parks you can easily walk to. I feel very safe living here. I appreciate that the property is clean and well maintained. Yearly inspections and maintenance are performed in the units to ensure safety and compliance. While I haven't had many maintenance needs, but when I do, Johnny and his crew respond quickly to resolve the issue. Love these guys! The gardeners aren't your typical mow and blow guys. They come once a week, sometimes twice in the fall to pick up leaves. They also trim and prune as needed and maintain the sidewalk area outside the perimeter of the complex. The staff at Coventry is warm, friendly and attentive. They make me feel welcome and know me by name. Ashley and Les knew that I was new to the area and that it was first time living and renting an apartment and took extra steps to walk me through the process, what I can expect from their management and staff and my expectations from management and staff as a renter. I haven't had much interactions with Galena but she always greets me with a smile and is very helpful. Lastly, the residents are quiet and seem to observe the rules of the complex. Again, it's my first time renting and living in an apartment. I don't have anything to compare it to but it's been a wonderful experience and perfect place for me!

Tbh he is one of the reasons I decided to move here. Having great leasing staff is huge. And Gerardo was just that. So far this review is based on first impressions. I applied for an apartment today, so I will be updating the review after I've lived there for a couple of months. But so far the first impressions are great. Clean grounds, nice apartment, great amenities, and friendly Gerardo! 3 weeks later: I got the apartment and been in the process of moving in. I love it so far. Every request I've had for the maintenance has been resolved super quickly. They literally would call me just a couple of hours after I posted the request. I met the new maintenance guy. He is so nice. Went above and beyond to help resolve some of the smaller issues so far. I also got to meet Angela as well. She was just as nice as Gerardo. In fact we ended up chatting for awhile and she recommended an eye Dr to me and just was a sweet soul. Absolutely zero regrets about moving in here so far. Very excited to fully transition my life to this complex next weekend and start enjoying the quiet I've been experiencing so far every time I've been there. It's well maintained. Quiet neighbors, clean amenities and my place was perfect prior to move in. Maintenance is really great about getting orders done in 24hrs which I love. Usually no problem finding parking but the occasional cars that are just parked in the same spot here and there but other than that a great place to live. I'm a homeowner still and still fairly new to Roseville. Older well kept communities tend to be more quit not so much traffic and affordable which I loved about this community! FYI: This is an honest review from someone with previous property Mgt industry experience as well so I'm a bit picky!
