I went in, and I was checked in immediately by a wonderfully kind and helpful woman, I went to the waiting room and before I could even sit down I was called back. Had my vitals done and waited in the room maybe 5 minutes before a doctor came in. He listened to my concerns, checked me out and prescribed me meds that worked immediately and within a week I was finally better after a month of suffering.

I have been very pleased with the care I've received at Sutter and the Urgent Care department is no exception. While working in the garden last fall I slipped on some shade cloth and went down hard on my wrist. At first I brushed it off and went about my business and about two hours later I was in excruciating pain (this coming from someone with a high pain threshold). I was afraid I had broken my wrist and wanted to get it attended to quickly before bones set wrong. It was Saturday afternoon and there were about 3-4 patients ahead of me. After about 45 min I was seen by the dr and he sent me over to radiology for X-rays. They promptly took the X-rays and I headed back to wait for results. They could not definitively tell if it was a break because the suspected bone was behind others. Dr. said that if it was broken I'd know if I was still in pain. They put me in a wrist brace and sent me on my way. TL;DR they were prompt, friendly and professional and had me in and out of there in under 3 hours. Oh and no break! Just a bad sprain. I know everyone's experiences are different but wanted to share that mine was good.

Well, my hubby's proctologist previously told him that with his history, he has to get colonoscopies and that he should not rely on Cologuard! Seriously. What a waste of product, and it's now in the trash. Vista Care does not care about your health or you as a person. It's all about the number of patients they see per day and forcing products on patients whether or not they should be using it.

As always, greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Waited less than five minutes to be called for initial evaluation, Short wait for X-rays and Mark, the provider, reduced my dislocation in a matter of minutes. When I needed a referral it was sent to random doctors in Roseville and Sacramento instead of Auburn. She spent a few days in a non-ICU room for observation, and every single person on her team went above and beyond for her. Attentive RNs, thorough CNAs, amiable orderlies, communicative case managers, helpful social workers, and accommodating nutritionists. She was even visited by a musician who played beautiful, soothing harp music right in her room, which was such a special touch. As guests, our own interactions with the staff were equally seamless, particularly with the friendly security guards, cafeteria staff, and dedicated case managers. The smaller size of the hospital belies the large private rooms with lots of sunlight and plenty of seating for visitors. Everything was clean and tidy too. Although this care center is not a Kaiser center, it does accept Kaiser-covered patients. I am grateful for that.
