Do your own price shopping, of course. I didn't necessarily want the "cheapest tow" (in worries of quality of service and care)... for transparency, I paid $146 for a 1.5 mile tow. You might say I got scammed, you might say it's cheap, I say I got good, quick, friendly, careful service. I'm happy with the price. Service quality: 4.75/5, pretty much perfect on their service! We had some problems with scraping but my car is low, and I also told the driver not to worry about the scrapes- so I must admit that any damage would be on me- minor scraping on the bottom of the front bumper. (THIS IS NOTHING NEW TO YOU IF YOU HAVE A LOWERED CAR LIKE MINE). The driver was still very diligent and careful, EVEN when I insisted not to worry about the clearance issues. Time: 5/5, I was told that it would be about 30 minutes to arrival- I think it took them around 35 or 40 minutes... not bad!!! I've heard horror stories about other tow companies taking hours to arrive... not Enfinitiy! Friendliness: 5/5, my driver was polite, friendly, and had a problem solving attitude. I definitely appreciate this! Massive help to me and eliminated any bit of stress in the process. Based on my experience today, I would recommend them to my family or friends. Mike was the name of my driver and he arrived at my residence about 15 mins later than the time he told me he would be there. Along with that news he let me know that he called my mechanic and told him that we were going to arrive later than my timeframe that I told my mechanic. Turns out that Mike uses the same mechanic that I use, how cool is that... Mike loaded my car on his truck efficiently and fast, then we were underway. I arrived at my mechanic about a minute before Mike and my car. Mike offloaded my car and we signed the necessary paperwork and that was that. I told Mike that I would recommend Enfinity Towing to anyone who needs towing. Mike was very friendly and kept an eye on the backend of my car when he loaded my car...he didn't want to scrape the pavement as the car was being winched up the flatbed of his tow truck. Before calling these guys, I had gotten a previous quote from another company for a tow and the company lied about the price as they were going to charge me 50.00 more then what they quoted me so I canceled the tow. I called Enifinity and they quoted me a great price compared to other tow companies and they were honest... What they quoted me, was exactly what they charged me. I had found these guys through yelp and sent their info to my sister who used them to tow her car to Tacoma. She said they were quick and took great care of her. So I used them yesterday (4/25/18) and sure enough they blew me away. These people were awesome. Super quick. They arrived at my residence in Federal Way on time (3pm as requested) and towed my truck to my mechanic's shop in Tacoma before they closed at 5pm. Very expensive, $220.00 but maybe that's just what a tow costs now. My biggest problems were that I was overcharged by thirty bucks and I didn't get a reciept back to send to my insurance company. It took 4 phone calls and an email to get what I needed. Not only that, but the tow truck driver started ignoring me and wouldn't pick up on his cell phone. I called and left a message for him to call me back to make sure he got my message. It never happened. As far as the actual tow, I guess things went fine, however when it comes to customer service, it was severely lacking. read more

The guy who came to my place just to give me a jumpstart today was the kindest most compassionate guy, he really wanted to help and stayed until he got it despite challenges in cramped conditions. My boyfriends car broke down. I went to help him and while we waited for these guys to show up, coincidentally my car wouldn't start up as well when I tried. Enifnity Towing showed up and when my boyfriend told him what happened, the driver said my car wasn't his problem and I needed to move my car so he could get to my boyfriends. So, the driver sat in his truck while my boyfriend pushed my car by himself through the gravel. We had cash and they could've made money off of both cars but instead the man had no compassion and left me there with my car broke down. I would NEVERRR recommend this company to anyone.
