I got on my phone and literally searched "quick towing" on Yelp -- mostly because the last time I got a tow a few years ago, it took five hours to get a tow. When I contacted the company to retrieve it, they demanded $750 in impound fees. I paid the full amount they requested. Despite accepting my payment, they refused to release the vehicle, citing a title issue. What they failed to disclose before accepting my money was that they would not release the car regardless of payment. This is fundamentally deceptive. They had two honest options -- accept payment and release the vehicle, or refuse payment upfront. Instead they chose a third option that benefited only them -- they took my money and kept the car. This practice may violate Washington State consumer protection laws and UTC tow company regulations. If you are dealing with this company, I strongly recommend: * Getting everything in writing before paying anything * Asking explicitly whether they will release your vehicle before handing over any money * Contacting the Washington UTC at utc.wa.gov if you experience similar treatment I wish someone had warned me. I hope this review saves someone else from losing both their vehicle and their money.

Do your own price shopping, of course. I didn't necessarily want the "cheapest tow" (in worries of quality of service and care)... for transparency, I paid $146 for a 1.5 mile tow. You might say I got scammed, you might say it's cheap, I say I got good, quick, friendly, careful service. I'm happy with the price. Service quality: 4.75/5, pretty much perfect on their service! We had some problems with scraping but my car is low, and I also told the driver not to worry about the scrapes- so I must admit that any damage would be on me- minor scraping on the bottom of the front bumper. (THIS IS NOTHING NEW TO YOU IF YOU HAVE A LOWERED CAR LIKE MINE). The driver was still very diligent and careful, EVEN when I insisted not to worry about the clearance issues. Time: 5/5, I was told that it would be about 30 minutes to arrival- I think it took them around 35 or 40 minutes... not bad!!! I've heard horror stories about other tow companies taking hours to arrive... not Enfinitiy! Friendliness: 5/5, my driver was polite, friendly, and had a problem solving attitude. I definitely appreciate this! Massive help to me and eliminated any bit of stress in the process. Based on my experience today, I would recommend them to my family or friends.
