Bought two Audi's here with Bo. Great experience!! Ever since Bo left we have been talked down to, disregarded and displeased. I've been there twice this year (once prior to the car shortage and once last week) looking for another car and had poor experiences. Between the arrogant 20-something salesmen and the bro-dude manager who felt the need to do basic Algebra in front of us "to show us how loans work" I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Buying a new car is no small task. It takes a lot of time, research and patience. So when you're about to make such a huge decision in your life you want someone who's going to guide you through the process and not make it a daunting and stressful task... i must say Audi in Allentown was great!! I do want to mention yes, they are under construction, but that doesn't mean their customer service is lacking. The sales associate who helped me out was Patrick. He was a gentleman and more than willing to show me the various choices at the dealership. He knew a lot about the cars and i never felt pressured into making a decision from him. I test drove two different vehicles, but looked at four (i know.. im crazy lol) When it came down to numbers (b/c lets face it...it always does) Patrick worked well as the middleman between me and the Sales Manager. Allentown Audi followed up with me within the week and were always willing to continue negotiations well after my other dealership visits. In the end I bought my car from another dealership, BUT i wanted to say THANK YOU to Patrick. He was patient and more than willing to work with me until the very end. I can't wait to see the new location/building when it's done! I'll make sure to stop by and get my car serviced there in the future! Thanks again. read more

The service department is horrible. I took my car to be serviced for what I thought would be a simple sunroof issue. I ended up taking my car to the service department three times in one week. Each time I left, I left with more issues than I came in with. Ended up taking it to Audi Warrington (highly recommend) and they were able to fix the issue within the hour. It was a simple fix! They too were baffled as to why Allentown couldn't fix the issue the three times I brought it in. Very little knowledge and transparency at the Allentown location. I recommend taking your business somewhere else. read more

I must say when I first went there I was happy, people are really great and nice even when it's busy, but I've gone there 3 times now, the last 2 times I have left unhappy. I took my car there to get answers and ended up leaving with the same problems. I've paid a lot of money just to be told what I already know and problems not being fixed. Again people there are great super nice, but the work just has me a little upset. Unfortunately I'm very dissatisfied. read more

I purchased a used Porsche Cayenne from this dealership. The car came with a 1 Month 1000 mile drive train warranty after driving it for a week i noticed an issue with the transmission shifting hard. I notified my sales person about the problem and he said he would call me back and set up a service appointment. I followed that up with an email noting this issue as well as an issue with the windshield washer fluid system not working along with the wiper blades falling apart. (Note to self always check these things before you pick up a used car!) You would think they would check these things at an Audi Dealership but i guess not. Anyway, not to get off subject, after dropping off my car they told me they would not honor the warranty because the car was 300 miles over the 1000 mile warranty. Regardless of what I said or he fact that i notified them well before that they still refused. After talking to the Porsche dealer they told me there was no way the Transfer case failed in the two weeks i had the car and that it was certainly faulty when the vehicle was traded in. Buyer beware if your purchasing a car New or Used from a Ciocca Dealership. The Ciocca Promise is BS! read more

Is being busy an excuse to be ignored and discriminated against? Horrible customer service and experience at Ciocca Audi Allentown today 2/8/2020 at 3pm...I was interested on checking the new Audi e-tron. Therefore, I requested additional information via the internet. I was contacted immediately and coordinated to stop by at 3pm. Arrived at this time and proceeded to the front desk. I asked the front desk representative for the person who I was in communication with. Here is the answer: she left for the day, but let me check...Don't know how many times , I have to repeat my name. I get it is hard to pronounce the "R". So, I even say just called me Paul. She connected with the representative and told some is going out but will be back. 40 minutes went by and I decided to leave given the poor customer service and being ignored they way I was. But, here is the interesting part , a couple arrived while I was waiting on a corner, the approach one of the sales managers. All they had to say was "Im a long time customer and thinking of pursing a new purchase". In matter of 3 minutes, the couple was being helped by someone. I guess I forgot to say that I was a long time customer or maybe because I was a minority with their customer base that was why I was treated very poorly and in a very discriminatory way. I only wanted be treated with Dignity and Respect. But, Im proud that I walked away and left to bring my business to a place that care about their customers. read more

Not happy with service today. Showed up for a preset appointment to have car looks day for a fuel Gaige malfunction and a recall on the airbag and had a drop off time of 740 AM with a loaner car reserved. I arrived 15 minutes prior and waited outside because I was early and didn't want to throw off their COVID procedures. I was greeted and brought in immediately then told they had no loaner vehicles for me. I told him I couldn't have the work done today because I have things planned to get done and he said he could get it right in. Now here I am waiting because I won't drive around with a broken fuel gauge and have other issues. Been here over an hour and a half already. Not cool and I'm sure they won't do anything to compensate me for all my waste time due to their scheduling error with their loaner cars. Not recommended at this time. I'll update review when I leave their facility. So the service advisor just came out and said there was nothing wrong with the fuel gauge. They literally just disconnects the battery and fixed it (I'm sure they'll still charge me close to $200 for two minutes). Also said they were doing several recalls even though I didn't ask them too (other than the airbag). Knowing I was waiting unexpectedly they should have asked first. Unbelievable. read more

The buying experience is important to me. Nobody jumps you on the Ciocca lot. Sales force tends to be young and energetic and eager to help in a professional manner; not the annoying slick car salesman prototype reeking of stale cigarettes and depression trying to use every old tool they learned in sales school back in 1973. Of course, it's easier when he product sells itself. However, the sales team is accommodating and not condescending. They don't try to push you in any particular direction on a purchase. I've been taking my car there for service too. It's likely more costly, but they are trained on the particulars, and having a record of maintenance at the actual dealer is a plus when you go to trade in or sell. I'm looking forward, as are they, to the construction being completed, and I wish they were a little closer. But I put up with those personal inconveniences to get the most out of my Audi. Had great help, as usual, from Liz and Derek. She helped me with narrowing down my choices and he worked with me on the sale. read more

I'd like to call out 2 of the rudest ppl I've ever met in the service dept....Jason and Brian. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. With owning a luxury vehicle you wouldn't expect to be treated like that. Although I was treated well everywhere else there, I can't look past the fact that I need to go for regular service appts and I just can't go through that again. These two treated me like I didn't know what I was doing, assumed it was my fault and embarrassed me in front of other customers. They never apologized. I drove almost 100 miles only to be turned away and someone in the service dept scheduled the appt after i told them exactly what the issue was! Jason and Brian were arrogant, rude, condescending and have no ppl skills. Brian actually ignored my questions and refused to answer me. While it's true that their manager and the owner contacted me to apologize and I felt it was genuine, they never said that these two would be dealt with, talked to, disciplined or anything. Frankly they should be fired bc I can't imagine I'm the first person they've treated like this and when the dealership advertises exceptional customer service and that everyone will be 100% satisfied, they definitely didn't deliver in this case and made no effort to do so. read more

Nicole, Liz, and Nick were absolutely wonderful, and patient with me(and my numerous questions and requests) as I found EXACTLY what I was looking for at the Audi of Allentown Ciocca dealership !!! My online search for a prestige CPO 2015 A6 connected me with these wonderful folks. The car truly does look like it came right out of the factory; it is beyond stunning. And, it has every option I was looking for(and even several options I was unaware the car even had). With a price that was WAY lower that any remotely comparable 2015 CPO A6 online it was an easy decision for me to go with Ciocca. And, on VERY short notice Nick drove the car all the way from the Allentown location to their sister dealership in New Jersey! I live very close to their NJ dealership, and this made my life a heck of a lot simpler. All I had to do was ask once! We got all the paperwork done quickly, Nick gave me a lengthy tutorial on the car, and then get this: Nick drove my trade in(a 2011 A6) back to Allentown!!! It wasn't possible to give zero stars. Do not buy a used vehicle from this place. 40 days after my son's purchase and it made a odd noise. Their mechanics quoted $4000 to repair it. They would not work anything out with him and now he is stuck with no car and payments on this lemon for years. They told him the car is worth zero to them now. Excellent service department but the sales department relies on some questionable methods to increase revenue

We found Audi of Allentown through the KBB site. We were looking for a car for our daughter and they had an awesome deal we couldn't beat. I was on the phone with them constantly and everyone involved from the salesman to the managers, were right there doing their best to assist us from out of state. We drove up there and spent an hour and a half doing paperwork. They had everything ready for us, seeing we had a 7 hour drive back and had to be back in time for my daughter's -8th birthday party the same day. They made it happen and we surprised her with her new(er) car. Our salesman, Derek Tyner, was professional and down to earth. No one was pushy by any means. The car was exactly what they represented. While they are working out of a mobile trailer while their new building is being constructed, that didn't stop them from displaying top levels of professionalism. read more

Both my husband and I were in the market for new vehicles this year. He found his Lexus after a very pleasant experience. After reading glowing reviews from CR about the Q7, I decided to pursue the Q7 at this dealership. They are currently under construction and when I arrived, I wasn't sure where to park or where to start looking. No one came out to acknowledge me; however, two sales reps on the same lot were busy--one with a customer and the other was seemingly cleaning a vehicle--so I entered the sales area and asked for help. A salesman came forward to assist me after the receptionist asked if there were any available reps. I asked where the Q7's were, told him what I was looking for, and asked where I could park. He told me where I could park and directed me to the Q7 area. After peering into a few windows, I asked if I could at least sit in one to get a feel for the vehicle. I was hoping to be offered a test drive but he did not offer a test drive. Perhaps there is a different protocol here, but when I visited other dealerships (Acura, Lexus, Infiniti) I was immediately greeted and acknowledged, shown different vehicles (yes, they unlocked and opened the cars for me) and offered a test drive instead of watching me walk around and peer into windows. The vehicle I was most interested in at this dealership was not available for purchase but I was told there was another similar one coming in and I'd be getting a call once they worked up a price for me. I gave them my information and left. My visit was on a Tuesday and I was promised a call by Thursday. I did not hear anything so I called Thursday evening only to find that the manager who had said he'd call me had left for the day, and the salesman who had shown me around was busy with another customer. The receptionist was kind enough to put me through to another manager who did help me and explained why there was no price yet; it made perfect sense and I understood completely, however, I was still disappointed that I didn't get the call explaining this, especially when the call was promised. All in all, I was disappointed that I had to ask for help, ask to just have a vehicle unlocked for me, ask to just sit in the vehicle, not be offered a test drive, and then not get a call until I pursued it myself. As a potential customer, I feel very disappointed in this dealership as they've made me feel completely insignificant, unappreciated, and unimportant to them. I gave them two stars; one goes to the receptionist and the other to the manager Kyle as both were very helpful. I am glad that others have had positive experiences here. I just wish I had been one of them. read more

Good to see these folks take over the area's Audi business. Night and day difference over Knopf, where I had previously purchased several Audis. Went in recently to look at and price a new A4 though I ended up going with a different brand of car. Who cares if they work out of a trailer until their new building is constructed. They are actually far more aggressive on price than Knopf, whose attitude was basically "Humpf. We're the only Audi dealer within 30 miles of here. Take it or leave it." They have a far larger inventory now, and actually order cars in all of the different colors the brand offers. Knopf had some aversion to stocking anything other than white, black, or silver. read more

Nate, the service advisor, helped fix my girlfriend's car when it overheated in December. He replaced the hoses, but didn't actually fix the problem. The hoses cost over $1000. Six weeks later, the problem arose and now he's saying it's a $1600 repair. He never fixed the root problem. He is not taking responsibility for not fixing the issue the first time. It seems that a local mechanic or at least not Allentown Audi is where you should take your vehicle...the only reason I didn't rate this Ciocca Dealership a 1 Star is because Audi gives a complimentary loaner...although it took them about 4 days to look at our vehicle. read more

Buyer Beware! Especially if you are buying a used car. We bought a car for my son and trusting that it was an Audi and the good reviews online for the Ciocca dealerships we bought a 2007 Audi with 90,000 on it . The staff was really friendly and all smiles, but when the check engine light went on 2 weeks later, they didn't want to have anything to do with you. Was told it needed $4,000 in repairs! I would never buy a car from this chain of dealerships again! read more

I purchased a 2017 Audi S5. Audi Allentown's staff is terrific. I really appreciate the fact that they focused on what I wanted, and never just tried to 'sell' me a car. I found the staff is very knowledgeable about Audi's products as well as the offerings in the broader marketplace. They are well trained, answering my endless questions, while framing the answers in a way that I could easily understand. Once we agreed on the model, color and options I wanted, they located the perfect match. What also stood out was the effort sales, management and finance made to provide complete answers, both the pros and cons as well as introducing many points I was unaware of before starting this process. Lastly - wow, what a car. The design, engineering and beauty can only be fully appreciated until you get behind the wheel and drive it home. It exceeded all of my expectations. read more

Outstanding Service. This service team will work with you to address the issues with your car. Last summer, they went above and beyond to work with me to resolve a problem I had reported for over a year, but only became significant last June. Shout out to Brian, Nate, Lisa, Gary, and Steve, who treat me with respect every time I walk in the door. I bought my Audi new in 2011 but not from this dealership. I can't get on board with any of the 1 star reviews here. I was traveling to Reading from NYC and had some undercarriage issues along the way. I called Audi in Allentown from 20 miles away for help. They couldn't guarantee anything but told me to bring the car in. I worked with Brian Krause and he was able to get our car right in for inspection. Bottom line, I was in and out of there in under an hour including a car wash. Are their current accommodations a little rough? Yes. But they delivered excellent service out of that trailer and a shiny new facility is in the works. read more

He helped clarify my every question and enjoyed sharing his passion in Audi. The negotiation was fair and much easier than other places I've been too. The car was setup during the discussions saving me time. I had a very minor complication during payment that the experienced Audi team resolved very quickly. I would love to say that I had a great experience at Audi Allentown but it was quite horrible; one of the worst customer service experiences that I've had. I am generally an Audi guy but decided to purchase a used car for my son from Audi Allentown back in January. The car is a high mileage Lexus GX 470. Audi Allentown assured me that they have a "rigorous" process for evaluating cars prior to selling them to their "valued" customers. For Audi Allentown, this is very important because they say that they highly value their reputation. Well, four months later I've had to replace brakes and routers (I am fine with this because it is a wear and tear item) and wheel bearings (this should have been identified in their evaluation). My wife and I thought that we heard a noise that could have been bad wheel bearings while test driving the car, we've had the issue in other cars we've owned; and Audi Allentown assured us that it was not the case. It's either incompetence or a lack of integrity. Well, today, after taking our Lexus to the Lexus dealer, we find that the vehicle has a bad drive shaft. We called Audi Allentown and, quite frankly, I was more than disappointed in their caveat emptor attitude. Eric, who I believe is the general manager, had little to say but "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." I am not sure what I wanted Eric to do but I certainly expected something more than the offer of nothing. I would expect this from Bob's Corner Car Lot. However this is a prestigious Audi dealership. I've owned two Audis and I have generally had great experiences. However I will tell everyone that I know to avoid doing business at Audi Allentown. I will literally drive the extra 30 miles to have my S5 serviced. So much for customer service. It's amazing how much customer service has suffered. We've reached a point where service providers expect us to part ways with our hard earned money while offering less and less in return. The United Airlines fiasco was a great reminder of this aforementioned state. I would avoid this dealership and seek to do business with more reputable businesses. read more

Although they're working out of a big trailer while their new dealership is being built, I was very happy with my experience. Everyone greeted me with great kindness. Justin Haas was my salesman and he was such a sweetheart. I had a LOT of questions which he had all of them answered for me by the time I made my decision to purchase my 2007 Audi Q7. I also wanted to express my feelings about their internet team. I had originally inquired about this vehicle online and within 10 minutes I had a phone call and an email from Liz Huddle helping me with information as well. & of course, Nick De Simone helped me get the paperwork all set and also filled me in on extras that the dealership offers to me at no cost and additional offers that I could purchase now or in the future. I was in the market for a new vehicle sense the end of my lease was coming up in a few months. I found Audi Allentown by searching the web for car dealerships in the area. At first everything seemed fine, almost to good to be true. The Sale went by fine. One of the sticking points on the deal for me was I tried to convey to the salesman that I was over my mileage for the lease and it wasn't quite up yet. After multiple conversations with the sale's team I was reassured Audi Allentown would take care of the remaining payments and mileage for the car. Six months after the purchase of the vehicle from Audi Allentown I receive a letter in the mail stating I owed money for the mileage on the vehicle I turned into Audi Allentown. I was perplexed by this since they promised to take care of all that... I would have nothing to do with this car after I signed it over to them. I called Audi Allentown and they gave me the run around and refused to make good on their promise. I was "out of luck" is what one representative from Audi Allentown told me. They basically say what you want to hear to make a sale and never made good on their promises. I will never buy another car from there let alone even have my car serviced there. Horrible. I bought a used vehicle from Audi in Allentown less than 1 month ago. I notice the vehicle was having issues with the steering within 2 weeks after purchase. The steering had gotten so bad that I was unable to drive the vehicle. I wish I had of read these reviews prior to purchase. The salesman that helped me name is Seth, he was simply amazing, but its very unfortunate that I didn't receive the same type of service from his sales manager Brian. Just like the other reviews listed on this site, I contacted the dealership and mentioned this issue that was going on with the lemon that was sold to me, and was told to bring the vehicle in, and so I did. I was informed that within three weeks of having this vehicle that I will be the one paying nearly $800 to get the vehicle repaired. Please beware when going to this dealership, proceed with caution and take an Audi Certified Mechanic with you. Once contacted by the sales manager Brian, his level of disrespect and sarcasm towards me was unbelievable. I have purchased several cars in my life and realize that yes, issues may occur especially in the used car market, to a buyer like myself how a dealership rectifies a problem is what is most important to me. Brian did an absolute terrible job, I am utterly disgusted and disappointed that I wasted my money and time. I drove an hour from where I live and past several Audi dealerships to come to this particular one only to basically be told to fuck off! I will never ever recommend nor purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again! Completely disappointed. Businesses tend to forget that if it wasn't for the customer's they wouldn't be in business. Better management is necessary, the worst that I have ever dealt with. Unbelievable! read more
