This is a picture of the error I keep getting. You might find it ironic that it says login failed and yet it tells you to log out.

Audi financial services is the worst organization I have ever dealt with. I have spent over six hours today, either on hold or speaking to someone, to get their website to work for me or their app on my phone. And after all that time and all that aggravation I got representatives who didn't listen to the issue I was having and never got a Representative who could help me or solve the issue. And that was after talking to the corporate office also. Pathetic. Finance with ANYONE else if you buy an Audi but DO NOT finance through Audi financial services ever!

The team (Tim-Salesman & Jason-GM) did reach out to us and apologize; however, Dan Raba, Sales Manager) Who Jason said would get back to me never really did. He played text games like a 12-year-old schoolgirl. Even when I called and left him a message, he never actually called me back. Not what I would expect out of an adult Sales Manager. Dan should be lucky he does not work for me, as he would be gone for his lack of maturity and ability to follow up with customers. Anyways, the Honda of Libertyville Team did pull through in the end by not being able to locate the floormats and purchased a really nice high-end matching Ford Bronco floormat. Better than expected. In all fairness, they initially tried to play the game of we will get you the carpet mats, or if you remove the review, you can get the high-end mats. I explained to them that I'm kind of about principle, in case you haven't noticed. Strong-arming does not work for me. That's not going to happen, in case you can't tell. I said, put yourself in my shoes during this experience, how would you feel? They said point well taken. So in the end, Team Honda of Libertyville pulled through, but they just got off to a really, and I mean really, slow start. In all fairness, without this post, I'm not certain how things would have ended. But they ended well. The End - Semi-Upset Customer ********************************************************************************************************************** I had a terrible experience with Honda of Libertyville and want to warn anyone considering buying a vehicle there. On March 28, 2026, I purchased a used 2024 Ford Bronco from them. When I first saw the car, it had carpeted floor mats and sunroof covers in the trunk. During the financing process, the dealership took the car to "detail" it. When I got home later that day, the floor mats were gone. My son reached out to our salesman, **Timothy Koszczuk**, about the missing mats, and his response was dismissive -- suggesting we "check the we-owe." There was no "we-owe"; the mats were in the vehicle when we bought it, and the dealership misplaced them. I then spoke to the sales manager, **Zeeshan**, who said he'd look into it but never followed up. After that, I emailed the new general manager, **Jason Bulthuis**, on April 1st, 2026. He didn't reply until I called him on April 3rd, 2026. To his credit, he apologized and agreed the situation wasn't handled properly. Jason said he'd have his used-car sales manager, **Daniel Raba**, take care of it, and even offered to buy a replacement set near my home rather than making me drive back. That sounded great -- until they both stopped responding entirely. GHOSTED AGAIN It's now been well over two weeks, and I've received zero communication despite further calls and emails. Every person I dealt with there has failed to follow up or take responsibility (over a lousy set of $150-$200 car mats on a $45,000 car). Once they make the sale, it seems customer service stops completely. I'll never buy from this group again. Do yourself a favor -- take your business somewhere that values integrity and follow-through. Honda of Libertyville has shown me they do not. I hope the owner of Honda of Libertyville (Murgado Automotive Group, led by CEO Mario Murgado) sees this and knows who he has working for him. Absolutely pathetic !!! Tarnishing his trusted name over a few hundred bucks. Just wait until I pay to have a Blow Up Rat placed outside on the sidewalk protesting on a Saturday, how crappy the service is. I wonder how many deals will turn away. Well over $200 worth, I'm sure. The End - One Angry Customer

My experience attempting to purchase a truck from this dealership raised serious concerns about…read moretransparency and business practices. The vehicle I was interested in was advertised as certified. However, during the purchasing process, I was told I would need to pay an additional $3,793 to have it certified and be set for purchase. I declined. Only after pushing back did I learn that the truck had already been certified, and that the fee was not actually required. This inconsistency is, at best, careless -- and at worst, misleading. As the process continued into the accounting office, I was prepared to complete an all-cash purchase, yet the pressure to add unnecessary add-ons persisted. Despite my clear indication that I wasn't interested, upselling continued through the final stages. What was most concerning was being asked to remove or revise my review to make the dealership appear more favorable before the purchase was even finalized. Attempting to influence honest customer feedback is highly unprofessional and undermines trust. At this point, the issue is no longer about the vehicle itself -- it is about principle. I would not remove or alter my review under any circumstances, even if incentives were offered after the fact. Transparency and integrity matter more than any deal. If this is the experience for a buyer ready to pay in full, it raises legitimate concerns about how other customers may be treated -- especially those navigating financing. I've decided not to move forward with the purchase and won't be making any further purchases at this establishment. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend others do the same or proceed with caution and carefully verify all claims, pricing, and add-ons before committing.

Thank you, Volkswagen of America for selling me a Certified Pre-Owned piece of shit car…read more Thank you for informing me of the requirement to put only synthetic oil in the car when having the oil changed. I didn't own the car when the letters went out telling people they would go from paying around $30. for an oil change to $60-$90. Thank you for selling me a car where the engine light has come on more times than I have had to stop at a red or a green light. I have been so happy to take this car to the great dealer in SF when my window was broken, have it it sit in the shop for 2 weeks waiting for parts and cost $2000. to fix a broken WINDOW! It was also fun to sit in the rain and wait for a tow truck when the brakes that I had been complaining about since I bought the car finally bit the dust. And Now, the week before Christmas, after having my car towed again (3 times in 20 months) my car sits in the dealer again with an engine oil failure problem that VW has been aware of for years. I've been told it's under warranty. However, I'm told that first I must provide 4 proofs of oil changes before ANY work, including the Recalls that VW has issued will even be started. I feel like my car is being held hostage. I am still paying the monthly payments and insurance. I have not been able to drive the car for a month. I want to scream. I Did scream. How can VW continue to sell this car when they know that there are SOSOOO many problems with it?? I hate this car so much. I can't wait until I can get this car out of my life. Not only do I never want to own a VW again, but I seriously don't think I want to own a car. I live somewhere where that is going to be challenging but at this point I'll take my chances with some of those wheelie shoes.

I had a very misleading and frustrating experience with Liberty Auto Plaza…read more Before making a 90-minute drive, I spoke multiple times with someone identifying himself as "Jack" from the finance department. He called and texted repeatedly and positioned himself as the person who had personally secured my approval. He told me I was already approved up to $35,000 (including tax, title, and fees) and that I was simply coming in to pick out a vehicle and sign paperwork. He even had me send over my driver's license and pay statements ahead of time "to attach to my file" so everything would be ready when I arrived. I made it very clear that I did not want to travel that far unless this was legitimate, and I was reassured multiple times that the bank had already approved me. As soon as I texted "Jack" to let him know I was on my way, he stopped responding completely. When I arrived, I was told to ask for "Jack." There was no Jack. Instead, I was handed off to a salesperson named Quinton, who asked me to provide all of the same documents again. While sitting with him, I began receiving multiple alerts that lenders were pulling my credit -- confirming that my credit had NOT been run prior to my visit, despite being told I was already approved. During this process, Quinton had an earpiece in and was having unrelated conversations about personal matters (like arranging to have his house power washed) while asking me questions. I had to repeat myself multiple times just to be heard, which made the entire experience feel even more unprofessional. Shortly after, I was told that the "approval" had been reversed and there was nothing they could do. This was clearly not a real approval -- it was simply a tactic to get me into the dealership. To make matters worse, I had already clearly explained: I do NOT have a co-signer I can NOT get a co-signer I only have $1,000 to put down After a 3-hour round trip, nearly $100 in gas, and lost time from work where I would have otherwise made money, I left with nothing and feeling completely defeated. What makes this even more frustrating is that there were vehicles on the lot priced around $12,000 -- and even with those options, they were still unable to structure a deal based on the terms I had already disclosed ahead of time. That tells me this was never a legitimate approval to begin with. This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. For customers who are already navigating financial challenges, tactics like this are not just frustrating -- they have real financial and emotional consequences. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and verifying any "approval" independently before visiting this dealership.
