Staff were pleasant (Service & Parts), and leadership honored a promise made by someone who no longer works there. From the shuttle driver to the service writer, to the mechanics, my experience 6/10/26 could not have been better. I sincerely hope this is the new normal! Wanting a second opinion, we took the vehicle to another mechanic, who determined that the engine did not need to be replaced. They correctly diagnosed the issue and repaired the car for substantially less. Unfortunately, this is the second time we've experienced what we consider questionable service practices from this dealership. Based on our experiences, we will not return and cannot recommend them.

The main reason was our salesperson, Ken Leipart, along with the dealership itself. Ken was professional, courteous, and never high-pressure. He knew the CR-V inside and out and took the time to make sure we were fully informed about every feature. His approach was genuine and patient -- a true model for how sales should be done. We also met Mousa Abuhassan, the General Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Both Ken and Mousa made us feel valued and respected throughout the entire process. Having purchased many vehicles in my nearly 70 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Even if Honda of Kenosha were 300 miles away, I would have made the trip. Everyone there treated us with fairness, professionalism, and respect. My girlfriend was interested in purchasing a new car and was only interested in a Honda or Toyota (the best, most reliable cars), so we decided to go to this Honda dealership in Kenosha after our visit to the Toyota dealership down the road, doing our due diligence to price match and wheel and deal. We were greeted by Sales Consultant David Cutts upon arrival and sat down at his desk to go over some available car options in stock here. He began telling us how the owner is his good friend and how they go way back and how he works off commission when we began our conversation. We then showed him our trade in car and did a test drive in 1 car, and he continued to press on what price Toyota was offering for their Corolla we were looking at (did not answer this question and you should not either) and then we went back to his desk to talk pricing and negotiate. His trade in offer for our car was insulting, it was almost 3X less than what Toyota was offering. We were about to just leave, but he calls his manager over and magically the trade in offer was doubled. We then talk price of the car itself, and try to negotiate with David Cutts and his manager. We ultimately weren't able to work out a deal, as they couldn't even come close to the price of the car/trade in car value that Toyota of Kenosha down the road was offering us. David Cutts proceeded to tell us how we wasted an hour of his time, and we told him that it surely wasn't the first and surely will not be the last (not to mention WE ALSO had an hour of our time wasted). He then handed us the key to our vehicle and said nothing else. Due to the shadiness/sneakyness/deception/disrespect of this dealership, I HIGHLY recommend that you take your business elsewhere, preferably to the Toyota dealership down the road, where we actually bought a car that day and they won our business for being the opposite of this Honda location! You work hard for your money, why give it to people that don't respect you?

I purchased a car in February 2025 and had one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever…read moreencountered. The finance manager, Ronald Brock, fraudulently added a $4,000 warranty and a $1,000 GAP insurance policy without my knowledge or consent. He hid these additions in the paperwork during the signing process. I had explicitly told the salesperson that I did not want a warranty -- and yet, they added it anyway, behind my back. When I discovered this, I began emailing Ronald to have the charges removed. His replies were condescending and dismissive, and after a few exchanges, he stopped responding entirely. I sent multiple messages through the dealership's website contact form, and the only reply I received was a suggestion to call Ronald directly. I made it clear that I would only communicate via email, as I wanted a written record of everything -- especially given the clear deception I had already experienced. When Ronald did respond again, he made explicit promises that the refund would be issued to my bank. But that promise went unfulfilled -- until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Only then, after more than three months of silence, delays, and evasions, did the dealership finally issue the credit to my bank account -- at the end of May. This dealership's behavior was deceptive, unethical, and predatory. They intentionally added products I did not agree to, then ignored me for months, apparently hoping I would just give up. It fits every stereotype of a sleazy, dishonest car dealership. I will never do business with them again. And I strongly advise others to stay far away from this dealership. If you value honesty, transparency, and integrity in a car-buying experience -- look elsewhere.

Good thing she called her dad beforehand and I nixed the scam. So to plug a tire was illegal but try and rip a young female off is totally legit? Got it. And yet they are not able to confidently say that the issue is fixed. Moreover, they didnt even care that we are back in the shop with the same vehicle and same problem in 6 days when they had given a clean chit 6 days ago. They were giving us an attitude as if its our problem that the repair was not done properly. Jeff at the service desk was indifferent to the inconvenience they were causing us. He was not interested in helping a customer who has been going to them for last 13 yrs and gone to them twice in one week. He refused to prioritize our vehicle check and rudely refused a loaner vehicle after making us wait for 2 hrs without any information. Wonder if he was just showing his disgust towards a non Caucasian family. Racism is not helpful for any business. Seriously disappointed with this dealership snd their lack of customer care.
