Very disappointing!! Scheduled an appointment for service, they said it would take a couple of hours which we agreed. We got there early with an early appt thinking we would be able to get in and out. We stayed in the waiting room as our car was getting serviced. As we patiently waited for 1 hour 45 minutes, we noticed our car was finally moved. It took them 15 minutes to finish!!! Also, they need to make sure the customer needs to be aware of ANY job that they add on that the customer should be making the final decision. Tire rotation was not agreed to and they charged us $88. I purchased a used vehicle from Gwinnett Audi and was sold a warranty based on specific verbal assurances that it would cover the full powertrain. The cost reflected that promise, and I moved forward. After the sale, I was provided a USB with my documents, but the warranty paperwork was missing. I requested it multiple times and was only given a screenshot of the cover page by the finance manager, who repeatedly said I had "nothing to worry about." That didn't sit right with me, so I contacted the warranty provider (Protective) directly. They confirmed that the policy I was sold didn't cover the powertrain at all. What I was told during the sale was inaccurate, and the coverage type was for a new vehicle, despite mine being used--something that could have resulted in future claim denials. I canceled the warranty through Protective, who honored the cancellation without issue. Unfortunately, Gwinnett Audi has been delaying my refund for over six weeks and has told me I should expect to wait even longer. This refund is handled by the dealership, not the warranty company, so the delay is squarely on their end. Shortly after delivery--which was done at night--I discovered multiple oil leaks that were not present during my inspection or test drive. The GM ultimately got involved to correct the situation, but even then, their service department attempted to bill the already-canceled warranty for the repairs. I refused to sign off, as this would have come out of the refund I was owed. What stood out to me most was that my sales rep--who had treated me with honesty and professionalism--was so disturbed by how this situation unfolded that he resigned from the dealership shortly after. That spoke volumes about what was happening behind the scenes. I'm not writing this out of anger. I'm writing it to help others protect themselves. Verify all warranty coverage in writing, confirm directly with the provider, and avoid taking delivery at night when issues are harder to detect. My goal is not to damage reputations but to encourage accountability and transparency in a process where trust matters deeply. read more

I've gone to Audi Gwinnett for services for my car for over three years. Every time I go, I am treated like it's my first time there, even when I've worked with the same Services person. This latest incident was too much, though, that I'm actually taking the time to write a negative review. My Audi had a tire issue on the driver's side (low tire pressure). I paid for a new tire to get installed on the car. A week later, the warning light for the tire which was newly installed went off again - it showed low tire pressure. The dealership wouldn't give me an appointment, and told me I'd have to wait for them to check the tire when they could. I didn't have the time to waste so I ended up taking my car to a local Firestone to get the tire checked since the dealership is 20 miles from where I live. The Firestone tech told me that indeed, a new tire was installed, but it was installed on the wrong side of the car. I called the Services Manager, Jeff, at Audi Gwinnett only to get his voicemail. I sent an email, as well, to both him and the GM, Kevin. It's over a week now, and still no response from either of them. They've taken my money without issue, but actually standing behind their work or trying to resolve the issue, it's just crickets. There are other Audi dealerships in the Atlanta area that will take better care of you and your vehicle(s). read more

Sales- although it took too long because I had to wait for other sales to be processed before mine. The sale of my Q5 went smoothly. I bought pre-certified in Nov 2023, and had about 10,000 miles left on the warranty. In summer 2024, my check light engine came on and spark plugs needed to be replaced- not warranty items. Now, one year after purchase and 3000 miles after warranty expired, engine light comes on again. A different (closer) dealership gave me a $7000 quote for repairs. What is precertified if the car is going to fall apart within a year?? It's a 2020 and should not have problems at all. I will never trust "pre-certified" again, which I paid extra for btw. read more

Today though, I stopped by the dealership to look at a pre-owned convertible for sale and was shocked when they offered $10k for my trade in after offering $17k five months ago. After I stopped by Carmax, they offered to match their offer, but this reminded me of why I have always dreaded the car buying experience. Our title has been in "limbo" since the purchase and we now have a car we can't drive because the temporary registration expired (Audi did give us a loaner). They have tried many times to fix it but it is still a problem. There are so many sane issues reporting of this model. I demanded the dealer to fix it for me but they are unable. We again gave them a second chance. We bough a used car from this dealer 6 months ago. The y did not disclose all the defects of the car. We found the sound not working, low battery and the windshield not working. We reported to the sales representative (Shaquan Chavis) . He asked us to bring to repair and get reimbursement later. We did and sent all the receipts to him. We've been calling him for getting the refund for 5 months. We came to the dealer and waited to get the check. This is the closest Audi dealership to my house so I decided to take it here for the first service. The experience was great I set my appointment for 9am got to the dealer at that time I was greeted by service manager who was very professional and courteous. He explained the reason for me coming in took my car and told it me it would be about 2hrs. I waited in the lounge for my car to be serviced which had the basics cofee,tea, snack bars, tv etc. in about 1.5hrs as promised the car was done. My service advisor explained to me all the things that were completed and offered to have the car washed I would have but I was tires that morning and didn't feel like waiting he explained I could bring it back to be done which was perfect. Very smooth service appointment with the professionalism and great service I expected from Audi which is why I choose the brand in the first place. Good job Audi! read more

Very poor service! CARMEN from front desk is extremely unhelpful and rude (speaking from multiple encounters previously). All the staff try their best to prevent you from contacting your own advisor, so if you have any question or just want updates/confirmation of anything at all, they simply will not take initiative at all. I had my car towed there, and nobody bothered to even inform me if they received the keys, so I spent an entire workday trying to reach out and confirm. Then you can't even get in touch with the manager! This level of service needs to be addressed, and anybody with similar experiences need to continue sharing their honest reviews! read more

A year ago I purchased a brand new Audi Q 3 from Rick Case Audi. I called today to inquire about the 10,000 mi maintenance. I wanted to know the price and I wanted to schedule an appointment. The man in the service department who answered the call informed me that the cost was $191. I asked him why the 10,000 maintenance was that low because when I had purchased the vehicle I was informed that the price would be around $400 without Audicare. I hate that I even purchased my car from this dealership. The service workers are crooks who try to manipulate women into choosing the wrong services. The man tried to lie and say that I called and asked for an oil change. No, I never stated that I wanted only an oil change, I asked clearly for the 10,000 mi service. I will be getting my car serviced at Jim Ellis from now on. On Jim Ellis' website it states the cost of the 10,000 mi maintenance is $385. After they had detailed the car and brought it out for me to see I noticed one of the rims was all scraped up they apologized and told me they would get me a brand new rim. After a month of absolutely no communication from anyone I called and spoke to my salesperson and he told me "ya it's here". Ok? Anyone think of calling to let me know? Then I was only given one set of keys which I said was fine. 6 months later I got a letter from Audi stating I needed to schedule service to get my key programmed. Ok, I must admit when I read the Yelp reviews on this dealership, I read them after I test drove and found my car, I wanted to run out of there and say forget it all. But they had the exact truck I wanted so i couldn't back out. After going through the entire buying process, i realized there is a misconception on this dealership so I wanted to write this review. I will say, if you are looking for a warm and fuzzy type experience where you are getting a lot of hand holding, kissing up to and fluff - do NOT come here. These guys are sharp shooters, they tell you exactly what you need to know - nothing more, nothing less. Justin was my sales rep - super nice guy and very helpful. Collin handled the financing - super dry personality BUT also a really nice guy and he talks to you in numbers and facts, doesn't go outside of that, and I respect and appreciate that! While I give the physical appearance of the dealership a 3-star, it is super tight in there, needs some updating and you really don't get a luxury feel while in there - however, I am comparing this to Mercedes, Porsche, Landrover, not sure if that is a fair comparison. Well actually, we also visited Volvo and they trump the Audi showroom/dealership. So come to think about it Audi needs to step up their game here. All in all, if you want a straight up fair and honest deal - come here, do not get swayed by the reviews. Do a little bit of research on the car you want. I expected better! When I called to make my oil change appointment, the representative was very nice and helpful. I had an appointment for 7:30 am. I was told they'd be doing my 10K mileage check which was oil change and tire rotation. 2.5 hours later!!!! I was told the tires didn't need to be rotated so just an oil change and a 5 point inspection was done. At this point I had missed another appointment that was set for 10:30. I have NEVER waited this long for any type of service in the past. I didn't say anything, although fuming inside. I was told they'd bring my car around. 25 minutes later I am still standing there and nothing. A sales person approached me outside and said he heard I wanted to trade in my car for another? WHAT??? I just bought this one and I never mentioned that to anyone. My car was finally brought around. 3.5 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous!!! The waiting area is abysmal. Certainly not enough room for all the people. No outlets for working people and their computers. The coffee machine wasn't working. I am truly sorry I purchased this car. My first AUDI and my last. The sad part is I heard the service at the Roswell dealership isn't any better. Next time I will ask for a loaner. This type of service should NEVER happen. read more

The post following is in regard to JACKIE, the sales manager..... I sent to Audi of Gwinnett for a dealer trade. This is where one dealer trades vehicles with another dealership. The trade was approved earlier in the day, so I got an Uber and headed to the dealership. I walk in and speak with some of the sales team as I know them. I had worked for a sister part of the company for a while. After speaking to them, I go to the sales tower and greet Jackie. I assume he's the new sales manager as I have not met him before. I asked him about the car and he responds with "I don't know why you're here. I have a customer test driving the car and you can't have it." I respond with, " Okay, do you have any other cars like that that I can trade?" He said "Nope we don't have any." I said "I understand" and went to walk out. As I'm waking out I see another car (which is exactly the same car). So I turned around and asked him about that one and said "nope". I then go to talk to the sales associates again and he gets up from his desk and approach's me and says- "You need to leave my showroom now." I respond with "What did I do?" He says- "I'm not going to have you talking to my sales team and trying to demand another car, now get out!" I said- " I know your sales team because I use to work with them and I'm going to call the owner (Rita Case). With an attitude he says "Go ahead, call her. She's not going to do anything." All I can say is, I hope he doesn't treat the customers like he treated me. I walked out and waited on my Uber and went back without the car. I'll find another car from another dealer but wanted to call this man out. Not only was this belittling to be called out in front of everyone, but completely uncharacteristic for any dealership. Bought a vehicle from them (on Thursday) and on (Wednesdy) after driving less than 100 total miles there was a transmission malfunction warning on the dashboard and it became clear that the car had an obvious transmission problem.
