I cannot highly recommend this Audi dealer enough - GO TO AUDI HUNT VALLEY. For you out there who are opting between the Baltimore area Audis - Do NOT go to Owings mill. GO TO HUNT VALLEY. I almost never leave reviews but I have had SO many bad experiences within the last 6 months at Owings mill that I need to share with you just how helpful Audi Hunts Valley was this morning. #1 - Service bay: I drove in and couldn't really tell where the service area/drop off area was. I pulled into the garage when the door rolled up, and it was the actual garage where cars were up on hoists and people were working. A technician (G, I later noted his name ) was working in the hood in a car and saw me pull in and sheepishly ask where I should go - he directed me outside to a parking space and walked out to open the door for me. When I pulled out halfway, he said 'oh just leave the car here, there's no spots left so I can take it for you'. I was hurriedly getting my service dog Delta out of the backseat and he said 'no rush at all take your time'. I thanked him and headed inside the doors that he directed me to. #2- Service desk: Lindsey (I later learned her name) instantly welcomed me and asked me about my visit. I told her about my service at 8.30 - it turned out i had come a week early (darn phone alarm) as it was next week on the same day of week at time. Suddenly: #3 -Miracle : G walks in and HANDS ME MY KEYRING BACK WITH MIT LANYARD AND CAR KEY (long side story- I thought I had lost that keyring a few weeks back in the parking lot of Target, downtown Baltimore, and drove and called places endlessly...I was resigned to purchasing then programming another key ($300-400, 2 visits, 1-2 week time)). He just saved me that much time and money and worry. #4-rest of visit - to make things more succinct, Lindsey managed to fit me in right there and then for the full service, it took barely an hour and a half, she was happy to note my preference for stiffer tires and gave me a handful of tire valve caps when I mentioned to her I was missing them. The gentleman in the parts department was kind. Baine at the sales desks was incredibly helpful describing all the Audi etrons to me and telling me all he knew about my Audi A3 -etron sportback, a rather rare hybrid plugin. I didn't see G again but plan on it. The building is incredibly nice, brand new easy to use all-drinks-possible coffee machine, snacks, TV and sitting area, people!! TL;DR: Audi owner? Really disappointing experience with this dealership. We contacted the dealer since we were looking at a pre-owned Audi Q5. After we inquired about the car online, Kevin reached out to us. Since we were looking to trade in our car as part of the sale, we completed the online trade-in estimate. We also told Kevin that we will have our own financing and we would have the check in hand in a day or so. After talking with Kevin on Wednesday evening, the manager Manny reached out and he set an appointment for a Friday at 3 PM. He also stated that while they don't typically hold a car, he will not sell this car until we get there. This is when we would have the check in hand as well. On Friday, just before leaving for the appointment (about a 45 minute drive), we wanted to check something on the car, so we looked at the website again. It was then when we saw the car was no loner on the website and it said "this vehicle is no longer available". We then reached out to Manny and asked him if the car was still available, he didn't respond. Soon after, Kevin responded telling us that they did in fact sell the car (he was not there). We emailed Manny again telling him how unprofessional this was, especially since he sent us an appointment in the first place. Unfortunately, Manny didn't have the decency to return our message, and had Kevin respond--asking if we wanted to come in for another car. Why would we want to spend our money at this dealer after being treated this way. At the end of the day, it is only a car, but the actions taken was totally unprofessional and it goes to show how they treat customers. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience with Audi Hunt Valley. We dealt with Aisha in finance, Melvin in sales and finally Luiz the general manager. We agreed to purchase a vehicle and secured our own outside financing through our credit union at 4.99%. From that point forward, the transaction became increasingly disorganized and frustrating. The dealership initially attempted to steer us into higher-rate dealer financing despite our approved outside financing. We then paid for a remote notary signing, only to later be told the paperwork had been prepared incorrectly and had to be redone because the vehicle was put solely in my husband's name even after financing changed. Communication throughout this process was unacceptable. We were repeatedly told documents would be sent "that day," including FedEx paperwork and e-sign documents, but days passed with no tracking information, no documents, and no responses to emails or follow-ups. Meanwhile, I continued paying weekly lease extension fees on my current Audi while waiting for Hunt Valley to complete basic paperwork. Additional issues included: - changing shipping pricing after quotes were provided - incorrectly telling me that it was "illegal" for them to speak directly with my New York insurance broker regarding proof of insurance - repeated delays with no proactive communication - complete lack of follow-through from the finance department After multiple ignored emails, my credit union finally contacted the dealership directly and was told that Hunt Valley "refused to do business" with me -- after already accepting a bank check and wasting a significant amount of time. The vehicle may have been priced aggressively, but the overall experience was one of the worst dealership transactions I have encountered. 1-Star Review - Buyer Beware We purchased a vehicle here on December 1, and the Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is something future buyers should be very cautious about. Our credit was submitted to multiple lenders, yet we were never told what interest rates or loan terms those lenders actually offered. Instead, my husband and I were given different explanations about why other financing options were not presented--one of us was told the rate offered was the best available, while the other was told approvals required higher down payments. At no point were the actual rates disclosed, making it impossible to make an informed decision. we were also told by the general manager that legally they do not have to tell us what other lenders offered, even though they submitted our application to them, and our credit was ran. We were also never provided a risk-based pricing notice, despite receiving a less favorable interest rate. Under federal law (Fair Credit Reporting Act risk-based pricing rules), consumers must be notified when their credit report is used to offer materially less favorable terms. That disclosure was never given. On top of that, our down payment was mishandled. A check was scanned twice and claimed to have "not gone through," though the transaction was never properly submitted. We were instructed to pay another way, which we did. Weeks later, we began receiving collection calls and notices for fees tied to those earlier scans--fees caused by dealership processing errors, not anything on our end. Attempts to resolve this were met with voicemail, delays, and ultimately a dismissive response from management stating they did not have to disclose other lender offers, despite our credit being submitted. This experience lacked transparency, accountability, and professionalism. Until two months ago, my wife and I considered the Audi dealership in Hunt Valley, MD, one of our favorites because we had bought two Audis from them in 2015 and 2017 under different management. We decided in Feb 2026 to buy another Audi. Unfortunately, after two weeks, we experienced multiple malfunctions with the car. We contacted the service departments. At first, they thought it was a software update issue, but that did not fix the problems. We were told they needed to contact Germany and send data for analysis. The second time the car was dropped off at the dealership, it was there for three weeks. In the meantime, we couldn't get any information about the car's problem or what they were doing to fix it. Not knowing what was going on with the car was frustrating. After the first incident, when the car was dropped off at the dealership, we asked to speak to a manager, hoping he could provide more information and, at the very least, offer a loaner car, which was supposed to be included in all those extra warranties they sold us at the time of purchase. Louis, the General Manager, turned out to be a very rude guy who tried to bully us. Not only did he deny the loaner car, but his tone was so disrespectful that it left my wife in tears. Given the many issues with the car, we decided to cancel the service plan and the 4-year extended warranty that the finance department sold us at the time of purchase. I contacted the finance manager (Aisha) several times about canceling the plans. I was told the cancellations had been initiated. I tried to follow up by email and phone multiple times to check on the status and turnaround time for a refund, but I never received a reply. Today I stopped by the dealership to check on the status of the cancellation. To my surprise, the person in charge of the dealership's finance department refused to speak with me. The salesperson from whom we bought the car gave me the contact information for the Extended Warranty company. Even though we have driven that car only about 500 miles since it was purchased, we were informed that there will be a cancellation fee and a two-month prorated charge. It is worth noting that the 4-year warranty takes effect in 2030. We wish the dealership were more helpful during the unimaginable situation with our new car. We also note here that our request to Audi America for a buyback was denied under the Lemon Law. I had my car serviced there for a four-wheel alignment. They didn't inform me of the possibility that they may fail to adjust the alignment before they tried. I would've taken my car elsewhere if they had. Only after they claimed they had finished the service, did they tell me they only adjusted one wheel with the excuse that my car is too old to make the adjustments for the 2 front wheels, which are out of alignment. But they still charged me the full price. That's a rip-off. read more

A very disappointing and dishonest buying experience here. I had put a deposit down on a vehicle, and was coming to pick it up on a Monday. They said they would get it inspected and done on the Saturday before. I explained I was driving quite a distance and I would have limited time on Monday so it was important it be ready. When I got there, they hadn't even started preparing the vehicle. Salesman was as disappointed as I was and said he told them multiple times to have it ready and they did not. Unfortunately that was just the tip of the iceberg. Went into the finance office, only to be handed an "open recall" piece of paper that no one had mentioned. I had purchased a hybrid electric vehicle. Upon reading the recall, it turns out you can't even use the electric part of the vehicle currently, due to defective batteries that are prone to fire. There is no current fix for the recall as it's a battery issue that cannot be repaired. They expect in a few months to *maybe* have a software update that will alert you if it detects the battery going bad before it catches fire. (!!!) So they are selling an electric vehicle that you literally can't use the electric on. I called and left a message for the General Manager, who never returned my call/message. I received another call from a different manager after I left to ask how my experience was. I explained the situation. It gets even worse - he said I was "lucky" that they even informed me of the recall, and that "most places would just sell the car without letting the customer know". I asked if they could provide any sort of a discount considering this recall if I still were interested in taking the vehicle anyway, and he said they don't discount vehicles, and if it doesn't sell soon "We'll sell it to another company that will just sell it to a customer without knowing about the recall". Wow. That's all I can say. I am a 10+ year Audi owner, and this was embarrassing for a "manager" to be saying these things. The whole experience was absolutely insane. I would love to give them a much higher rating, however their finance manager Isah Aslam was nothing less than unscrupulous. We purchased a brand new SQ5 for my wife. I had recently purchased a truck and they simply transferred my tags and waived all but a simple transfer fee. So I was a bit taken aback when the Ms Aslam insisted that we BY STATE LAW must pay the $600 as a part of the deal. We sat through the F&I sales pitch for everything from floor matt insurance to paint and dig repair and in the end, declined every silly offering they wanted to sell us except pre-paid maintenance. All of this was reviewed and signed off on an iPad. There was an issue with the payoff of our trade (this was NOT Audi Hunt Valley's doing), but in the process of getting all of the dates and contracts together, we discovered that there was approximately $1,700 of "Extras" that had been buried into the print contract. I called and left half a dozen messages, and only after speaking with the GM did I receive a response. The response was an 800 number to request cancellation of the unauthoized charges. I called and hung up after 3 hours on hold. I then send her a response saying, this is your doing, you fix it. We still have not received a refund for these items. Only after calling them to account did they finally refunded the registration fees. Since they didn't seem interested in doing their job, I have referred this to the Maryland States Attorney Office, since this was clearly fraudulent. read more

I spent six hours at Audi Hunt Valley on August 6, 2025, finalizing a Lexus NX 300 Sport. After signing all paperwork and authorizing a deposit, the sales guy added an $1,600 shipping fee -- never disclosed beforehand. The dealership promised delivery in a few days, but the car disappeared and I was only informed a week later that it had been sold or sent to auction, with no explanation or courtesy call. The General Manager showed zero professionalism, and their only "solution" was to pick another car at an extra $5,000 cost for their mistake. It was about 4 salesmen on the floor and a manager, still nothing. My wife and I had been looking for a used RS RS5 for a long time. We found one at Audi Hunt Valley, which was a bit of a concern as we are in California, but they are an Auto Nation Dealership, so I figured they could transfer it to a local Auto Nation Dealership for a charge. On Monday: I connected with Nick Hill at Audi Hunt Valley. Nick sent me information on the car I wanted, and we worked out the details (Including Price and Shipping Cost) to have it shipped to an Auto Nation Dealer in my area. On Tuesday: I connected with a local Auto Nation Dealer (Roseville Subaru), where the car was to be shipped. They advised there would be some advantages if I purchased the vehicle from them directly and that since they were all one Auto Nation Family, it wasn't an issue to move the deal. I signed paperwork agreeing to the price and the non-refundable shipping charge. Kevin, the used car Manager at Audi Hunt Valley, called me and asked why I moved the deal. I explained that, according to the local dealership, it was better for them to do the deal since they were in California and could offer the Auto Nation fice day guarantee. I said I'd like to buy the car and hoped they could work out the details between the two dealerships. He said they could. Wednesday: Audi Hunt Valley sold the car to someone else, and when I was finally able to get someone on the phone, Kevin said, "He didn't know I was still interested in the car." Don't work here especially in Tag & Title. If you're Black don't waste your time. They will mistreat you, disrespect you, overlook you and do racial things towards you to have you feel less than human. No matter how hard you work and meet deadline, you will never be acknowledged, recognize or be commended. Team Lead will make all the mistakes and blame it on you only because she don't know what she's doing never did and never will. The only reason for that is because the controller keeps covering for her and knows it but won't address it. They sneaky, conniving, mistrust and evil. I spent a year here. In the beginning it wasn't anything like it is now. I never received my yearly review/pay raise but they had a secret meeting w/o me and offered the other tag clerk which btw was there only 7-8 months another position and more money and to train a new hire which btw is the team lead best friend. No interviews were conducted just offer the job and she was there within a week. This is what happens when you have young children in supervision, Manager and team Lead positions with no experience run your company and mistreat the value ones whose there every day at the crack of dawn to being almost the last to leave. Had to call local police after the responded to me they"didnt know where the car was". At one visit they sent in 6 mechanics to the cashier window in the Hope's they could throw my wife and I out. They didn't realize I am a former law officer who Carrie's a 45. Do not go to this dealership. They dont give a shit about you or your car. Go somewhere else. We ordered a Hybrid Q5 from Audi Hunt Valley in August, 2021 and a year later we're still waiting for it. In late April, we were told that the vehicle finally had arrived at the Port of Baltimore and due to a shortage of trucks, it could take several weeks to be transferred to the dealership in Hunt Valley. After hearing no update for over three months, I contacted the salesperson, who did not answer my email. I then called the Sales Manager who promised to investigate why the car was still sitting at the Port and call me back the next day. After a week, he has not called. I left a voice mail yesterday for the Audi Division General Manager. I understand the delays due to chip shortages, supply chain issues, high fuel prices, etc. My issues with this dealership stem from a lack of communication and disregard for normal customer relations. read more

To start off I would like to say that my service manager has bent over backwards to help us. My car, an Audi Q7 has been in the shop on 4 occasions in the last 6- 8 weeks roughly. We are having electrical problems as the car battery won't hold a charge. Each time we have left the dealership we were told the issue has been fixed. My wife and 3 children under the age of five broke down, at night on I83 and had to be towed. Needless to say I am very aggravated with Audi of Hunt valley and Audi in general. I will probably never buy another Audi or VW again because of this experience. We are currently using a private mechanic to fix our issue with the car. This Is the worst dealership ever, the general manager is a crook, he sold us a car with no cleared title and he knew this and didn't tell us that he did not have a lean release, we found out a month later because the truck needed repairs so we didn't want the truck and he said, you can't give the truck back but you can sell it back to me, high way robbery, we lost my trade plus $6000 total of $11,550 in thirty days! Please do not buys from them they are crooks, unprofessional and would do anything for a dollar! I really feel sorry for whoever purchased that 2021 Q7 Audi , tan interior in October of this year, the suspension was bad , sensors and it has a safety recall, good luck too you because it was a scam for us!!! The Good: vehicle price was excellent, dealership is clean, sales people were not pushy. The Bad: once I purchased a vehicle, the service has been horrible. Embarrassing that they sold me a "certified" used vehicle that has a cracked windshield, didn't notice until next day as I test drive at night. it's been 2 weeks with no resolution. 1 key to the vehicle didn't work. They didn't even fill the gas tank when I bought the car. No follow up calls from management. Salesman goes 4-5 days without responding to calls and emails, then basically has no answers to my concerns. If you expect great customer service, I'd look elsewhere. read more

I purchased a vehicle from out of state on July 13. The deal I got was fair enough to take a short flight to Baltimore and drive the car home. Everything seemed to proceed as expected. The dealership was handling the NYS DMV paperwork. I was told it would be at least 45 days before I would get my NY plates and was given 60 day MD temporary tags. Had a nice drive home in my new car. Fast forward 60 days and still no plates. No word from the dealership, so I contact them via their online chat. A couple hours later I get a call back and am told they are sending 30 day temp tags. The paperwork had been submitted on August 3 and it would still be a short wait. Ok, fine. Not sure why it took weeks to get the paperwork submitted, but it is what it is at this point. Things are in motion. Now here we are, on October 11, 88 days after purchase and I still have no plates. I contacted the dealership again yesterday to see what's going on. No call back. Contacted again via chat today so we'll see how that goes. I was told that customer service is their number one priority. I'm going to have to disagree on that point. I tried calling the number on their site and it just rings and hangs up. I decided to take matters into my own hands and went to the NYS DMV this morning to see if they could help. They were unable to assist me as there is no record of this car in their database. Nothing in process. As far as anyone could tell it would appear that nothing at all has been done on the dealerships behalf. So, here I am. 48 hours from driving around illegally. Again. With no word from anyone as to what's actually going on. Wasting my time trying to contact the dealership and writing reviews in the hopes that someone will actually address this. I want my plates, temporary or otherwise. I want to be done with my experience with Audi Hunt Valley. And as a side note, my car was financed through the dealership and they ran 3 separate credit checks. All of which will be on my credit report for years to come. So, thanks for that! read more

Absolutely horrendous experience dealing with 2 master excuse makers. GM Mitch and his sidekick salesman Jonathan. I was referred by the GM of Benz who is a friend and he told me to see Mitch, Mitch gifted me to Jonathan for a used vehicle that just hit their inventory. The price was a very good deal and I got the jump on the vehicle. I called to schedule a test drive and the next day online the vehicle jumped up $1k in price, Jonathan verified this jump and was unable to advise to why. He said that with the Autonation purchase 'weird' things were happening with their system. Anyhow for 3 more days I texted Jonathan to please get me extended warranty and best price information, no response from text or email. I then left Mitch a voice mail. No response back. Today I texted Jonathan asking 'what is the delay' and was given a call back from the 'internet sales manager' saying the car was sold....wimpy move by both who know they either dropped the ball or had someone during the delay pay the extra $1k bump and they did not want to call me personally. Mitch finally called and said Jonathan was getting married and apologized and that was that. Dealerships are constantly trying to get out of the slimy stigma and its sudden interest price bumps and shady communications like this that keep that stigma alive. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband brought in his Audi in two weeks ago for them to pull a code. We were quoted at 2k to fix. We paid the diagnostic fee and said we would return to have it fixed. For TWO WEEKS my husband has called asking for a print out of what the parts and labor would cost. Seems pretty simple. Every single time we call, we are told they will email it and they NEVER DO. I called the main Audi Hunt Valley phone number and was directed to "Mitch" but got his voice mail. I left my phone number. I did talk with Mitch who was very apologetic. He says that he is sending a check to cover the cost of the wheel repair. I did receive the first aid kit and tool by fedex today. Check never arrived. What can I say, I'm a fan of Audi but not a fan of Audi Hunt Valley. My experience with the staff was less than pleasant to say the least. The car I purchased wasn't serviced by the service department as the "Inspection Due" warning light was illuminated on the dash. I was advised by a different Audi dealership that Audi Hunt Valley failed to properly service the vehicle prior to the sale. Additionally, I was only provided one key for the car but was advised they "require" two keys when a vehicle is traded in and I'd have to purchase a key through them at full price if I wanted a second fob. On the date of purchase, I was kept waiting for an hour for the paperwork to be prepared despite them having time to prepare prior to my arrival. After arriving at 5:30pm, I didn't leave the dealership until 8:00pm!! My experience with Audi Hunt Valley has been less than pleasant and my worst dealership experience yet. read more

Worst service ever. These clowns kept my car for over a week and couldn't figure out the wheel rim on my car was bent and the bearings were damaged and the wheel had to be replaced, so all they did was an alignment and claimed everything was fine and working perfectly. Long story short, I had to take it elsewhere and get the wheel replaced and had to pay for another alignment. Don't take your car to these guys. They're amateurs who don't know jack sh!t. We broke down on the highway near Hunt Valley Audi so I called while waiting for a tow. They said they could work on it. While waiting for paperwork to be completed I noticed a sign on the SA's desk offering a loaner if available. If not they'd call Enterprise for one. I guess they don't take care of stranded Audi owners the same as their own customers because all we got was "we're out of loaners but we can shuttle you home". This is actually the attitude I got from them years ago with a VW I bought from them. I swore then that I'd never go back. Guess it's my fault. Spent $1200 on the repair (all labor) but a loaner was out of the question. read more

John was the best sales person I have ever dealt with and went above and beyond to make sure he met my expectations. He was very knowledgeable on the brand and was quick to response. I bought a new car from Audi Hunt Valley from a neighboring state. I traded in another late model vehicle and paid $10k over the MSRP as they had a car that I wanted. Before the car was delivered, the finance manager made several urgent calls to me and sent me invoices for various packages that he aggressively tried to get me to buy. Having bought many-many high-end new cars, I knew what I wanted, but that did not stop the hard sell or my having to ask that the charges be taken off the sales orders couple of times and then was even stuck with a $640 that I didn't want and had no use for, but I wanted to get the deal done and I didn't have any more time to spend on the issue. What I really wanted from the finance manager was my auto registration and license plates sent to me and the transfer of the old car completed. Two months latter my temporary tags are expired, and I still have no registration and I live in a state and town where tickets are aggressively written for no registration anytime you park in public parking. I send several emails to the finance Manager, the salesman and the sales manager and left multiple phone messages over a week and absolutely no response from anyone. Yesterday I received a notice from Chase Auto that my old car is about to be repossessed and they refer me to a law firm handling the matter. I put a call into Tony the General Manager and receive no response. What can I do? I'm at a total loss? I have never dealt with an organization so devoid of customer service, so incompetent and so done with you as soon as they get all the money they can from you in their "deal". Stay Away!!! read more

Purchase went ok and I like the vehicle but when problems arose after they all but disappeared. Dealer messed up registration so to correct I've had to pay twice thinking I'd be reimbursed. Wrong! Also vehicle failed inspection and I've left messages and sent numerous emails and a month later nothing resolved and now being ignored. Will have to file a formal complaint. They fumbled the registration process. Never got my tags although I paid the dealership to handle this. When I called to inquire about the issue, I was told it would be looked into however I was never called back. Had to go to the DMV myself to resolve. Not the experience I expected, especially from an Audi dealer. read more
