I came to look for a new Civic and wanted to explore options. Not a single employee offered to talk. I even went up to the group of employees on their phone just standing around, and no one even looked up. I also got parts for my car and the person at the register acted like they didn't want any customers. I tried speaking to a sales manager and they just looked at me and didn't even offer to talk. Well transparency for one thing, honesty for another. I recently visited to look and buy a Honda Civic hybrid, I had two trade ins that I had extensive research and trade in values on, with confirmed value from the dealership they were purchased from. Someone who was supposedly the "expert" on my specific brand of car came out took a look drove both and went inside. After two hours dealing with the salesman (very new, but I must say very pleasant ) I asked so what is my trade in values?? He didn't have them so he went to the sales managers desk, for quite a while, they both came back with very low ball numbers. Mind you I had already checked KBB trade in values, which the manager said he used, and both offers were so low it was insulting. He was actually 1500 below the lowest value on both vehicles! His answer, well that's what KBB says, no it didn't. Not sure what transpired after the expert went inside because he had no input. We decided against the purchase. We won't be back. I needed to leave on the following Wednesday and was worried my car would not be ready in time. Mario was so so helpful and courteous to me. Without over promising he said he would try to get to it sooner if I could just drop it off. Sure enough, he was able to diagnose it the next day and order parts and compete the repairs a couple of days after that. If I had had to wait the full five days I would have left town late and missed my very important engagement. I was so pleased and impressed. Love the car. But they screw you out of your "two free oil changes". They say "the oil life has to be down to 12% before Honda will pay for it." But the oil life indicator froze at 20% like five weeks ago. It has been over 8000 miles since it has had its last oil change. 2022 Honda Ridgeline - set an appt. for a transmission fluid change (just a drain plug dump, and refill). Online appt. said $199 - thought that was reasonable and made the appt. Got there and they ended up charging my $550 for nothing more than a fluid change. I questioned them about it, and they told me that the transmission on my truck was more expensive - he couldn't explain why, since it just takes 4q of fluid and drains and fills like all the others. By getting on some forums and such, seems common prices are more along the $250-300 for this service at most places. I reluctantly had it done still, but likely won't be back after this experience. I've bought and serviced a number of cars from McCurley over the years. Since they appear to be in the price gouging business now, they have lost my business. read more

I highly recommend you stay away from McCurley Integrity Honda! I negotiated a deal and agreed on a price after telling them I have my own financing. When the time came to get my credit union involved, the finance manager and GM both refused to send a purchase order without running their own hard credit check. They said this is "McCurly policy to verify your identity for tax purposes." A credit pull is the least reliable way to verify a person's identity. This is really just a shady practice to get your personal information so they can pressure you to finance the vehicle with a company that gives them kickbacks. I refused to allow a hard pull and walked out. The pressure tactics and loopholes this company is using are deceptive and shady at best. Find another dealer that actually has integrity. read more

Service department is a joke. You will never get a phone call through directly to them. Calls always get rerouted to a rep to take down your information for a call back. 1st time I scheduled a oil change the call got rerouted and they said that all service reps were busy... ok. I got my oil change a 2nd time and when I walked in NONE of the phones for the service dept. were ringing. So I'm guessing they just let the phones ring on silent so they get rerouted. I'm from out of state and my usual Honda dealer is heaven compared to this. On my 2nd oil change (about 3-4 weeks ago) I got at McCurley they ordered a part that would take about 3 days and I would get a call to come in. NEVER HAPPENED. So I called today and turns out they've had my part sitting. And guess what, the part dept tried to get someone to get me scheduled for service and she said "no one is answering my call for a service I can take your info for a call back". Of course I said ok but if it would be by end of day today and she said maybe, could even be tomorrow morning... 3rd time I went because my car was smelling like gas. I called around 1pm and they took down my info for a call back. I was calling back every 2 hours because this needs to be attended to asap as it my only car. They close at 6pm so I had to call back about 3 times. During those 3 times I called, the rep had to send my info over to their manager during which he called back 10 mins before they close and i couldn't get in for an apt until 4 days later. Like I said a joke. They need to get it together. UPDATE: I still have not received a call from yesterdays attempt to get a service scheduled for my parts that have been there. After speaking with multiple people with similar experiences through Mccurley I felt compelled to write a review a year after this happened. I feel it's necessary to warn others. I took my Honda in for brake check. They told me I needed to replace master cylinder, got my car back and Mccurley said I was ready to take it home. Got in it and I pushed the pedal all the way to the floor and it wouldn't stop. I DIDN'T MAKE IT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT. . Way worse than when I brought it in originally. Mccurley now said I need a 1200 dollar sensor to fix it (sensor is still fine it wasn't throwing codes and it hasn't been replaced a year later). I SPENT $1600 and my car was wayyy worse than before. This could have killed someone if they took it on the freeway. Mccurley bled it again and I picked it up the next day it was drivable home but brakes were still very soft. Took to another mechanic and it just needed new rotors $200 and another bleed my honda was good as new. The new mechanic said they probably didnt bench bleed the master). They are absolute amateurs and possibly scammers in this shop do not get services done here. read more

They found that one of her fog lamps was burned out and quoted her $450 to replace it. $450??????? are you insane? They gave some BS story about the whole assembly needed replaced. It was a burned out bulb, a $20 part. My mom was very upset thinking she had to pay that much. Thankfully she came to me questioning it. I went down to the auto parts store, bought a $20 bulb and spent 5 minutes fixing it. How many elderly people do you do this to that dont think to question it? This is straight up robbery and a crooked, shiesty way to run a business. Taking advantage of people like this and you dare to have the INTEGRITY in your name. When said no thank you, that is not a good monetary deal, I was physically threatened when I booked a "recall service appointment at McCurley Honda". Then, I was told that I had to go to another Honda elsewhere. I reported the physical threats, and intimidation used, so abuse to the state as I am a court mandated reporter. No problem going elsewhere, after I paid all out cash, as it does not make sense on time, value, money to buy an asset that simply depreciates on THEIR terms. The men in sales have a problem with NO thank you! Next, I was sent a "refund" check from FORD/CHEVY/HONDA in Pasco for $10.00 as they forgot they owed me over tabs. I'll go elsewhere for my next automobile as the Ethics and physical threats to get an economic advantage are horrific. My experience with the service department at McCurley Honda was absolutely terrible from beginning to end. It was an incredible struggle just to schedule an appointment. Over an 8-hour span, I called at least 15 times, and each time I carefully explained the issue to the receptionists, only to get transferred to voicemail repeatedly. The few times I actually got through to someone, I just got bounced around to different extensions with no one ever helping me. At one point, the line just rang endlessly with no one picking up.Completely frustrated, I had to drive all the way from Oregon just to make the appointment in person. When I arrived, the staff was rude and dismissed my concerns about no one answering the phones. They arrogantly told me appointments are only on weekdays and suggested I drop my car off at 7am if I wanted timely service. When I asked about a service loaner to get to work, they vaguely said "possibly" and claimed they are first-come, first-served.Two days later, they called to confirm a loaner, but when I got there at 6:50am for my 7am appointment, the place was empty except for the janitor who let us in at 7. The rest of the lazy staff didn't stroll in until 7:30am. They pretended to have no idea about a loaner and acted annoyed that I even asked about it. I had to wait until 7:45am for enough people to show up before they could get the loaner paperwork together.After finally getting a loaner to work, they called me about the issues I had already told them about. Instead of owning up, they tried to blame my exhaust modification for the AWD problems, despite trouble codes matching what I reported. Since they couldn't replicate the issues on a short test drive, they incredibly claimed the problems didn't exist.I made a scene at the dealership, which led to talking to an advisor named Chad. He said they cleared the codes and wanted me to drive it for 2 more weeks to see if codes came back. Chad waived the current fees since they didn't fix anything. Two weeks later, I waited another 4 hours for them to check again. Despite knowing about the lingering issues, they claimed no new codes came up and Chad again pointed to my exhaust unhelpfully. You'd think they would know the burden of proof is on them for warranty claims related to modifications. After that wasted 4 hours, I had to get a ride because they said it may take 2 more hours for a warranty decision. Now 24 hours later, I still have no answers and they aren't answering the phone again.My most recent experience only confirmed that this dealership's service department is as incompetent and dishonest as ever. Once again, I found myself calling them throughout the day from work, trying to get an update on my car. After hours of no response, I finally got through to a service rep who vaguely told me the status was "completed" but couldn't explain what that meant.Later on, I managed to reach Chad, who informed me that they might have to replace the entire rear differential but were still unsure what the exact problem was. Then, out of nowhere, he said they wouldn't be able to warranty the repairs on my Acura, even though we had spent so much time going back and forth about getting the work done under warranty.When I decided to pick up my car, the head service manager came out and defensively claimed that Chad had supposedly told me all along that they could never warranty the repairs. That's a blatant lie. Why would they take my car in, call the warranty company, and spend all this time "figuring out" whether the repairs were warrantied if they had no intention of covering them?The lack of transparency, the constant runaround, and the utter disregard for my time are beyond infuriating. McCurley Honda's service department is either completely disorganized, deceitful, or both. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. read more

Purchased a certified preowned 2019 Jeep Wrangler. A few days short of having it a month we realize the door hinges have corrosion and are bubbling up. To make a very long story short I was blown off by the service dept. I then spoke to the Sales Manager who told me it was no different than buying a used car that has dings and scratches.....ummm no sir you sold me a Jeep that is rusting out. They then proceed to tell me the 2018-2021 jeeps have a class action lawsuit and Jeep will replace my doors if I'm in the 5 year manufacture time frame. I know they must have known this when they sold it to me. It previously belong to the wife of someone who worked there and I'm sure they traded it in to avoid getting stuck with a corroding Jeep. I have been completely on my own dealing with Jeep even thought the Service Manager claimed they would be with me "every step of the way and help me get the claim started" I now have to get it fixed two hours a way in Spokane and there is 15 jeeps ahead of mine. I will tell everyone I know do not go here. there is no way they didn't know about these issues and sold me an almost $40k deteriorating rusting piece of metal. read more

If I was the owner of McCurley I'd fire him in a heart beat because he's losing customers and tarnishing the image for the dealership. If you're looking for a Honda don't go here, rather you'll find a better deal and be treated better with the dealerships on the west side of the state. Even Portland dealerships, which are cheaper anyway. Also, don't be fooled by all the happy reviews, as they are either fake and/or uninformed buyers that got shafted. If you're uninformed of course they'll treat you like royalty. It's all an act. Sleazy. Avoid this place at all cost. We bought 2 cars already from another dealership and was more than happy to travel a few hours to avoid this place. Save yourself the grief. Look at their prices for goodness sakes... We all know they get pushy trying to sell their extended warranty, well this guy went to far as fighting with my brother and stating that he cares more about out nephew then we did. Telling my nephew that his family doesn't care about him as much as he does and that we would not be there for him if the car broke down. My brother and him went at it and at the end my brother told him if he didn't stop that they would walk out. Juan stated that he did not care and they can walk out if they want. Driving out from Seattle, I had a very limited time window and they worked with me to accommodate my busy schedule. Rachel and Matt both got back to me super fast throughout the process. Matt also helped me out when I showed up. He's very friendly and professional. Javier was my finance manager. He was organized and speedy. I have been trying to get a service contract refund from them but all the financial advisors and "managers" don't have consistent stories they are all different so what's the actual deal. The only part of this business that I did like was the service team. The service team is outstanding but everything else and the owner not picking up calls or messages. It's like trying to call the president at this place good luck. Also please work on communication don't make any such promises that you will be helping out and reaching out it took nearly months and yet to receive anything. They had asked me to take a couple days to think about the refund and purchase another vehicle but no thank you had you made this process easy I may have but you guys are very inconsistent. We bought our car at McCurly Honda and going back to services there. Yes the waiting time is too long but I appreciate the time when we received free oil change because of unexpected long wait. I also noticed that they are very busy and often it's hard to get ahold of someone to schedule service however once you meet them in person to address your concern they will accommodate you accordingly, you just have to talk to the right person I guess. One thing I ran into is within a year having different diagnosis for my car. One oil change, this needs to be changed, next oil change it's not showing up but instead something else is. Not sure if different technicians see different things and it's something they couldn't explain. Overall they are ok. I feel more confident to service my car at McCurley Honda knowing they will know more about their cars. You can always walk away and compare prices elsewhere. read more

Not well managed branch. There are tens of salesmen pacing around the dealership and I had to wait 15 minutes to get someone's attention (to check in for scheduled maintenance - with appointment). Notwithstanding the above, the staff have this 'I don't care' attitude when it comes to everything but selling (). After all, there's high demand for Honda's and they're pretty much the only game in town as far as I know. A bit more care (or at least pretending to) goes a long way people.
