He is highly competent and makes the dealership experience unlike others. He is unflappable and clear headed, and a skilled people person. I have been using the service department at BMW Warwick for a while now. I really enjoy the service provided by Manny Perez. He is friendly and professional and he gets the best deal for you (in terms of specials or coupons). This last time I went to get my oil change and now their system brings up any specials based on the VIN number of the car. I was able to get my oil change for a price very close to what I would had paid at a national chain of auto care centers with a free loaner and a free car wash. At the same time I was about due for some filter changes and a multi-point inspection. All done quickly and properly. Now the service department sends you a video of the actual inspection, so you can see the details. Very good experience. read more

Today was my first experience at BMW Warwick. I took my car in for its first oil change. The oil change was $130 and with taxes, fees, and whatever other fees they want to charge, it came to $155. I was quoted $200 for the air filter change, I opted to buy my own for $50 and unclip the 4 snaps myself to replace it. To be honest it was still looking brand new, but it replaced it anyway to follow the manufacturer recommendations. There is plenty to do while you wait. The lounge area is fantastic, coffee, tea, snacks, drinks, tv, chairs, tables. You can take a walk and check out the cars on multiple lots. Overall, this is a good place to get your BMW serviced. A little more than other BWM service centers, but the staff there is great and you get your service done quickly and correctly. read more

Had a top notch experience purchasing my new BMW from BMW of Warwick. David DelPonte was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly patient and professional. I never felt him pressure me like I've experienced at other car dealerships. He genuinely wanted me to get the car that I wanted and not just sell me "a car." I test drove 3 different vehicles and ended up ordering a car with my preferred specifications that was delivered from another dealership. The entire process was smooth. David answered various questions from me throughout the purchasing process and even when I had questions when I was sorting out my car insurance for the new vehicle and needed some clarification. Service Department recommended a seal be replaced in the rear differential. I agreed to have it done but under warranty, they tried to fight me on this but it was clear that it was covered. They finally serviced my car and replaced the seal. When I got the car back the brakes were still in service mode, the exhaust baffle wiring was not installed, and they didn't check tire presssure. I had to drive my car back so they can fix this. 3,500 miles later they say I need a new rear differential. I had them check again, I get my car back and everything in the trunk is thrown around. Complete disrespect. Will never go again. I have this all full documented if anyone questions me. Worst experience ever... read more

I traded in my vehicle to this dealership on 8/19, later learned I was cheated on trade in value. Vehicle was traded in towards purchase of new vehicle. Calls were made on 8/24 to Jesse Brown, pre-owned manager, as well as Vito, my sales rep, to cancel transaction, neither rep returned call. I later spoke wirh GM, Ron, he claimed money was lost on trade in, yet he'll give me another 1k for it... Anyone with common sense and a brain knows this is nonsense. I later declined offer and doing business with this dealership, due to lowball trade in value and overall poor service. When a review such as this is made, they threaten legal action. A word to the wise, watch out for this dealership and Penske Group altogether. read more

Service got done at 10 and they asked if I wanted the new tires and alignment so I said yes and then no communication. My daughter brought my 2021 BMW X7 in for brake service, after 35000 miles and I feel they took advantage of her and when I questioned the service person , John about some charges on the bill his smart ass response was "labor & Material". The bill included an Outrageous charge of $58 to put a Battery in the key. I would never go back to this stealership ever! Knowing what I know now, after the screw job I received from their service department and forcing myself to learn as much as I can on the diagnostics and repairs on the brand, I am so pissed on how they burned me for $7500.00 of unnecessary parts, labor and I'm sure the parts I paid for was never installed. I've learned that the issue the was caused by the service department after they recommended my brake lines needed to be flushed caused all my abs, etc and brake warning lights to come on my dash They told me it needed a abs hydraulic pump @ over 6k just for the pump. My 2008 M6 only has 30k for mileage, Out of warranty, but immaculately kept. And the issue was more then like the steering angle sensor needed to be recalibrated. They also indicated my transmission was acting up at that same service appointment, Which the quoted 13k to replace my transmission. And I've never had a issue with the transmission before that appointment. So after they got me for the abs hydraulic pump, my transmission started acting up 3 month's later. Which at this time I've already figured I was ripped off on the abs pump so there was no way my car was going back. So after diagnostics and research I pinpointed the problem to be a electric motor the spins hydraulic pump pressure to shift the gears. Costed me $850.00 and found a BMW mechanic that was willing to trust my diagnostics and did the job for me and charged me $450.00 for labor Far better then the 13k. So instead of giving this dealership $13k I instead purchased a 750i and 750il (3) 535Xi Worked on them all and learned to repair them and added them to my private fleet. Yeah you got me good but I'll never give your stealership and opportunity to screw me over again. read more

I've bought 3 cars from the group, one from BMW and two from Lexus. They used to be good to deal with. I live close to this dealership so I drive by often. I saw a real beautiful blue 4 Series BMW on their lot. I fell in love with it but wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase another car. One day I decided that I was and went to the dealership. The car was not on the lot. I went in to ask if it was somewhere else on their large lot when I saw it on the floor. A salesman approached me and I said I was interested in it. He said it was on the floor for a quick sale. I figured this was good for me. I was going to trade in my Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited hard top with low miles. I researched the trade in value and it was $27,000 for good condition on both KBB and Edmunds. As I said, trade in value and not private sale (I did notice they had a two door soft top on their lot which was a year older with more miles for $35,000). I guess it is a big deal to take the car off their floor so he was going to evaluate my trade first. I was offered $20,000... I was dumbfounded. He said they do not go by the books but what the vehicles are actually selling for and on sale for in the area. I mentioned the Jeep they had on the lot since it is within a couple hundred feet. He told me it didn't count. Really??? On your lot doesn't count??? He suggested that I go to CarMax and get cash for my vehicle because they pay more (even Carmax was offering $27,000), then come back and buy their car. Why would I do that? I'm sure Carmax could find me the vehicle I want and I wouldn't have to pay taxes on the whole value of the car. For obvious reasons I left. I went to another dealership and purchased a car. It wasn't the beautiful blue on the BMW I wanted but they gave me the $27,000 for my trade. Something changed there since my other purchases.Under valuing my trade $7000 won't bring my business back. I feel like I need to add the fact that I did not purchase a car from CarMax. They only sell overpriced used cars. I went to another dealership. read more

David was very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. Although I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle just yet, David gave me all the time I needed. I've owned many BMWs in many states and I have had wonderful costumer service experiences at each one... (smiles and small things such as, "how are you"....) the last service I had in Warwick , they lost my car in the dealership somewhere and then told me "I'm sorry we can't find your car" ...the guy didn't even get up from his chair and said " go out in the lot and see if you can find it" ....this bmw dealership in Warwick has been the worst experience with costumer service and quality of service ever....I'm not sure if these people are disgruntled because of low pay or because they hate their jobs ... whatever it is... I hate going to service my car there ... It is a shame it's the only dealership in Rhode Island and I have no choice to take it there due to convenience...I'm hoping I can find another bmw service other than this sad place.... I've been buying and servicing cars at this dealership for the last 15 years, since it was named Inskip BMW. I was always happy with their level of customer service and appreciation, but - alas - this is no longer the case. Recently they changed the management/ownership, and the whole thing went completely downhill. The sales stuff and the general manager talk to you as if they are doing you a favor. When I wanted to return my 3 year old car with low miles to their dealership, they first offered me a ridiculously low trade-in quote, at the lowest range of the fork for this vehicle, and then refused to take the car at all because there is a recall on this vehicle, which was just announced. Hello? - You are the BMW Authorized Service Center - you are the ones responsible of fixing the recalls! Sure enough, CarMax just down the road immediately matched their price, although I've never bought or sold anything from/to them. I find the new management rude and cut-throat type, totally foreign to the experience I had with a few BMW dealerships I dealt with. If you go there, you would get a used car salesman mentality and zero appreciation for your loyalty to them. Please, be warned. read more

Had my e90 335xi in here for a water pump. Was called when it was "ready to be picked up" My Wife and I and our kids arrived at BMW Warwick, and after 20 minutes of waiting, we were told that they could not bring our car around because a tech left the key in my car! My new battery was completely run down and now my car would not start, so we would have to come back. few days later they were finally 'done'. For real this time. Maybe. We went back out and I picked up my car. 2 weeks later- the car would not start, wife was out with kids and called me. Unable to figure a solution remotely [the car is dead, but she didn't leave the lights on, and the car was only off for 10 minutes, but there is not enough current going to the car to even *click* the starter solenoid, far less- turn over], she tried restarting it and 15 minutes later- it finally did start. At home it did not start again, in looking at the battery which read near full amps- I immediately noticed that they had not reinstalled the vent tube to vent the corrosive gases from the acid battery outside the boot of the car. We towed it back in. Another few days later. Again- they called with the news- the wiring Harness was completely corroded, and would be approaching $3k to replace the wiring! There is no way my wiring harness should be corroded, this car is a few years old, garage kept, lightly driven (we came from a city) there is no rust on it- and the copper corroded?? At this point- It is obvious that if not a serious defect wire/ terminals to corrode within 6 years on a rust free vehicle with a recall- there is NO explanation for this on a rust free vehicle. I have rusted old truck from 90s that has its original harness, many older cars over the years, antiques even- original wiring harnesses. I tell them to not make the repair, and make arrangements to pick it up. I get there and see the problem- it is the terminals in the trunk, of the wiring harness that are corroded, and parts of it are missing- they took parts of my car. I asked for them and they tell me they threw them away! How do you throw away parts of a customer's vehicle? That is my property and they were not authorized to do any work, just diagnostic. I immediately remember that vent tube- after running my battery down because they were too careless to remove the key from the vehicle when they parked it or even trunk it off completely- they replaced my battery but were again careless and did not connect the vent tube, and for 2 weeks of hot summer temps, the new battery they put in was expanding and releasing acid fumes into a close trunk- and destroyed the terminals, and corroded them inside the boot of the trunk- outside the trunk- the cable is flawless. Inside- near dissolved, and other parts now missing- they stole. I explain to them that my car had no issue with its wiring harness, and that their carelessness, not once- but at least twice- in leaving the vehicle with the keys in it and turned on, parked, to drain the battery. Then again when they replaced the battery they damaged and left the vent tube disconnected and did not reinstall it, causing the new full battery to expand in the hot summer temps and fill the trunk with corrosive acid fumes/ gases which dissolved the terminals in the trunk until current could no longer flow- that they need to fix this, or pay for it, and I'll take it somewhere competent preferably- Warwick BMW refused both. Warwick BMW left the keys in my BMW while parked overnight in the lot, turned on and ran down my battery dead, destroyed my vehicle by not properly replacing the battery gas vent tube to route corrosive fumes outside the trunk where the battery is located, stole parts, and refused to fix. read more

The vibe was positive. Lots of yack yack yack and then, "do you want to test drive a x5"..sure...He puts in in the top of the line 2019 (75k+) model. It was ridiculously amazing and the dashboard was absurd. Of course the ride was perfection. We sat down and the sales pitch went into never never land. The quote was double my budget. He lost me, he lost a sale and I walked out, frustrated and dejected. I vowed never to return to a dealer that works on commissions. read more

However, What makes him different from the other dealer representatives is two words: Honest and Respectful. We were comfortable throughout the whole process of purchasing the 2018 BMW X1 28i xDrive. He responded to our emails, calls and text in a timely manner and with detail. One of the managers, Brian, also assisted in providing us a great trade value for our current vehicle. Never Again Just got our 2013 BMW back from Inskip BMW in Warwick RI. This was the 2nd of our 3 BMW s,. After 90,000 miles. We have a drivetrain malfunction and timing chain went. Car no longer runs. Are you kidding me? Not even 100,000 on a not even 5 year old car and they say we have to pay for a whole new motor? Bought a certified preowned last year. Spent over $5000 within the first year for maintenance and repairs. 30 days after i purchased the car, I needed an oil change, 3 months later i needed new break pads and rotors.. 6 months later new tires, some belts got lose, coolant tank cracked, spark plugs changed etc etc... when I asked what do you certify here (as it is certified preowned) no-one had an answer, rather they had a guilty face like they are aware of the bad business going on. When I asked what's the difference between buying through Craigslist and you guys, they again didn't have an answer. Had I bought it from a random person, the car could only have this many problems... Service customer rep Kevin out there is a liar. Whatever he says, I recommend you to question 5 times. When he gives you the total over the phone, make sure he is not robbing you as his totals over the phone and the total on my invoice didn't match(twice). I have replaced the rotors break pads and 4 tires 3 weeks ago. Kevin didn't say a word about mail in rebate, yet, I hope I can attach a picture of this flyer in my hand.(it's basically a $220 rebate on my services that I have missed) Terrible business guys.. Buyer beware. Not really sure what to do with a recent purchase. Bought what I was told by a salesman was a 2017 X4. It had 16k on it and I traded in my vehicle and bought it. The salesman I was given was brand new and did not know what he was doing. It was an awkward experience because the rest of the salespeople did not have time to help him out and he didn't know what to do. Don't get me wrong, nice guy, but he was lost. I told him I was looking for a 2017 X6 or X4 and they did not have any X6s there so he showed me two X4s, a grey one and a red one. The grey one had 24k on it the red one 16k. I ultimately chose the red one, called my insurance agent and asked to put the car on my insurance. Two days later I picked up my insurance paperwork and told them they had made a mistake that it was 2017 model and not a 2016. They were right. I called the salesman and he did not answer but I really liked the car and decided to drop it. Yesterday was my first service and I received a call from the service department telling me I needed two new rear tires and I would have to pay $800. I have had the car for 4 months and it's certified. I said it doesn't make sense, why would I need two new tires after 4 months? He told me that the front tires had been replaced but the rear tires were not. Now I'm upset because this dealership tried to pull one over on me when I bought the car by telling me it was a 2017 when it wasn't and now they're tell me the front tires had to be replaced at 16,000 miles and the rear tires have to be replaced at 25,000 miles. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck. Then I have a manager get on the phone and tell me that it was my driving habits that lead to me needing new tires or I hit a pot hole. Either this car had more miles on it then it showed or the tires are defective. Something does not add up. I'd like Inskip to buy the car back at this point, It's a red X4, 25k and I'll call it a 2018. How much will you give me for it? read more

12-3-2014 I just got my 1st BMW at this dealer ship couldn't be more happier. Everyone just grate, no pressure. Person helped me was Manny Sheikh really went out his way to help me out also they have special person for just about everything you need to know.
