I bought my Q5 in 2023 and the sales experience was good but going in for service has been a pain point. It's usually a 3 week wait to get a loaner car, and the loaner is absolutely necessary bc an oil change and inspection took 6 days to be seen by a tech. The oil change and inspection was $380. If you want your tires rotated, that's another $185. If you wish to pay using a credit card that's another 2%. I also was sold a roof rack at the time of purchase, I've asked them to install it three times (at delivery, at year one, and now year 3) it's still in a box in my trunk. I'm not inclined to ever come back, so I guess that $600 wasn't money well spent either. read more

I definitely would not purchase a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership again. The car we purchased had a clean Carfax history and remaining Audi warranty, but after the sale, the dealership acknowledged paint work throughout the vehicle that had not been disclosed beforehand even though we asked directly at the time of our test drive and given the rainfall that day made it difficult to examine (the poor timing on us, the dishonesty on them). Two years later, much of that paint work is now failing, despite the car being a 2023 model and mostly garage kept since we took ownership. We also discovered almost immediately that two rims were bent. As we left the dealership, the car felt noticeably out of balance. Rather than continue dealing with what we felt was a less-than-stellar sales experience, we paid another dealership to address the issue ourselves. Mechanically, the car has held up, but the exterior condition and prior paint work were clearly not represented transparently before the sale. In my opinion, this dealership did not uphold the level of honesty, quality, or standards I would expect from an Audi franchise. read more

Bought a car here in march. Very clean carfax and looked great when I got there, but they took a very long time to get the paperwork finished while I was in the dealership. After I got home, I never got a loan statement, only to learn that my original loan had bounced and they got me a new loan with a different bank WITHOUT TALKING TO ME about it, which is almost certainly illegal. I was there for 5 hours until 6 pm where they then rushed me through and finally got me home. I live out of state and the car made the drive ok but after parking it in the driveway I noticed the car was leaking oil. I took it to an Audi near me who diagnosed it as needing an oil pan, but also said the transmission needed replaced! They failed to mention any of this to me at purchase and claimed that it passed their inspection without any notice of this. I then reached out and they told me to take it to my nearest Audi dealer so they could help me get fixed. They were extremely slow to respond through this whole process as if I was the last priority on their list. So slow to respond that my car spent TWO MONTHS in the shop of my first 3 months owning it before it even got parts ordered! Taylor, the used car sales manager, hasn't responded to me now in 3 weeks and instead of fulfilling their promise to help me with the repairs I am now on the hook for $2000 in repairs on a car I just bought! Do not trust their service department and if you ever need to contact them you are going to have to bother them every day to get a response that isn't just "let me ask my manager," and they will never actually ask their manager. They clearly only care about money and not about their customers! read more

I had a terrible experience with this Audi dealership and would strongly recommend staying away. I was sold a car here and told directly by the salesperson that it came with a warranty including free oil changes and service. That turned out to be a complete lie. I just had to pay $350 for a basic inspection and oil change that was supposed to be free. On top of that, I had scheduled a rental car over the phone in advance, only to show up and be told there wasn't one available. I had to spend $100 on Uber rides to and from the dealership, which they refused to reimburse. To make matters worse, there's a wind noise coming through the door and they want to charge me $220 just to listen to the noise--no repairs, just to listen. This place will find any way to nickel-and-dime you and charge you an arm and a leg for the bare minimum. Don't come here. Go to your local mechanic instead. read more

This place is horrible. The service department is the most unprofessional group I have yet to deal with. They are of no help. My car has nothing but problems and is a lemon. They have me bring it in for service and tell me how all these other customers are having the same issues and then tell me they cant replicate the problem and then proceed to tell me that the update they installed should fix the problems. they drive my car several miles and run up my mileage and use my fuel but I have to fill up their filthy rentals they provide. They never clean my car unless told to. Paid over 130K for this heap and this is the service I get. No more Audis in my future. Please do not support these ignorant unprofessional people. read more

The price gouging happening at this dealership's service department is unacceptable. While my car was still under warranty, I was going because I basically had to, but I just had my last time dealing with them. Despite having a reputable local shop that I usually use, I decided to go to the dealership for the loaner option. The price they quoted me on the repair was literally double what my local shop charged. Bad communications. Brought in for basic service. Told it would be about 2 hours. At about an hour told no issues found should be done soon. At 2 hours told it was on test drive and still needs to be washed. Will be another 30-45 minutes. tldr: Completely dishonest and no honor. Dealership gave me three verbal guarantees they could fix my car, but after towing the car there on my expense they were not able to fix the car. Then proceeded to hold my (still not running) car hostage. Would give zero stars if possible. I think what they did to me may actually be criminal. Car was having an issue and it wouldn't start. I spoke to someone over the phone and they assured me they could fix it without a problem quoting me a price of $230. I asked what would happen if they weren't able to fix the car and they again assured me that was not an issue. So, I paid to have the car towed there. After an hour of trying to fix the problem, I asked the technician what would happen if he couldn't fix the problem and again, for the third time, he assured me that was "impossible" and it was "only a matter of time" before the car was fixed. They were unsuccessful. Immediately they demanded I remove the car from the lot. I was able to convince them to give me the weekend to arrange another tow truck (they did not offer to pay for either tow). The next day I called ahead and told them I was able to locate a tow truck, but when I arrived with the tow truck they told me I had to pay $250 or they would not "release" my car. read more

Have a 2020 Q5. Been a loyal customer for service. I called for service 3 times this week a never received a call back. I drove to the place and advised them of my disappointment. I needed a loaner for service and was told I had wait almost 3 weeks for a loaner. . The problem was my AC which has been brutal with the heat. I made an appointment to bring it in for an evaluation.. upon return home I called to cancel my appointment as the date did not work and got a message that the mail box was full. I guess I am not the only one not getting return calls. I made an appointment to get my car serviced elsewhere. I like my car and had good experience in the past but I do not like being dumped on. My car is advertisement for them they should be more loyal and responsive. read more

The first thing would be to clean up the sales room. Dirty floor, bugs drawing in trash cans ,and used food containers where water for customers should be. 2nd thing is that the sales manager would not indulge me on how he possibly came up with a figure on my trade. There was no report of any accidents and will not be. He offered me 4k on a vehicle that was estimated to trade in at 6,300, 7400, and Edmund at 7600. He offered 4 k without a n explanation. This Mr C.The managerr tells me he's in cars 26 years. Ha, I've beenan certified accountant and price cost analyst for 30. He thought cause I was awomann and older he could pull a trick, he's a blatant their. I should file for both age and sex discrimination. 3 online car offers give me up to 7,300. Which was the 3000. Amount he said I was off.The problem was t1hat the car was listed great( now changed to good ) and the reason it was 3K off because he insisted on lowering the value of my trade. The absolute WORST service. Over priced and extort money from you. Took my A4 in for service because a low oil warning continuously appeared. They told me the sensor needed to be replaced for $600. Within a few weeks the same exact issue appeared again. This time they say my timing belt needs to be replaced for $3900. Again a few weeks later same issue. After dropping the car off for a 3rd time, within *30 minutes* I get a call from the Service Mgr stating it's an "oil consumption issue" (Google it) and the engine will need to be replaced. The car of course just passed warranty so it will cost $17,000 to replace the engine. Audi West Chester will not apply the $4500 I already spent towards the engine. Had them appeal to Audi of America to replace the engine at their expense; HOWEVER, in order to do so, we must perform a oil consumption test for an additional $926 to prove what their own certified technicians already know & diagnosed the problem to be. Does Audi not trust their own techs? Paid for the test with the false hope from the Service Mgr that he can talk to Audi & get them to pay for the replacement of the engine. Will admit he never promised anything, but did talk a good game that he knows the people there well and talks to them all the time (yes given how many Audis have this issue, I actually believe that). Audi of America declined the request with little explanation as to why. I'm out $5500 with a 4 1/2 year old car with a bum engine. This is a known issue and have come to learn there is a class action lawsuit against Audi for this very problem that has been going on for years. The years & models named in the lawsuit ends right before my year A4, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time before another class action lawsuit is made that includes my year. So the $600 sensor & $3900 timing belt were replaced unnecessarily. Any reputable service station would have known what the issue was immediately (as they did the 3rd time around) or after misdiagnosing, they would refund most of the money or at least apply it to the actual issue. Replacing items that did not need to be is down right disgustingly dishonest. One last thing, notice all the 4 & 5 star reviews are for their Sales and all the 1 stars are for their service. That speaks volumes. Buyers, for your own sake, please take that into consideration. No doubt Audi makes beautiful cars & and they ride incredibly for the first 3-4 years. After that, they notorious have engine issues. It's not worth the stress and financial hemorrhaging. read more

I took my Audi for recall & oil change service on 12/11/24, which I waited 3 weeks for a loaner, wasn't even ready when I got there, ended up taking a dirty loaner with SOS system alerts on. Didn't complain thinking it was only going to be a day or two. Service writer Katheryne C. texted me two days later that work was going to carry over into Monday because shop's behind due to techs being out here and there. Still didn't complain. 12/17/24, I get a text that my car should be completed by the next day. 12/18/24, Katheryne texted saying I have check engine light on along with a bad coolant leak on the bottom and if I was aware. My car was in perfect condition before I took it to this dealership, inspection up-to-date, no engine light, no leak, no system alert etc. Then I also noticed that they didn't even take my car into the shop until 12/18/24 (a week after I dropped it off) according to their multi inspection video that they sent me showing the damage. I was definitely suspicious but since I had extended warranty coverage, I agreed to do $220 diagnosis to see what's wrong and if my warranty will cover it. They found out my check engine light is related to water pump and thermostat housing failure, and that they started the warranty claim to replace it. Two weeks later on 1/2/25, I get a text from Katheryne (who didn't even know Compass was part of AGWS) that "the minimum you would be paying for is $2200 before the deductible and any parts considerations." I was shocked that I had to pay out that much having the best warranty plan with $100 deductible, so I reached out to my warranty compnay on my own. I was informed by AGWS that the dealership didn't initiate any claims nor sent over any repair estimates, the only thing they have on record is Audi calling them for labor rate ONLY. They also informed me that my policy covers the needed repairs on my car. So I asked to speak to service manager Jordan G. who pretty much didn't answer any of my questions as to why my warranty claim wasn't initiated, why it's taking them 2 weeks to reach out to warranty company, how did they come up with $2200 out-of-pocket estimate, why my car didn't get checked until a week after when I had an appointment etc., Instead Jordan pretty much accused me of refusing to pay out $2200 in labor difference and that's why my car is still not fixed and is on hold. REALLY??!? Needless to say, I told him to take care of the recall portion only and that I will get it fixed somewhere else, which Jordan also welcomed. On 1/7/25, a month after I dropped my car off, I paid $348.24 and picked up my car from Audi. Techs did absolutely nothing, complimentary detail wasn't done, I almost had to get my car towed on the way home because my engine was going to overheat and die. I took my car to a different dealership the next day on 1/8/25; picked up my car yesterday 1/10/25 fully repaired (in 2 days) and only had to pay $141.68 out-of-pocket. Safe to say, me, my family, my friends will NEVER come here again for anything even though it's convenient for us distance wise. FYI, I've been working in dealership industry for close to 10 years now and trust me, their Service department is lazy & clueless, and they rip off their customers big time to make $. Talked to sales guy names Justin told him we were interested in a 19' q7, put a payment down to hold it and told him we'd be driving over 3.5 hours from VA to get it the next day (Saturday). Over halfway up there he calls and says the MMI went dark and they'd have to replace it, so we headed home being told he had ordered the part and would keep us in the loop. Monday we ask for an update and just get told it was ordered but due to the holidays it's back ordered ( understandable) Tuesday morning we call & get no answer so we call around and look for the part ourselves and it says it would get here that Thursday (through dealership) so finally Thursday we call the sales manager and he tells us he'd figure out what was going on since the sales guy went MIA & he never called us back so we went ahead and got another vehicle from a different dealership. We called about a refund Friday for the hold/down payment money and got told they'd start it but they need to go through manager and we'd be getting a confirmation. It is now Tuesday and we've gotten no confirmation of the refund and have called multiple times to different department & left messages and still no response. read more

For service, I brought my car in, and had to chase the service advisor daily for updates. Nearly a week later they had the "diagnoses" complete with a $3k price tag. I told them thanks but no thanks, and when the car was brought around "washed" it was worse than when it went in, almost as if someone just squirted a dirty car with water. Very poor experience. For sales, I asked to see a few cars from the website and was told they are at one of the other dealerships, so to see the car, I had to leave a $1k "refundable" deposit. Overall poor experience, and with all the Audi dealers around, there's no need to accept this level of service. read more

Service here is terrible, waited 4 weeks for a simple 10k mile service on an e tron which is almost no work at all. Dropped the car off at 7:30am Monday morning and received a text at 4:30pm vehicle was never touched. I received a text again this morning 9am it was going to be worked on today and would be updated at 12. 12:45 I was notified it wasn't worked on yet again but still could get in. At that point I said dnt worry about it and I'll just pick the car up and go else where since I was told multiple times the car would be worked on, all while having a scheduled appt for 7:30 Monday morning. When I arrived at 6:30pm, Jordan the service manager said I couldn't take my car because service was closed, Google only says 9-7 hours. I told them I wasn't leaving without my car. After finally letting me leave with my car Jordan decided to lie and say the vehicle WAS worked on, which simply isn't true. The "inspection due" light is still on my dash, dirt was all over my steering wheel and driver's door panel, and the radio was never updated like I asked, the low wiper fluid light was on and lastly the rear tire was low on air. THEY NEVER WORKED ON THE VEHICLE!!!! Stay away!!!!! Also, Michele in service who checked me in has the personality of a door mat! edit,,,,, there's nothing worse than a cringe corporate generic response to a customer's complaint to show just how little a large business really cares. read more

Good news and BAD news. When looking for a specific vehicle & color, the salesman was able to track down the vehicle (Q7) we were looking to purchase. and we did purchase the vehicle. The BAD news is we were LIED to regarding the added warranty we purchased. Having owned several Audi vehicles previously, we were familiar with the prepaid scheduled maintenance offer from Audi as we had purchased it in the past. However, the Finance person sold us a warranty package that was not at all what was communicated to us during the sales process. Shame on me for allowing the Finance person to mislead and LIE to us as to what the package covered. We came to understand we did not get what we thought we had purchased when we brought the vehicle in for the first oil change, etc. It was then that my wife was informed by the Service Manager we were not covered with a prepaid scheduled maintenance warranty but apparently had an extended warrant that runs concurrent with the vehicle warranty. Needless to say, we were not happy. I subsequently called the dealership on at least 3 occasions and left messages for the General Manager to return my call. To date, I have not received a single call from him. The Service Manager was brave enough to get on the phone with me after my wife went to pick up the car and I did voice my strong dissatisfaction with being sold a product that was misrepresented to us during the sales process. I did tell him I had several calls in to the General Manager but had yet to receive a return call. Due to the fact that we were lied to regarding the extended coverage and the company's lack of any consideration for their Finance person's actions and their conscience decision to ignore my call to discuss the extended warranty issue , I will not purchase my next Audi from West Chester Audi. read more

Be prepared for every sales tactic in the book. We walked in to see a certified pre-owned Audi and they told us there are 2 other people waiting to see it which equates to over an hour wait. Then a sales guy walked over and let us miraculously test drive it before the other people. While we were outside viewing it another sales guy approached the car to pretend to be surprised by the sticker price. He kept walking back and forth on his cell phone pretending he was talking to someone about the "great deal" on the car. We finally sat down to discuss the price of the car and they increased the price by $1,000 between the test drive and when we sat down because of all the interest. No one else was even looking at the car besides us and the 3 sales people. Unbelievable! read more

I purchased a used Audi last week, and up to the last step they were doing fine. Both the sales mgr (Steve) and sales rep (Chase) did a professional job of working with me to reach agreement on a fine machine. Once the deal was reached everything changed and I was turned over to the a-**** who was to take care of the paperwork. He wasted my time going over in detail each of their dozen or more prepaid maintenance / insurance options. I told him repeatedly that I was not interested, so he just ignored and droned on. At the end he insisted I initial a statement that I understood all of the scary risks I was assuming by not buying his overpriced rip offs. He justified the whole thing by claiming it was federal law (yeah, right). I was stuck there because he held the paperwork. At that point I realized that sitting in a fancy showman with expensive new cars doesn't make any different - they're just another sleazy used car lot trying to rip me off. At least those lots with trailer offices are honest about it, and probably cheaper. read more

I am 72 years old women. I went to Audi dealership in West Chester. Mohammad took care of me not only in sales but explained very Patiently all aspects of owning E-Tron SEVERAL times. I recently ran over a rock and had a flat tire. Service department was fast and efficient . In fact Mohammad delivered my car and made sure my home charger was installed properly. I am confident owning EV because I know Mohammad is there when needed. I love my Audi Q4 e-tron! So quiet and luxurious. I strongly recommend installing home charger. read more

I filed a complaint against West Chester Audi with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office because they charged us for a certified pre-owned (CPO) Audi, but on the day we came to collect the vehicle, they gave us a regular used Audi (the dealership de-registered the car and removed its CPO protection after they cashed our check).  The dealership took my check on February 13 and asked me to return after the funds had cleared, but when I returned to pick up the car a new sales manager (Steven Baxter) was on duty and he told me he was not going to give me the CPO protection that I had paid for.  I decided to call general manager Rob Nourie. I pointed out to Mr. Nourie that, by removing the car's CPO protection, Mr. Baxter had put the dealership in breach of contract.  I pointed out the documentary evidence I could show (written assurances and signatures from dealership staff certifying that I was purchasing a CPO car, as well as the fact that I wrote "2019 Audi Q5 CPO" and the car's VIN on the check that I used to pay for the car).  I also decided to file a complaint against the dealership with Audi of America, and to report the dealership to the Attorney General's office. On March 16, Mr. Nourie finally informed me the dealership had paid the necessary CPO fee to Audi of America and that "the CPO went into effect as of 3/15/2021."  In other words, weeks and weeks of grief trying to push this dealership to give me the CPO protection they charged me for. I have shared with the Attorney General's office my concern that customers who are less aggressive about defending their rights could be defrauded by this dealership, and I asked the Attorney General's office to keep my complaint on file. read more

Awful sales experience" Purchased CPO and had to persistently pursue salespersons to get my title and owners manual.Any communications or promised actions were never fulfilled, came up short or had another excuse. Here's more details and examples of my encounter: Dealer provides an offer sheet and attempted to include add-ons (nitrogen fill tires, title broker, etc) and they increased the advertised price. I did not noticed and they never mentioned the price change and only acknowledged after an email negotiation exchange. Shady, huh. At delivery, I noticed no manual, salesman, Bob Cullinan says everything is electronic now, suggesting and saying you don't need it. Only afterwards, agreeing to order. CPO checklist indicates owner manuals is part of the certification so contrary to Bob, it's provided and probably got lost. When I got home and tried to access the electronic manual as suggested, it wasn't loaded. Called Bob and his excuse was that I should have taken operations overview during delivery. He later followed up that if I returned (100 miles) they could load the electronic manual. I did not drive that distance. Got the manual but was incomplete, missing electronic/entertainment manual and leather pouch. Title still unavailable. Went to local tire shop and swapped out OEM for snow tires. The local tire shop informed me that the wheels had spacers which is unusual. They were add on not stock to car. I call Audi of America to see if car had options of spacers, they do not. A CPO would not leave these especially if they actually did the 300 point inspection. Or at least advise in sales. Did they really do the inspection...missing manual, spacer, hmm So after 60 days and no manual or title, I called and again was promised in couple days. Problem is the temporary registration will expire in a couple days. I actually drove my car unlawfully for 3 days before the title and manual arrived. You can purchase Audi elsewhere, stay away from this dealer and Bob Cullinan and his manager Steve Baxter READ LESS read more

Purchased a used 2018 A4 in October. The salesman Brandon was extremely patient, helpful, and kind through the entire process! He reached out within a week to see how I was enjoying the car. I informed him I had a small issue and he directly handled everything in detail with me. He promptly answered my emails and had the issue rectified in a day. Couldn't ask for more. I bought a pre-owned Audi from Leo and his manager Thomas. I love the car and Leo was great during the sales process, but once he had his money, he turned his back. AFTER signing all the paperwork and buying the car, Leo told me he didn't have some of the accessories (such as the second key, the cigarette lighter plug, etc) to the car and would mail them to me the next morning. It took me a dozen emails, calls to my bank, and escalation to Thomas to finally get the key. Once I got the key, I needed to pay $90 to get it programmed. Other accessories, such as a needed software update and media cable never materialized. I went to another Audi dealer who handed me these items for free, apologizing for the West Chester dealership. They're a dishonest group of people and I'll never do business with them again. Stay Away! read more

if I could give zero starts I would! Audi of west Chester has brought my car in 4 sep times for a starting issue and have yet to fix it. In the past year it has been there for at least 5 weeks. they told me it was two different issues and I had a lot of work done and the car still doesn't start. i finally decide to take my car to another Audi dealer and not west Chester. once I left a review on google I was contacted by the owner( or so it said the owner) with a fake 888 number that was an insurance promo for people over 65! smh not only bad service, but bad communication. I wasnt going to write this second review until I called the number and it was fake! this is unacceptable to me they. barge audi prices, but can't even fix their own cars! read more

Awful customer service. I was parking my car in one of the few available spaces on the lot. Along comes the head of the used car department who gruffly says to me that the parking space is for the car he is driving. I responded "I am a customer, where do you want me to park?" The sales guy roared off in his car with no response to me. I see him in the show room after he finds another spot and he would not even look at me. Another time I paid my bill with my credit card and as I was leaving the service representative says we did not bill you for our labor which was another $800 and I had to check out again. Not a very professional situation. Most recently I was told I needed an expensive repair to pass inspection. I said to go ahead. Received a call at 4pm that day with them stating my car would not be ready until the next day I was not told that I would need to leave my car overnight at the time I was told I needed the repair and had plans that required my car. No call the next day from service. I called them and they said it would be ready by the evening. No call at all that day to say the car is ready. Still waiting for a call today. Not sure what will happen and wether my car will be ready. Never have had a commendable appointment at this dealership. That is certainly my last time at this dealership for sales or service!!! read more

I called there multiple times to schedule service on my Audi. After being transferred to service several times without and answer, I asked the receptionist for a manager. She was confrontational and would not give me a manager or even the GM name without asking 5 times and arguing with her. So disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and the list goes on. If this place is too overwhelmed to answer the phone, I would NEVER trust them to perform service on my car. There are enough other places to seek out professional service with a smile. Car hunting is not always fun. Audi of West Chester, however, did a great job today. The salesmen (Chris and Claudio) were personable and full of information. The car that I liked best was at (is at) their Wynnewood location so they arranged to bring it over this week. My husband and I received a fabulous tutorial to all of the various models in the Audi line up. I am blown away by this experience. Having purchased Jags, BMWs, one Infiniti, several Mercedes and other non-luxury brands, I have a basis for comparison. So far, Audi is hands down the best shopping experience I've ever had.
