Recently had a double din radio and backup camera "installed" here.... The good: they sell quality products at reasonable prices. They are right on schedule and professional to talk with. The bad: when I received my vehicle back it was left in 4x4, the drivers kick panel was left tossed in the back seat, and the headliner was torn where they installed the mic. My drivers side reverse light no longer works even tho it's a brand new LED bulb.... When I went under the vehicle to see why I was astounded to see the shoddy wiring job and routing. Didn't even use heat shrink on exterior connections... routed the wires around the spare tire so if I ever need to use the tire it'll rip them out. Utter disgrace, now I get to spend more down time with the vehicle at the mechanic having this disaster cleaned up right so hopefully it won't burn to the ground in a week. At least the radio works.... for now. If that's how an old vehicle is treated imagine how they treat brand new $100k rigs. read more

Got four new Kenwood speakers in my car. The speakers have a great sound. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and polite.

Went in to fix a problem with my amplifier, but left with helpful audio knowledge, a few jokes I can re-tell, and a great experience that will have me back for all of my future audio endeavors. Mike, the knowledgeable and charismatic owner, and his team are dedicated to helping out everyone from the audio enthusiast community to the YouTube DIY-er (me, haha) and despite being quite busy, had the time to explain why I was experiencing my particular problem and fixed it accordingly--even going further to fix other problems he found and corrected some of my handiwork! Price wise, it's by hour and it's not a bad rate at all (under an hour, $35, over an hour $65+), and by the quality of work put in, it was worth every penny. Mike made suggestions on small things I could do myself that would cut down my cost and stay within my budget, which was greatly appreciated. Great and honest people, always willing to make things right and they know their stuff. They work with the best available parts and equipment. Nowadays most parts shops and mechanics try and cut corners to make their lives easier which will lead to shotty work that will most likely break after a year or 2. Well not these guys. They do things right the first time and have made me happy on every job they've done. They've done all my work on both my boat and my jeep. When something does go wrong with the parts they fix it asap. Never had an issue with the wiring which is done in house only 1 issue with a radio which they replaced at no cost. Was quoted a price for a viper system that was better than anybody else in town. But because of their scheduling and my schedule I had to wait nearly a month to have this installed. The day that I had scheduled I went in and found out that what I had been given as an estimate was not for what I wanted. The price was $250 more than what I was quoted. I could've gone any place else and gotten the thing installed the very same day, without having to wait this length of time only to be told that the cost was more. By the way, they ended up being the most expensive of the seven different places that I called and got an estimate for. read more

I removed the 17 year-old in dash speakers and purchased(online) upgraded new ones. Anything involving electricity, positive/negative, colored wires, etc. is my nemesis. I went into A/L with no appointment, told them my situation, and I gave them the keys to the Jeep, and they started to figure out the details. Of course the new speakers did not fit well into the old cavities. Plus they had to configure a plug and play receptacle from the old wiring. About 40 minutes later Mike comes out and announces "all set Ken" Total bill= 39$ and change!!! They even reinstalled the glove compartment that I had to remove to pull the old speaker on the passenger side. BTW, the new speakers sound amazing! If you have a high end car, i.e., Audi, BMW, etc, this is the place to come and get your car stereo components installed. Not only are the very knowledable about car stereos they are ultimate professionals. We went to Audiologic based on a recommendation from Sound Advice, since they no longer install car stereo's. This was by far the best recommendation I have even recieved and given. They sell and install top end car and marine audio equipment, and they really know their stuff. Mike Dixon and his team did an awesome job on my 2011 Audi A3 tdi and on our 2002 Audi TT. The location is not the best in the world, but their work speaks volumes. I was there again today to get additional components put into my car and they took care of me right away, they also took the time to educate me about all the new gadgets I got for my car. They got me in on the same day (I got lucky; always make an appointment) to pull wire and install the rear portion of my dashcam system. The install was super clean and I am extremely happy. They were even concerned about the video displaying properly so they had me check the video display to make sure we could see the cars and traffic behind. Once I received my radio I called to set up an appt. and get a quote. To my surprise they wanted to charge me 35.00 extra because I purchased the item online and not thru them. Wow. An install is an install. Why would you charge more money for it. I know you're unhappy with the online competition but don't take it out on the customer that's still willing to do the install with you.. B.T.W. the $1000.00 amp I purchased from you is defective, might of had a better chance if I would have purchased it online as well. read more

I went to Audio Logic as a recommendation direct from JL Audio's website. They are an authorized dealer/installer which I needed because the warranty was very important to me. When I found out they were the #1 JL dealer, I knew they had the knowledge of the products and were going to put me in the right gear, the first time. JL audio is premium gear, and of course warrants a premium price tag - so buying the correct piece of gear, and not needing to upgrade (from buying the wrong piece) seemed like the most obvious way to "save money". I chose Hertz speakers to compliment the JL amps and Subwoofer after listening to some of the staff's cars. (Which they are always willing to do. In fact Charlie told me to come back tomorrow and that he would bring in his other car, to show me the exact setup I was interested in so I could hear the amps/speakers IN a car, not on a wall or display board) Seeing that they use the exact gear they sell was comforting because it let me know they believe in the product. After installation and driving around listening for a few weeks I went back to the shop with some questions and concerns. (To say I'm VERY picky would be an understatement.) They immediately made the changes I requested, and couldn't have been more courteous about it. Considering they had multiple customers when I arrived, I was very pleased to see my car was being attended to in a matter of moments. Customer Service and professionalism are in excess here - and in a day when customer service doesn't seem to exist anymore - this meant EVERYTHING to me. You can buy your gear anywhere. If you want your stuff put in wrong and you want your car broken and then they try to hide it from you, this is the place for you. I would never go there again in my life nor would I ever recommend that anyone else do so. The fat guy with scraggly black hair and beard has no idea what he's talking about nor does he have any idea what he's doing obviously. He will treat your car like it's a piece of crap, then when he breaks that he will try to hide it and not tell you that he broke it. He put things in backwards and you'll then have to go back and sit for a few more hours while he fixes it and breaks the arms off your glove box. These guys charge by the job, not by the hour. I changed out the head unit in my 2007 Honda Accord because I wanted better sound, Bluetooth, a rear camera and Navigation. I had a very pleasant buying experience and everything was fine until three weeks later when one of life's gremlins decided that it was my turn. A bad harness on the new AC controller took out an expensive multiplexer in my car. The Honda repair was $767. I called Mike and he said to bring it in. When I arrived with the Honda paperwork he took it to the office to copy. When he returned he handed me the originals and a check for $767! THEN he said let's get it in the shop and take a look.
