They were at a different location when I started coming years ago but the new spot is more spacious & less than a minute from the old one. From the moment you walk in you're treated respectfully & they do a solid job at getting your car in quickly. When I called it was recommended to make an appointment but that's always a smart thing to do when you plan on getting any type of work done. I had an early morning appointment midweek & although it was empty, I'm glad I had it. I was greeted by an employee right when I got there & after a quick discussion about what I needed done he took my car to the back. I stayed around while they did my tints & was back out in less than 2 hours. I was asked what I specifically wanted & have never felt pressured into buying something more expensive. I appreciate how this shop respects your wants while also providing top quality service. You're never made out to feel like you're in the wrong when you don't go with a recommendation. They take it for what it is & give you exactly what you ask for. As far as I'm concerned, it's been the same owner for the past 12+ years I've been coming. He's straight to the point but respectful. It's a good sign when you constantly see high end cars in their garage so you know they don't play around. Having auto shops on nearly every corner in south FL you need to stand out from the crowd. Providing quality work while not pressuring me is a sure way to get my business & my track record with them has been near perfect. As someone who's used them for tinting & electrical work installing a radio, I have a great assessment of this shop. I suggest checking them out if you need any kind of work done.

I asked Wayne about that and he told me the secret. (if you want to know, you'll have to ask.) I was there for purposes of car audio. I needed my speakers replaced. But Wayne and his skilled technician found something wrong with my amplifier and not only explained it to me, but showed it to me in my own car. Wayne told me my alternatives, too. In other words, he's a pro who will take his time to educate his customer. If you've got any experience under your belt, you know that doesn't happen very often. This was my first time at Hi Line. It won't be my last. Why? Because I've finally found a car guy who knows what he's talking about and shares his knowledge freely. (Undoubtedly, that's the reason the company's growing so fast.)

I initially told him i wanted my front…read morewindows on my truck as well as an as1 strip at the top of my windshield... that evening i realized while looking at my truck that the front windows weren't clear and actually had a light factory tint on them... when Daniel got to my place he measured it and said it was 32% and said no sweat and was gonna leave.. but i had him stay and put a super light ceramic tint on the windshield to protect the interior from UV rays. He banged it out in about an hour. craftsmanship looks clean and high quality. Very good experience and I highly recommend!
