Klamath falls is like a black hole when it comes to finding a primary care provider. The reason for the low score has nothing to do with the people,but everything to with the operational structure. no matter what you can't talk to anyone in your own providers office unless you walk through the door..,all of their calls are routed to a switchboard which I feel is BS. Why should I have to give my medical history to someone I don't know or have a relationship with when I have questions regarding a pre-authorization. In the past I've called with an issue only to find out that it wasn't forwarded by the person that took my call.
