What a great experience! On Thursday I went shopping for a speaker and installation. I thought I'd give Best Buy another chance and again was disappointed! I started searching on Yelp and found another well known stereo shop but received poor service again. I was a little deflated by this, then I remembered this small shop that I passed by daily on my way to work! What a great decision it was to stop by here! Amir was awesome! He was courteous, listened to my needs, made suggestions, and finally made me a great offer. On top of that he told me it could be done immediately and would only take a couple of hours. I was a little taken back as the other two places I shopped said it would be a week out for installation! Then Amir went above and beyond and guaranteed his product for a year! GO HERE!!! NOW!!!! It's hard as a woman to do anything to your car, including audio, without getting ripped off. But this place is only interested in quality, honest service at an unbeatable price too. I walked in just to get a quote, but it was the lowest quote i got all day, like $100 less than everywhere else I checked; they were able to install radio and speakers in 3 hours even though i walked in at 2 pm on a Saturday. I think Amir was the manager or owner and was very thorough at explaining what my car did and didn't need/wasn't trying to sell me anything i didn't need or want. Once installed he made sure I knew how to work everything, and made sure I was happy with the quality before taking payment. I replaced Miata headrest speakers with new speakers which only played upper frequencies. Audiosound stated they could fix the problem, but 2 1/2 hours into a 1 hour estimate, they couldn't fix the issue. I had planned to update my stereo system in my 2004 Subaru STI. I finally made it to Amir at Audiosound. I'm so glad I found this place on Yelp. He is great with his customers. Got a new Pioneer with CarPlay Head unit and obviously speakers/sub/amp. He was by far the cheapest that I've gotten an estimate from in the whole San Diego area. He showed me how to use the stereo when it was finished. He even went above and beyond to fix my window and redo my seatbelt buckle for my child's car seat when it was replaced incorrectly. I'm late with my review, but I had a great experience with Amir and his team at Audiosound. I had a stock stereo in an older Honda Element, and wanted to to upgrade it with a rear view camera and an upgraded head unit. Amir was great in pointing out different models and recommended a Pioneer- which was great since I was familiar with the interface from a work van that I drive. They were able to install it the next day, which was awesome. I dropped it off in the AM and it was ready later that day. Amir was great and easy to communicate with. So I found this business on Yelp and I contacted Amir about an issue I was having with my navigation for my 2008 Toyota Highlander. He asked me to bring the vehicle so he could take a look at it and when we figured out that he couldn't repair he assisted me with the appropriate research to figure out what was wrong. Toyota recommended I spent $2800 on a new deck and with Amir help I was able to try a new disk instead. This saved me a ton of money and my system was unlocked and now works as advertised. I needed a inexpensive radio for my son's truck. I am so happy that I went here. Amir quoted me $180 for the stereo and labor. He had to put in extra time ordering parts because it had a manufacturer's radio. He also had to put in extra time to install, and he still charged me $180. After taking the extra time to get it in, he took tge time to go through the features and sync up the phone. I trust Amir 100% for all of my audio needs! I highly recommend this shop.
