Unprofessional and rude. The shop had me and 2 other customers in for 10am appointments and only 1 worker who arrived late. Other employees finally arrived and were rude right off the bat. I came in for a LifeSaver installation which meant the original total: (LifeSaver fee + JC power shops fees). After many issues persisted, the situation was rectified by LifeSafer on my account with them meaning , New total: (Just JC shop installation fees) This employee at the shop literally was told by Lifesaver about me only needing to pay the shop's fixed installment fee. Tried to pay him then he claimed "the computer was down" even though he was ready to take a credit card earlier. Hid in the back of the shop for 6 min while the computer to take payment is right up front. Then had the audacity to blame me for him losing customers bc the whole process was taking too long. read more

Terrible service. I was overcharged for a GPS tracker and alarm installation -- quoted over $500. I clearly explained what I needed for my second vehicle when I dropped it off, but they later acted like I never mentioned the alarm engine kill switch at all. The miscommunication began when they installed a remote alarm system that only locks and unlocks the car when I requested an alarm engine kill switch they said it was not that and would cost more (this was for the first car) The man with glasses attempted to gaslight me and deny our conversation. There's a constant lack of communication and professionalism. I wouldn't trust them with another vehicle, especially when they can't keep track of clear instructions Or keep there word about what they quote over the phone. The second car they claimed would be the same installation as the first which doesn't have a kill switch (which is what I was asking for) and they flipped it and said it does. The crazy thing is dude really tried to gaslight me and lied about me ever having a conversation with him when he was the very first person I spoke to walking in the store and later tried to arguing with me about It like why would I even lie I'm just trying to get an gps tracker and alarm engine kill switch but excuse my French but they act so incompetent and uneducated with a simple request. Seems like they were trying to charge me more for a job that was not worth the price! you guys suck! read more

I went with my friend to JC Power Audio to have the stereo/navigation unit replaced in a 370Z after the Nissan dealer told her to get a new radio from an audio shop to fix a problem with the system failing to shut down. Sam explained that an aftermarket unit wouldn't work because there are no dash kits for the 370Z. He provided a price for installing an OEM unit. After we obtained a unit, we went back to the shop. When the replacement didn't fix the electrical problem, Sam and his guys pulled off every door panel and disconnected and reconnected every single electrical harness to track down the problem. Rather than telling us, "sorry," they doubled their time and effort, over and above an installation. They never acted frustrated or annoyed, and they didn't charge extra. The team at JC Power Audio showed they deserve lifelong customers, and both of our families will choose them first for future audio equipment, alarms, lights or window tinting services. I'm so frustrated at this place. They installed a new stereo last weekend, took 3 hrs because the installer was watching YouTube instructions.. After 3 days ( on Wednesday) my back camera stopped working so I took it back today. They told me the camera was fried and that they were not responsible for it, in 3 years I have never had an issue with my cam until they touch the cables to install the new stereo and after getting in an argument they ended up replacing it at no charge but never showed me the "fried" camera once it got replaced. Took them 5 hrs to replace the cam and as I drove away I noticed more issues: They broke the AC frame AND the CarPlay started glitching again ( at times won't connect CarPlay even with a new usb cable I bought per their advice). Should have known better when the guy installing is watching instructions on YouTube. I still have my 20 day warranty but I would be crazy to go back and let them break something else. read more
