Justin is the best!! My MacBook Pro stopped working (white screen, flashing question mark folder!) and it couldn't find my hard drive. I took it to him on Monday afternoon and he said it was probably the cable to the hard drive and that he would email me as soon as he knew. He emailed me the next day to say that was the problem and that all my data should still be there. It was ready to pick up Wednesday afternoon. Well there was an epic disaster with my laptop. This time of the wine variety. Since this is my life line to finding work figured I was pretty much up the proverbial creek due to monetary constraints. I was absolutely wrong. Their mac tech there was extremely willing to get this thing done on the cheap. Everything works just as it did before and seems to be at least a bit more responsive. Once again, Audiotronics delivers in spades. I recently got a new vehicle, but the sound system wasn't up to scratch. Mike Price and the other employees at Audiotronics worked with me to find a system that met my needs. The installation took longer than expected, but the sound is phenomenal. I had to have my Mabook's keyboard fixed after some liquid damage. Emailed Audiotronics, which was the closest Apple certified repair center to me, and Justin got back to me quickly with a reasonable quote. Replaced my factory stereo for a 2002 Jaguar with a stereo recommended by the site. Now I only have one of ten speakers working (all were working prior to the installation) and this only works if I'm not running the rear defroster, . Went to the Roanoke site and they offered to run a diagnostic, at my expense, but suggested that I need to replace the speakers because the system installed was not compatible to the system that was originally installed and recommended I need to replace the entire system. read more

I cracked my 2015 MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display's screen a few weeks before school started. I looked around for a bit for a repair shop and came across Audiotronics and was surprised at how good the reviews were. I called and they gave me an estimate for the repair (believe they said around $575-600), bit my lip, and took it in (I'm a broke college student!). I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and paid a $99 deposit. On Monday they called me and confirmed the price: $454 to order the part from Apple and $120 for labor (sales tax ended up being $24.06). I gave them the go ahead and they ordered the part. The next day, they already had it ready for pick up! I just got my MacBook back and I am extremely pleased. Not only did they do an excellent job at repairing the screen, but they touched up other parts as well. I had a few dings and scratches from a few small drops and bumps, and they took the time to fix these as well as the screen with no extra charge. My Mac now looks practically new: it's clean and has virtually no physical damage. Apple products are great until they break, but I definitely recommend Audiotronics if you want to save some money, help a small business, and have your computer in the best of hands. read more

These guys were awesome. I took my macbook in and they diagnosed and fixed the problem and I had my computer back within 2 days. I would've had to drive a long ways to get to an Apple store and even then the repair probably would've taken longer. I'd recommend them for repairs on your Apple products. read more
