Their pricing seem high compared to past years and I was told for the frames alone I would have to pay $100 out of pocket and that didn't cover the co-pays for the lens, lens treatments like scratch resistance, and blue light coatings, etc. The same day I went to another place in Dartmouth not far from Wendy's and using the same VSP plan I had to pay ZERO out of pocket for the same FlexOn frames and all the same glass treatments with bifocal lens and blue filter, scratch resistance and glare coating. I know who I am going back to next year when I need a new pair.

I use bifocal contact lenses and it can be a pain to get the perfect prescription to work the best for each individual. I'm a corneal transplant recipient (on my left eye) and a Crosslinking/Ferrara rings recipient (on my right eye). My corneal topography is a known mess due to the numerous surgeries I've had over the years. I can confidently refer Dr Magalhaes to anyone looking to get their contact lenses done as he is an excellent and committed professional. It took us several tries throughout many months until finding the perfect lenses for me. Dr Magalhaes never gave up on me nor lost energy or enthusiasm. He was relentless and determined to get it done right despite the great challenge, even accommodating me on his day off at times. I was never charged for my subsequent visits while we were in the strenuous process of fitting the correct lenses. Thank you again!

We now go into the office with our insurance benefits printed out for them to see and they always send bills for additional charges that are erroneous, we call the office then they make us call the billing dept to straighten it out. At first we though it could be our mistake, so we did our homework and now know their consistent over billing is bordering fraud.
