Immediately, Kim was at the door with a smile greeting us. She had this sass to her and an electric personality. My boyfriend who has long hair needs to go to a salon for his haircuts. Kim started asking what he wanted and somehow my boyfriend went blank and didn't know what to ask for. She was so patient and suggested great haircut ideas until he was satisfied. I left the salon with wet hair...and as soon as i blow dried it at home, i noticed how patchy the highlights were and how orange it looked. I mentioned it to her & she said she would fix it so i gave her a chance to do so. She failed AGAIN so i ended up going to a different salon to get what i wanted. The new stylist i went to told me that whoever did my hair last (Bianca) did a VERY LAZY JOB.

Called on 5/14/22 about getting my kid's hair bleached and dyed lavender. I was given a price range…read more($90-$250) and told to come by for an actual quote. We stopped by on 5/21/22 to get an actual quote and make an appointment. The stylist who saw us said that they didn't do lavender there. I asked if they could just bleach it. They asked to see the length of my kid's hair and then said they don't really do that at their salon. They said we should try another nearby salon. Thanks for wasting our time.
