I had always gone to barbers, so I was a bit dubious about getting my hair cut at a salon. George is way better than any barber. I don't know how he does it, but my hair still looks good as it grows out, and I don't need to do much to make it presentable before going out. I have some severe cowlicks around the crown of my head, and if cut poorly it looks like I'm balding (or maybe I'm actually balding and George is great at protecting my ego). Either way, George takes care of this with the way he cuts my hair. He'll analyze the way your hair grows and cut it to work for you. If you're losing your hair, George is skilled enough to cut it so that it looks good anyway. If you want advice on how to stop hair loss and maybe grow it back, George is very knowledgeable and will be happy to dish out some advice while he cuts your hair. Obviously it's more expensive than a barber, but the quality is so much better that it's actually a superior bargain in my opinion. And it's way better than buzzing your own hair and putting a stupid hat on.

I went back for the correction. Before she started, I asked about the highlights because I couldn't see any. She told me they would still show, but even after the redo, there were still no visible highlights, and the final result was still far from what I had requested. I don't like arguing or making a scene, so I accepted it and left. However, I'm extremely disappointed that I spent over $400 and didn't receive the hair color I was promised. Now I have to pay another salon to fix it. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this salon. Mine cost $150." I found that comment incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. A customer's belongings should be treated with respect regardless of their value, and making fun of someone who isn't there reflects poorly on the level of professionalism in the salon. I believe customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, whether they're present or not. I hope she's not the owner because comments like these create an unwelcoming atmosphere.

The first time I asked for R 65 I think, it's burgundy. She put some other color and it faded so I went back and she put some crap toner on it, I didn't like it but I didn't say anything, this was at her old salon in Woodland Hills. She did my color again which was better and she knows I like my hair short. This time she moved to this salon, Rumors, I was VERY SPECIFIC, sending the pics and the color I wanted. She assured me she could do it, even showing me a man who she did his color. So when she applied the color after the bleaching, it didn't come out like I wanted. I asked her if you put the purple in as you did for the guy, and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. The color didn't come out ANYWHERE near the color I wanted, if you didn't know how to do it just say it I would have gone somewhere else instead of wasting my time.
