The staff is rude and shows no concern for their patients. They cancel appointments at the last…read moreminute. They refuse to schedule necessary tests at the hospital leaving that responsibility to the patient. The doctors refuse to see you unless you are admitted to the hospital through the emergency room. They delay doing necessary procedures until the condition gets to the point of landing you in the hospital for an extended stay. They do not treat infections with the appropriate antibiotics.

This unnecessary step would have wasted precious time and is NOT an option if an office actually cares about you as a patient. As soon as I called Dr. Perez's office, they immediately welcomed me and after an initial consult, I had a MRI performed within days. The MRI confirmed my suspicion. Furthermore, i learned that he is compliant with the latest recommendations from the Urologic Association and ahead of most US Urologists. Although the waiting room is usually full, you never have to wait long and the staff are always so very friendly. When Todd was in the hospital and needed a Urologist, Dr Nickles had to come at around 9pm-he was so nice and very professional. He treated us like family. He never acted like he was inconvienced in anyway-the way some doctors do. I was very impressed. I wish more doctors had the true southern gentleman training that these doctors do-treating us with respect and explaining things in detail that we can understand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
