I then asked to speak with the manager to explain that my concern was not the policy itself, but the rude delivery and attitude. While I was speaking to the manager, the waitress later walked by and asked, "what are you going to do about it?" and also told me to "go to Red Lobster." The manager did listen and said she would speak with her, which I appreciated, but the overall interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
