She got upset with me because I asked her to give me a minute to look at the menu. Once I ordered, I came up to the window and told her that her sentences keep getting cut not even halfway through and she just rudely looked at me and goes "okay" and gave me a "do you think I care" type of look. If you can't do your job correctly, either ask someone for help or just find another job. Don't give customers your attitude especially when without the customers you'd have no paycheck. Won't be coming back to this location because of the nasty attitude. Food was great though. Burger has a nice Smokey flavor to it and the fries were phenomenal. Everything was very hot and fresh but very sloppily put together and the amount of sides you get for a $10 meal is on the small end.

I didn't feel like I was bothering the employees simply by coming through the drive-through. The service itself was fast, too. It didn't take long to get my food, and it was all hot and fresh. No cold fries or anything, which is all too common in fast food places, especially when you go near closing. Wendy's in itself is somewhat of a step above places like McDonald's and Burger King, but this location is particular is a step above other Wendy's. Definitely better than the one further down Germantown Parkway in Cordova. It's in a somewhat odd location, being technically off the street but still with a Germantown Parkway address. But it's easy to get in and out of. Plus they have Freestyle Coke machines, a huge plus. Always nice to be able to get more than just the same old soda.
