I originally intended to grab a "Mall Pretzel" at the competitors shop downstairs. However,after seeing the activity here( high energy,bright light, everyone working) I paused. At that moment I saw them taking the fresh,golden perfectly cooked and glistening,twisted shapes from the hot oil. I quickly stepped to the counter and said," whatever that is being pulled out of the cooker,I'll take one!" I don't eat even 10 percent of the bread that I did 3 years ago. Horrible service. The two Hispanic girls at the register just giggled when I asked about a certain drink. They ended up giving me the wrong drink and charged me extra for the dips. Pretzels were undercooked and stale. Bad food and bad service. Will not be back! read more

Auntie Anne's is as good as it gets... A must-eat when you're at the mall and even if you don't go to the mall for Auntie Anne's, you're somehow headed towards that way after smelling the sweet scent of the pretzels. Located inside Northpark Center, I was lucky as it was a Saturday afternoon and the line for Auntie Anne's was short, and it looks like all the popularity was taken by this new cafe right next to it (Lala Land?).. But it was good news for me as I was claiming my birthday reward. I ordered a sweet almond pretzel. I usually get a dipping sauce with it but I decided to pass and got the sweet almond pretzel. Despite it being not busy, the workers were pretty slow and that was rather disappointing, but I understand and they got my pretzel. The pretzel tasted great as usual and I'm glad I was able to get my first Auntie Anne's pretzel of the year! read more

This place is my Northpark weakness. It truly is difficult for me to come here and NOT get an Auntie Anne's pretzel. I mainly go for the sweeter varieties, i.e., the Almond Crunch and the Cinnamon Sugar. Both are amazing! One of the greatest things about this particular location is that they are always busy, which is a blessing and a curse. A curse in that I often encounter a line at the particular times I come to this store and a blessing in that because they are so busy there are always fresh batches being baked and served to the customers. The service is really good as well! Check them put, you will be flad you did because they do not disappoint! read more

Today was supposed to be double rewards points for National Lemonade Day with the purchase of any lemonade product. After placing my order I presented the app on my phone to be scanned, only to have the server tell me they don't scan the rewards app anymore. I just recently learned that Auntie Anne's pretzels can be made vegan. I ate the original, you have to ask them to prepare the pretzel without butter. It takes a couple of minutes but you get a fresh pretzel. Their vegan dipping sauce choice that I like is marinara sauce. I really enjoyed my pretzel, it wasn't greasy and buttery like a typical one but still just as good. Learning that Auntie Anne's pretzels can be made vegan is a huge game changer for being at the mall or airport. read more

Of all 3 of the pretzel places in the mall I will not come back to this one! Biggest pet peeves is when employees can't recognize a sense of whose in line. As I'm waiting in line I watched a woman FaceTime for 5-10 minutes at some point one of the employees would've taken her order. She was there way before I got there's food it wasn't like we got in the line at the same time. So I had to get snippy with the woman because she could've spoken up and payed better attention to her baby rather FaceTiming her outfit and shoes. Two people were ahead of me; all got their order taken but she chooses to get in front of me and the employee didn't say anything to her about her not being in line. read more

Getting auntie Anne's is a mall classic when you're hungry... and I loveee these pretzels BUT what is wrong with the service!? I know they had me down and it was busy, but everyone behind me cleared out while I was waiting. He told me the wait was going to be 6-8 mins, which was totally understandable. I waited for about 20 mins... and THEN he handed me a large on accident and took it out of my hand, gave me a regular. (Yes, I ordered a regular!) but do you know how it feels to be super hungry, waiting for double the time of everyone else, and THEN get some warm pretzel bites given to you and taken away from you???? I am a sucker for Auntie Anne's pretzel dogs (many years in and out of airports will do that). This stand exceeded my expectations in both quality and service. The associate started by offering me a sample of some strawberry lemonade (which was delicious). I ordered two pretzel dogs and was told that they were still cooking but would be ready in about 4 minutes. She asked if I would like to wait, and I said yes. After she tendered my sale, she asked if I would like a complimentary beverage while I waited. That was very nice of her. The pretzel dogs came off piping hot and with perfectly done (and nicely glazed) pretzel. Most times you eat fast food and just get full. This time I actually was happy to have stopped. read more

There is a cashier here who is the absolute best! I am eating a vegan diet but I really wanted a pretzel. I stopped at Auntie Anne's and asked if there were any animal products in the mix and this guy knew his stuff! Not only that, he seemed excited to give me the info. He explained that the cinnamon sugar pretzel had no dairy in the mix except that they dip it in butter right after it finishes cooking. He happily offered to make me and my husband new pretzels and to not dip them in butter. Best pretzel ever! I will def be back the next time I have a diet busting craving :) read more

I am a mall employee and the first time I didn't receive my Mall discount or the free pretzel. Second time I say hey I'm a mall employee and the cashier says yeah I see your badge he gave me the 10% off but no free pretzel which was THEIR monthly calendar special that day buy mini dog bites get free pretzel . IM OVER IT. If you work at North Park make sure you get your 10% off and look at the calendar because the cashier and other work there will not. read more
